Domino's Pizza in Sandwell

Decided to grab the family dominos pizza for dinner and I’ve never regretted anything more in my life. In total, the pizza took over an hour and a half to make it to my house and fourty minutes of that we’re spent delivering the pizza to my house even though the shop is only a 10 minute drive from my house. The delivery driver called me telling me that he was outside of my house but every time I opened my door to check there was nobody there. This continued for almost half an hour with him claiming to be at my address yet being nowhere in sight. Upon calling the branch to figure out what was going on, the woman who picked up was completely rude and condescending. She was especially patronising when I questioned if the pizza would be cold upon arrival. I received a pathetic excuse that the drivers satnav had taken him to the wrong address (which isn’t believable) and really rudely told me to just wait. Eventually the pizza arrived, completely cold just as I expected. I called the branch and the woman who picked up was completely disinterested and continued being rude once again. When I expressed the need for a replacement pizza she told me that I’ll have to wait another hour for the pizza to arrive and to not eat the cold pizza I was given due to their own incompetence and to return that to a driver that was coming to collect it. After telling her that it would result in the kids not haven eaten dinner for almost three hours in that case she didn’t care, didn’t offer a single apology or appeared to be empathetic to the situation and continued to give me attitude over the phone. I’ve never in my life experienced customer service this terrible. The branch seems to hire incompetent delivery drivers who can’t find their own left foot and place Regina George wannabes on their phonelines. What an abominable combination for an abominable establishment.
