Domino's Pizza in Bridgend

Have always liked dominoes but after receiving a cold pizza haven't ordered for about 18 months, but thought would try again but never again cold pizza again, Will stick with Pizza Hut from now on!!!

After staying away from Domino’s for years, I heard that they improved there Pizza. So, much to my trepidation I decided to give it a try. I ordered the thin/crispy pizza.Well, my recollection of their past pizzas came into my pallet, but even worse. If you remember Uneeda Biscuits, that’s what the dough was like. It was the worse pizza I ever tasted. I highly recommend sticking to local, family owned Pizzerias!

Ordered from this dominos again as is convenient, the last 3 or 4 pizzas I've ordered from there over the last 6 months have all been undercooked. I won't be ordering f4om this restaurant again!!

The mighty meaty had as much meat on it than a stray dog. The overpriced garlic bread was bone dry and caused severe agro among my mates because it was so bad. More than 40 minutes wait, with a delivery bloke who obviously hated his job. Just an unprofessional chain. I move around a lot due to my job and have ordered from many dominos places and they’re all crap! Stick to a local place because you’re better off.

We received our last order more than 90 minutes late and it was completely cold. We received a refund but ate cold food.Tonight we placed an order but an item was missing, I rang the store and was told it would be delivered. That was more than 2 hours ago. Such inconsistency. Wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely appalling service, waited over an hour for food which then arrived cold and the wrong order. Rude obnoxious manager Selva when called to rectify. Never experienced this with Pizza Hut delivery, absolutely appalled

I love pizza and I love Domino's pizza but you are still better off going somewhere else. My son has tonight ordered a pizza and side order to be delivered, when it arrived the pizza was wrong and so was the side. Being made to wait because of their mistake should in my opinion have got something complimentary as an apology but no. When the order came back it was still wrong and again nothing complimentary. Domino's Bridgend are capable of making delicious pizza but are incapable of delivering it to the right people or delivering the whole order. How difficult is it make the pizza and drive it to the house? Bloody incomitant! Bridgend has no shortage of take aways so go somewhere else.

we stay in porthcawl for the summer and this dominos is the closest and every time we order we have to collect but its worth it every tuesday is deal night but as we go and get it it's always buy 1 get 1 free any size, they make a fantastic piza every time i cant fault them

Lovely pizza. A little expensive but not much more than your average take away. Great topping selection and accurate delivery. Enjoyed very much, I recommend for pizza lovers like myself

Ordered online used the code 50offweb which gives you 50% discount on spend over 50 pounds. We had two large pizzas two sides one dessert to share and extra coleslaw. All of that delivered popping hot to our front door for '£27 pound. I thought this was a good deal and we all enjoyed the food. I think next time we will order more sides as these were really nice. It was about twenty five mins for order to delivery .

Pedí una pizza después de una noche fuera, no deseen cocinar. Tenía el servidor de decirme por teléfono que no estoy permitido a la orden porque de quién era yo, (la persona no como mi compañero) me luego hablé con alguien que fue educado y luego la corteza en mi pizza estaba equivocada. No sólo eso. Pedí dos panes de ajo y sólo había de queso en medio. Entonces, como voy a saborear mi media pizza de corteza equivocada el trozo se rompió. Me recogió Otro pedazo de unos 10 minutos más tarde pensando quizás hacía demasiado calor, así que se rompió, pero no. Miré en el fondo de la pizza y no se cortó en absoluto. Mal servicio al cliente y me siento como si no te apetece hacer los pedidos correctos.

Fue cumpleaños de mi hijo en un parque de skate bridgend. Al dominó ordenados a las 10 de la mañana (con antelación) y me aseguraron que la entrega llegaría a 2.45 pm o de lo contrario me hubiera recogido.

Bunch of ametures. Can't deliver because the driver couldn't be bothered probably. Literally just didn't turn up.

Standard dominoes food couldn't complain, they did mess our order up but gave free chicken wings and dip as compensation for the extra wait!

The cost was £34 with a 50% voucher. 3 pizzas, 3 sides, a dessert and a drink. One pizza was short on cheese, one was over cooker and one was just right. The kickers combo was cold and they forgot the dough balls..... When they did arrive they sent the original ones which were also cold. The best thing about this delivery was the ice cold Coke and the polite delivery guy. Thankfully we also have a Pizza Hut that deliver. Won't use dominos again. It was our third bad experience.

Pizzas are nice, but delivery service awful. Have been waiting 75 minutes, website says it's been delivered, but no sign. Spoke to manager who could only say "sorry, we're busy". Order now needs to be recooked so we're looking at over 2 hours from order to delivery (and we live 10 minutes away!).

Ordered 2 pizzas for my daughters birthday treat. Both pizzas were wrong. From incorrect base to toppings. When the store was contacted the manager was rude and unapologetic. He was more concerned about how much pizza was already consumed. When he was told that a bad review would be made unless the order was corrected I was accused of threating to slander!!! We have used this store many times before but they don't care about you as a customer. Good manners and good customer skills would have prevented this.

Made an order for the food to be delivered. Waited over an hour, phoned them to have awful customer service and being told no pizza has been made for the address! So we asked for it to be at the address ASAP! After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes order was STILL INCORRECT and told the driver this! While eating horrible pizza, we had a phone call to say we didn't pay the driver the correct amount and that we were argumentative!!!! We were then threatened that if we didn't pay the missing £4.00 the police will be called! Then after telling them a number of times that we paid the right amount as I remember clearly. We agreed to pay it as it was 2:30 in the morning, when the driver come back he brought someone with him which made me very scared in my own home. Very unhappy and will not... NEVER be ordering from here or dominos again! I will be telling all of my friends and family on how we were treated! Very shocked and discussed!!!!

regular customers as a weekend treat for the kids and their friends.though a tad expensive at first glance they actually have a lot of offers and buy one get one free options.fantastic selection including customised pizza orders.quick delivery.polite and friendly staff.always looks clean and tidy in there.

Just waited an hour and twenty minutes from placing online Oder and delivery ( we live about 7 minutes drive away). The two pizzas were lukewarm and the nachos inedible - burnt and congealed. Really disappointing. Interestingly according to the online tracker - the order was sat in 'quality control' for an hour before delivery! Previous two orders have been 'ok' - but will be looking for an alternative in future.

I have ordered from this Domino's Pizza several times, had it delivered and collected it in person. Tried a number of different pizzas and always pretty good. Getting annoyed with the constant texts mind after ordering using my phone!

We had 10 hungry people watch Wales Rugby and needed something to eat quick fast and delivered. Domino's delivered that. I am not a big Domino's fan. but they preformed better than expected.

I always enjoy a good pizza and I would say this is the best takeaway pizza in bridgend town and good value for money

Amazingly good pizzas and the cookies are to die for! Pizzas are expensive but they are definitely worth the price! I love the new hot dog crust

Fast, efficient and good staff. I prefer to Pizza Hut, although they can be a bit expensive. Wish they hadn't stopped doing coleslaw and black olives. Other than that v good.
