Domino's Pizza in Bolsover

Just not great tonight. All these points aren’t horrendous but altogether made it a takeaway night mistake. Ordering is easy on the app and as it said 17-21 min delivery I thought I’d pay the extra charge. Was about 10 mins more. I seen that it was sitting in quality control for about 10 mins before out for delivery, but it drove past, to I assume another drop off a few miles away to then return and drop mine off. Order arrived and they’d forgotten the additional 89p dip. Called the store, who will refund the 89p….in around 3 days time. The pizza looked ok, but wasn’t the hottest and the base, on the large, wasn’t well cooked, it just felt soggy and moist (see pic). I didn’t call back about this, though only ate about half before throwing it away.

Same expensive price (unless on a deal) but far less toppings now. One half meatball per large slice now rather than a few whole meatballs!

Ordered from Clowne Dominos like we have on many occasions. An hour and a half later (after I have called twice) I have been told that the order I placed has been cancelled and isn’t coming as there are Road Works in our village and the delivery driver said that “the roads are closed”. Yes there are signs to say Road Closed however it also states that there is access to our street!!! How do people actually think that we get in and out of our house and street? Absolutely appalling that they just cancelled especially when I explained you can get to us and then we just keep getting the phone put down on us 😡😡😡

Takeaway pizza . Absolutely terrible . £40 quid for 2 pizzas, 2 wedges and 2 pops . The thinnest crust with no topping on , an abuse waste of money

Normal chain menu. Great speedy service. Cookies were fabulous. Tried out the deal with 2 sides and a large pizza and cookies. Fit to burst.

Grandson decided he wanted pizza for tea so a trip to Domino's was suggested, good selection of food on offer, made our choice and ordered, we were informed we could upsize the pizza at no extra cost and it would be ready in 15 minutes, which gave us time to nip to the supermarket next door. We got back early and were able to watch the food being prepared and cooked, fascinating. The pizza was on time and enjoyed when we got home, delicious.
