Domino's Pizza in West Lothian

We carried out delicious pizza from this Domino's tonight. The base was just the right thickness and the pizza cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back, and probably on a Friday so it is hopefully the same chefs. Recommended.

As above poor food quality undercooked wedges chicken strippers won't be back asked for wedges to be double checked as had this issue previously yeah mate nah all good mate wee will make sure they are cooked properly get home still raw in the middle Useless quality control

for our 50th anniversary we decided to have a pizza party the nearest pizza shop was dominos in winchburgh the reviews were pretty poor to say the least we were a bit wary but decided to take a chance ordered over £120 of pizza (50% of great) we were given a collection of 4:30 pm 4:40pm we were on our way back loaded with pizza the pizza were great hot and tasty no complaints from 12 people would defo use again the place look lovely and clean as was the polite young man how served us

I only started using Domino's as my husband loved their chicken. I always felt that their pizza was overpriced and very poor quality - you can get the same pizza for £3.50 and far superiorfrom Bravo in Broxburn. Over the last year, Winchburgh Domino's has become worse. Their tracker will show you that it is delivered before they have even made it which I found out when I chased up the order an hour later. I spoke to the Assistant Manager who absolutely promised that it was on it's way. An hour later I called up again and spoke to the same Assistant Manager who said it was definitely out for delivery but if I wanted to cancel it I could and I would get reimbursed. I did. The reimbursement came a few days later. No apology was ever received despite it being an over 3 hour wait. I gave them several more opportunities and each time delivery has been late, the pizza cold. I once said to the driver to hold on until I had chance to see if it was hot enough. He rudely replied that it was kept warm in the car heater. I often paid for dips that never came but all the driver told me that they would come in the next delivery - this never happened yet I was still charged each time. I finally gave up on them. If you want a decent pizza - suggest you try a local takeaway place who do actually value their customers. I won't be paying £8.19 for a pizza that I can get better and hotter for £3.50 locally again. Domino's learn by your mistakes, you are not invincible and certainly not during the pandemic when other companies actually value their customers.

So happy this is here, great addition to a growing village cover Kirkliston and Queensferry, doesn't do much for my diet but great it's now on the doorstep. Fast delivery and always have good offers on. Highly recommend.

Pretty much what you'd expect from this franchise. The place is clean and ordering is straightforward. The pizza is edible.
