Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 wedges, said it was going to be a 10 min wait.. Went back and gave me 1 pizza and 1 wedges.. Not happy that I had to wait longer, what was meant to be 10 mins, turned out to be 45 mins

Me and my boyfriend have now had 2 poor experiences from this Dominos having waited hours for our pizza to arrive on both occasions!! Terrible service, incredibly long wait for our food.

Ordered a pizza in store, after an hour I asked where it was. They said it had been a mix up and would cook it now. I said I don't bother and refund the payment at which they refused. I refused to leave the store until they did so they called the police. What an awful customer service. Thieving money which they still have not returned

After working a long out of hours shift I began my 3 hour drive home. I hadn’t eaten that day and felt like I was wasting away. The route home sent me through Bath, I spotted the dominos sign and thought jackpot, I can get some hot food. Even though it’s not the healthiest of choices my mouth began to water. Parking wasn’t the best but after several minutes and determination I found a place 50m or so away. The doors were closed but the sign said open until 5am. I felt like shouting jackpot at the top of my lungs but managed some how to contain myself. I asked for a menu that was handed through the small window. Ten minutes I browsed, salivating like a German Shepard over a bacon sandwich. I’d decided, a spicy one it is. I asked to order but was told I couldn’t as it’s online only. No problem I replied I’ll order online. Then I was told sorry we only deliver so you won’t be able to order as your not at your home address. The young blond hair lad full of attitude walked away from the window like I’d been a fool and I should have researched the company policy online before pulling over. I was turned away with no further explanation. What I don’t get is how someone should need to prove to a pizza parlour proof of address. What if a homeless person wanted some hot food on a cold night? Sorry fella no home address no food. There were loads of delivery people all standing around outside waiting for an order. Couldn’t I have phoned the order and had one of them deliver/bring the pizza across the road to my van? Don’t you want any custom? That’s fine there are plenty more pizza parlours. Well Domino’s is strictly a no go from now on including anyone else I can persuade. Shame on Dominoes turning away a starving (Yes I was literally starving) key worker. Jason
