I can't comment on the rest of your staff. But your delivery guy that delivered to Rose Hill Road (OL6) last night was the best delivery driver I've come across. Can't fault him....an asset to your company for sure. Really pleasant, respectful and went above and beyond really on what a delivery driver would consider part of their role. An asset to your company, if you've gotten this far....give this a thumbs up peeps... I don't know the driver's name but he was delivering in Ashton under Lyne on Friday 21st June 24. Cancelled after 5 mins wrong store they take ure money out of your account and takes weeks two get refunded stay away at all cost

I got a small size pizza today and i must say, it was awful. This is the second time I’m trying it and it’s still badd!!!. The dough was extremely slim. I have tried pizza from other dominoes store but this particular pizza from the ashton store is a no no. I’m really angry

Worst dominos ever. They can never get the order right. If they're not fudging up the pizza orders, they send you the wrong dips, or don't send you dips you've paid a fortune for, or send you the wrong soda, or again don't bother sending it. The only good thing about this store is the delivery drivers seem friendly. You really have to get your staff in the store trained to do orders properly. It's beyond a joke

Domino's is still a good place, but with the change of staff, ownership and lack of deals, I feel this has an impact on how many times I would visit here. They have become more and more expensive over time and you do not get the same service from when the store first opened.

Can’t read instructions clearly and then when asked to send a replacement pizza they ask for the wrong pizza they sent back!!

Absolutely gutted. Ordered a vegan pizza at almost £20. It was a small rectangle of dough with a few bits of toppings. Disappointed and won’t be ordering again. The delivery guy was very pleasant though.

Domino's the pizza kryptonite doesn't kill superman but makes him too fat to fly. It's just lush and moreish, one slice is just not enough. Chicken tings poppers or whatever they call them make the mc Donald's taste like nuggets made from boredom 😉 probably, yes it's very good.

Domino's pizza 🍕 gave me a burnt pizza supposedly thin crust but it's burnt and crispy like chips

Extra £1.99 for delivery yet refuse to deliver to the door.I had to get dressed and go to driver in car.Then the food was of poor standard on par with a frozen store pizza. 1st and last time I use this pizza shop.

Domino's is mega, its not like your usual kebab shop pizza. It's on another level to that and is also totally different to Pizza Hut or Papa John's. They don't accept cash anymore which is a bit of a hindrance now and then and they've only just started doing half and half again but the Double Decadence base, which IMO made them stand out from all the rest is no longer on the menu.. I order a lot so it's worth noting they do get things wrong now and then but not always.. They may be 5* in the future but a 4 for now.

It would appear that this is one of the few dominoes that use fresh wings! Thats why like this place. Nothing worse than old chicken wings.

Pizza was really great, everything else was awful. Chicken strips barely cooked very pale and floppy, had to throw them away. Garlic bread had cheese and sauce on 1 slice, the rest dry and tasteless - toppings really need to be spread out better. Chicken poppers again under-done, cats wouldn't even go near them and they love chicken. Considering this was £45+ AFTER a 30% discount that's quite shocking. Wouldn't order from here again, maybe just a pizza as everything else just needs binning. Cooks need to learn to leave things to actually cook, wouldn't mind it took that long to arrive it had more than enough time to be cooked!

Nice pizzas, quick delivery, you can get nicer, bigger, cheaper pizzas elsewhere though.

They don't deliver to Mossley not even Ashton-under-Lyne to Mossley which 5 miles away they should be done for advertising If there stupid computer says no they don't do anything my money is just as good as anybody else so it's thumb down do not use them

AWFUL 🤮🤮🤮gave me realy bad food poisoning. Projectile vomit and diarrhoea for about 48hrs. Had to go docs to stop bieng sick. These guys realy. Need a lesson 8n food hygiene. Absolutely disgusting and expensive for £38 to become realy ill cheers lads.

Still waiting ordered at 7.28pm rang at 8.48pm to be told their very busy and it’s out for delivery, rung again at 9.28pm 2hrs after ordering to be told we don’t know where your food is so you want a refund or us to remake it? Being 9.30pm having two kids past their bedtime we opted to wait 30mins as promised as ordering elsewhere would take longer finally arrived at 10.18pm only 2hr50

Waste of time ,ended up walking out and going to the one in hyde where the staff was more polite and give me what I wanted.

Absolute shocking service! Ordered at 20 past 9 through the app, said 20 minutes later it had been delivered but nothing turned up. Rang many times and line rang out couldn't even get through to anyone. Order hasn't arrived yet and it's 11 o'clock, disgusting never ordering from dominos again

The best pizza out there, unless you get a good 'collect only' deal for around £10 it is quite expensive but nowhere makes better pizza than Domino's.

Normally order from here but the last few times, the pizza are never cut properly and now minimum delivery is £15 so The Town Deal is a waste unless you collect or spend more and takes even longer to deliver.

Never really experienced a problem with dominos pizza until the past 2 times we have ordered. Last time our pizzas were not cut properly and I had to recut them myself as the slices were very different to the the next and the dough ended up being ripped as if it was rushed. This time, I had ordered my food and it was getting onto being an hour later and still not been delivered. The online tracker had said it was already delivered so I rang the shop to ask what was going on. The customer service was awful, the man on the other end of the phone hung up after saying it’ll be a few minutes without finishing the call professionally or friendly. I then ended up waiting another 10 minutes before the driver rang to say he was lost. I came outside of my property and could see the driver at the bottom of the street, I told him where I was and he spotted me outside the door. He then told me to come down and get the food off him (I live on a second story flat) before hanging up. The driver was stood looking up at me and my partner and had no intention to bring the food up to us. This would mean me walking down to the end of the building and going down a flight of stairs as well as walking to the bottom of the road where he was parked. I’m 9 months pregnant and this shouldn’t have been an option as the food is supposed to be delivered to your door, especially at 11pm. Luckily my partner was home to get the food off the driver. The driver did not budge from the side of his car, not even to meet my partner half way, he stood waiting for him to collect the food out of his hands. The driver then asked us how many pizzas we had ordered after passing the remaining order to my partner, leaving a pizza in the pizza bag which we had bought and had to tell him was ours. To top it all off, after waiting so long for delivery and for the driver to wait until we got the pizzas off him in the street, the food was obviously on the colder side. I will have to order from another dominos shop in future.

Sadly not the best Domino's I've been to. Whilst the Tabasco and cheese stuffed crust was awesome, and they were generous with toppings, the pizza was sadly soggy to the point where those toppings were falling off as I lifted the slice. Service was also shaky; they seemed more interested in dealing with their recruitment than serving customers, leading to a delay (which really eats into our short break time) Overall it was fine, but I won't be doing any cartwheels.

can't believe i waited 2hrs for a pizza to make a 5min drive up the road. staff really didn't care and took no responsibility. literally thought it was a scam

ordered online waited hour's. Tried to call but they blocked both of our numbers. we had to go to the shop to get our money back. Never agen will we go to domino's Ashton.

Undercooked pizza onions still really crunchy mushrooms not done meatballs only just warm. And it was collection so there's no excuse

Terrible service , they weren't able to find my address after previously ordering from them , after waiting a good hour I rang them and they told me they had tried to derliver but had no answer which is absolutely nonsense why would I order a pizza and not answer . Shortly after the phone call they returned with a burnt pre heated pizza . Severally disappointed after I told them earlier I don't want a pre heated pizza . Utter waste of £25 . Rather order from a local takeaway cheaper and far better !

Terrible!! Placed an order just for desserts arrived 1 hour 30 mins later one Ice cream was melted. Had to call the store repeatedly. They just pick up and hang up the phone constantly. After finally getting through took another 45 mins to arrive then the ice cream had been refrozen and gave us dodgy stomach. Really bad avoid this dominos branch if you can help it poor service really poor

I didn't even take my phone with me and you knew where I was going. Spooky. Oh and the 2 x pizza were grea. Bogof on walkins is a nice deal.

Placed an order online on 6/5/17. The order came an hour later with two items missing. Phoned the store, and it took 35 minutes to get through. Spoke to a very rude woman who told me there was nothing she could do because after 11pm, all orders to the Ashton store were transferred to the Oldham store. Offered her an order number to trace the order so she could send the missing items but she claimed she couldn't find my order and that there was nothing she could do until the following day....Poor customers from both stores!!!

Pizza a little overdone, but tasted ok

We ordered from this branch of dominos and we ordered incorrectly. I rang the branch to cancel the order. The woman on the phone repeated back to me what she was cancelling stated that it would be fine to just reorder and that the order has been cancelled. After putting the phone down. I reordered with the correct details and coupon. This happened within 10mins of each other. There should of been no confusing as it was two totally different and the woman confirmed the order was cancelled. We rang back approx an hour later and they said that the driver was on the way to the delivery but had taken the wrong slip and to let him know and he can ring his manager with the correct ammount. Then we rang back a half an hour after that they said they tried to ring us again (which they had not) about our order. We said that we want the delivery and they stated they will be with us shortly they are just getting in touch with the driver. We rang back a further 15 mins later because there was still no delivery. We cancelled the order and went to pizza hut. Total waste of time.

On two occasions has taken longer than an hour to deliver food. But it's normally okay when it arrives.

Always been consistent with other Dominos for me. I've seen branches with better deals but two for Tuesday and other national deals are available. There are better places nearby but you know what you're getting here.

The one star is for the box it was in. Because the food was rubbish won't be using dominos again that's a dead cert.

Usually I have no problem with this store, but tonight I ordered a pizza for myself and it took an hour and a half to arrive, the pizza tracker claimed it had been delivered half an hour before I actually received it.. 😑

The only Domino's I've seen that doesn't do buy one get one free. The staff were unfriendly and the food was poor. I'd recommend avoiding. There are other takeaways near by that are better.

They don't make it easy if you don't have a post code for the delivery point. It took 5 minutes to place my order!!!
