Sophie Aston was brilliant she made my pizza the best I’ve ever had 5 stars. Dan grant cut up my pizza into the most even slices I’ve seen and excellent customer service. Mia was cleaning non stop making the place spotless. So proud.

THE WORLDS WORST PIZZA PLACE EVER. Everyone out there, Never go to Domino’s Pizza. I will tell you why: . Pricey and not worth it . Disgusting food 🤢 . Takes ages (Mine took 30 mins) . Grumpy staff (Well mine was grumpy anyway but yours mite not) . Dirty interior . Don not order VIA the app because it will take even longer than 30 mins (We’ll mine took 1 hour 30 mins but yours mite take less) . Just Don’t go there at all Thanks 🙏 ANYWAY!

I ordered a medium tandoori hot pizza which usually has the following toppings: tandoori chicken; onions; mushrooms; green and red peppers; jalapeño peppers. Unfortunately, I only had tandoori chicken and onions on my pizza (I did not opt to only have these toppings). I will not be ordering pizza from here again.

Avoid. Our delivery took over an hour, pizza was cold and burnt. Missing wedges too. Apparently the driver went to the wrong address. We will not use them again.

I went in tonight, asked if I could pay with cash, the young girl had to ask someone, came back and said no we are card only!!! So I left!!! Thank goodness for the little independent shop down the road that were happy to take my money!

Excellent pizza. Ordered via the app. Collected about 15 mins later. Pizza was by far the best I’ve ever had. I have rung them to say thank you afterwards and to keep up the good work.

Total crap , will never use this dominos again ! Ordered two for one deal spent £33 Ordered at 18:55 Used track order app !!! Told being prepared by “Adam” 25-30 mins Total lies , app not updating for 30 minutes so left home anyway Arrived at shop at 19:40 , my wife waited and two customers got there orders and sh had not “Sonia” was given two pizzas by the old guy working in store who seemed clueless to what he was doing , one of the pizzas was our !! One sat on the hot plate for 20 mins while they sorted out their cock up Saying “our” pizza was messed up Another lie !! Eventually got our two pizzas at 20:00 !!! 1 hour and 5 mins to get two pizzas!! Then we had to ask for the extra dip we had paid for as forgotten! No one gave a monkeys about our wait , no apologies, not discount , no nothing Got home one pizza had to be microwaved as nearly cold and the toppings , including the 3 x extra ones hurt your eyes looking for them !!!! Ripped off on peed off !! Useless idiots with no clue and running a poor quality franchise Save your money or go to a better run dominoes franchise!!!

Absolutely terrible, spent £50 on pizzas for family , after 90 minutes they sent half the order so we sent it back , phoned to see how long the full order will be they lied said it was on its way with the driver 45 minutes later we called back was told it was being prepared , really rude when questioned, eventually after over 3 hours the order came , all virtually cold .After complaining via email the area manager called , which turned out she owned the store , wasn’t interested, no apology nothing and was also as rude as her staff not interested whatsoever .will never go there again

So surprised at the customer service at this place actingoke I was in fault they had put bacon on the usual pizza we order without it. Gu en a refund after complaining and threatened never to order from this store again no word of a lie threatened banned as I got the wrong pizza and had the balls to complain. Offered a medium pizza as a olive branch and then when I asked about it obviously not for myself but thought would send to some homeless they said I'm banned from the store

Over an hour and half wait still no delivery ffs useless no message or anything.its getting late and have a party to attend. Tried ringing 5mins no one picks up. Then someone answers after the 2nd call.to be told another 40mins disgusting never ordering again. That's 2 and half hours wait wtf.

If you want stone cold food delivered an hour after you ordered it, this is the place for you! Food turned up cold, I asked the branch to send out new food, they collected it 90mins later, to collect our food, but didn't deliver replacements..

Worst pizza I’ve ever seen, BBQ sauce was swimming on the thing, you work at a pizza place and can’t even make a pizza properly, you know you’ve hit a low!!!!! Sort yourself how could you possibly charge nearly £20 for a pizza that I wouldn’t even feed my dog! Embarrassing! Give up!

Let’s cut to the chase, there’s only one word to describe this hideous bit of work, below you will see attached file, warning Pegi 16, I think the picture does the talking, after ordering a vegi supreme I received what must have been some sickos idea of a joke was some disgusting brown sauce with what could only be described what the Jews where fed during the war because I would believe even they would refuse it, I’m disgusted and I will be taking them to court for putting me in harms way, people your better of not eating Ps only one slice arrived but i guess that’s usual for dominos, on top of that I phoned up to complain and was met we such abuse, a guy called Jake who refers to himself as the ‘manager’ he called me an idiot multiple times after calling me a prat to I’m disgusted and he also laughed at me too several times, worst customer service I have ever had, we’ll be putting formal complaint to head office!!!!

Online order. No issues. Picked food up. No issues until... Got it home (20 minute drive) and pizza has a BBQ base. Not what we asked for. Wife hates BBQ base and it’s her bday. Called store - told me they’d ran out of tomato sauce. They could not answer why they had not disclosed this at pick up or phoned me to let me know. They just let me walk away with it. Offered me a replacement pizza if I drove it back to store - tomato sauce had now been delivered apparently. I explained the long drive and seeing as it was their error asked if they could send a driver. None available. Asked to speak to a manager. Nobody senior available. Asked for a refund and declined. What a joke!! Bunch of kids with no training in customer service. This branch needs to address its staffing. Not the only comment like this on here. Won’t be ordering from there again. Plenty of other places to buy pizza from. If they were independent like say the pizza cafe the business would have likely failed by now. Lucky they carry the brand logo on the shop front.

I phoned an order through to the Crewkerne Domino's as one person didn't want sauce but just cheese & double mushrooms. I was told to use the app for the meal deal, I phoned again saying the app wouldn't let me remove the sauce!!!!, the person then told me, "well in that case I can't give you a meal deal over the phone ". The previous week they could give a meal deal over the phone. The staff just can't be bothered & are very rude.

We keep getting leaflets through our door stating deliveries!!! Yet when you try and order they do not deliver to our area. Food is ok and i mean only ok. Completely overpriced and really not worth the money.

Ordered 3 vegetarian pizzas.discivered a piece of chicken on my pizza. Telephoned the Newton abbot store to see what they would do about it. Brush off apology. Apparently it's in the terms and conditions that there is a risk of cross contamination. Seriously. You sell pizzas. Smarten up you act dominoes. Its seriously not that difficult to make a pizza with the correct toppings that the customer has asked for. Won't ever buy from your company again. Poor customer service.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our order was wrong - when I phoned to complain I was told it was tough because the pizza had been started. 1) we didn’t realise until we started eating that there was spicy beef on it and 2) I was on hold for 20 minutes before even getting through to complain and the whole order was getting cold! No apology, no care given. We will never be ordering from there again.

We didn't look at the reviews before we ordered and if we had we wouldn't have ordered! This was for a birthday today, during lockdown!We ordered our food early morning for a 530pm delivery. The app worked well and it even showed us when it was due to arrive, did a countdown and plotted our pizza on mapping.The pizza arrived exactly on time, was hot and very tasty. The order was missing an item (Ice-cream) and an apology was received and a promise to bring it straight back up. Before we finished our pizza the tub of icecream arrived along with a free tub to apologise.The lady delivering, Gemma, was really friendly and helpful.Our experience was good and we would order again.Many thanks

Abosoutly disgusting by the service. Rang for a delivery paid in card. The man took my address. 2 hours later I had to ring as no delivery. To be told that the person who took my delivery didn’t take my address or phone number.(which was a lie) spoke to someone from there with a attitude of a 2 year old. Then asked to speak to manager his attitude was disgusting. This happened 23rd March. He said he was the only manager there so not gonna be hard to track him down... he promised me a call back to all this . 2 days later still nothing. I will be taking this further. Fed up with taking to kids. Or just act like adults. Never eat there again. Unless have a full apology

so i have worked for domino's in paignton uk for roughly 2 months now and i have to say this is the largest shambles of an employer i have worked for i have to say this is largely down to the fact that there is no management on site in this branch, there is also a lack of awareness of basic employee rights EG drivers hours for drivers, COSHH training has not been done by a single employee in this building and most don't even know what it is, they have no food hygiene training given to the staff handling your food & to top it off legally required breaks are not given to all staff members, i left due to this as they gave me a disciplinary action for taking the option to take this as no manager had given me a break i was over 6 hours into NON stop driving which breaks drivers hours routines let alone basic workers rights so i therefor have terminated my contract with them.

I have just had the worst experience in Newton Abbot. The order took 2.5 hours. Arrived cold, order incomplete. The female manager was incompetent and extremely rude. Unprofessional, kept stumbling changing her story, was she under the influence whilst working? Absolutely appalling service. We will NEVER use this Franchise again.

ordered a pizza and a few other bits. App said it would be 20 mins. 1.5hours later it arrived and pizza was cold. rang them up to be told a replacement would be an hour and i would have to collect. or i could have a full refund if i waited in for delivery driver to collect the cold food. no sorry, no acklowledgement that they had made a mistake. every time we order food they make a mistake and we say never again, but keep making the same mistake! don't bother with them, go elsewhere

Worst dominos franchise I have ever used. Pizza was cut unevenly, toppings burnt and spread in a tiny section and the order was also wrong. Tried to get a different one sent out but they wanted me to drive back and drop it back to them. Spoke to senior management for the south west, they offered a free garlic bread with the next order if I dropped the pizza intact into the store. Absolute jokers with 0 customer service ability! DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.

Worst dominos ever ordered my food via the app which said order will be ready for collection in 42 mins, turned up when the app said its ready. No one served me for about 15-20 mins then for the manager to tell me my food is going in the oven now, had to eventually leave without anything absolute shambles!

We ordered vegetarian pizza as my daughter is a veggie. The pizza came with bits of meat on it. I have complained to Domino’s customer service and to be quite frank they don’t care. No sensible apology or anything, just read the small print! In short if you are veggie or have an allergy their is no separation in food prep and you could get anything, I was told they even use the same pizza cutter Never again will I go to Domino’s!.

I have Celiac Disease and had no option but to pay the best part of £15 for a gluten free SMALL pizza ..the only size pizza they do gluten free . . Why do u have to pay stupid prices just because you have an auto immune disease .. out chiffing ragious

I would have put 0 as an option if it would have let me. Disgusting customer service from both staff in store and their supposed customer service team who it appears don’t have anything authority to solve any issues. The customer service I received in the Newton Abbot branch was appalling, the colleagues attitude was disgusting and they made no effort to diffuse the situation in store.It is unclear on the website that your times are not specific. I was asked to select from a drop down menu when I would like to collect my food, and I expected it to be ready for then. The store had all of my contact details to let me know if there was going to be a delay. Going into the branch and being told I had a further 40 minute wait suggests they hadn’t even began to make my pizza when I arrived. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a bit more than this from a large company such as yourselves. Having the area manager discuss with the store manager “at their next meeting” could be any time! It took over a week for me to be refunded, and now over a week later Dominoes are refusing to take any ownership of this problem, and Just’s keep reiterating that there could be a wait if it’s busy, regardless of selecting a collection time online.Not that dominoes care, but I will certainly never be using them again.

My pizza wasn’t up to scratch as a quarter of it was devoid of any toppings! Having driven two and a half miles home I wasn’t going to take it back so I thought I’d take a photo and give them a ring. I couldn’t get through surprise surprise!! I did get through eventually and received rubbish customer service from the store manager who was obviously going through the motions for the umpteenth time!!! I will not use this shoddy, overpriced and unprofessional franchise again!!! And from reading other reviews it seems my experience is not an isolated incident!

Waited over 40 minutes for one medium pizza and two sides after the time online said 13-18 minutes. Walked in to silence and no one said a word to me. I stood awkwardly with the other people waiting as names were called. After a while a young boy who was cooking the pizzas called me and muttered insincerely sorry bout the wait. I took my pizza and realised when I got home the pizza is not even and looks smaller that it sound be. Parts were bare as the topping has been smeared to other parts. The sides were fine. Just didn’t expect complete disregard for people. Just a hi would have been nice. I’d never treat people like that.

We have used this Dominos several times and it makes no difference if we pre order on line or order on arrival the Pizza takes ages to prepare and is never on time. This last experience was the final straw when we ordered on line but could not collect until 1hour 15 mins. With such a delay we expected it to be ready on arrival, but despite this we had to wait another 25 mins and when we complained we were told one pizza had only just gone in the oven. Then, not for the first time the potato wedges we were given were stone cold and had to be heated up at home.

Size of the pizzas are a mockery! Their largest size pizza is barely the size of a real 14” pizza for £10! £15+ for a basic cheese pizza and £20 for any other pizza is extortionate for the sizes and conditions they arrive in. Every time I collect the pizza/pizzas they're never cut properly so the toppings all tear off the base, ruining the pizza. One time I came to collect an order, 10 minutes after the collection time I had set as I always stand for a while because they forget to put the money in the till and they had forgotten about my other orders aside from my pizza, therefore causing mine and my partners food to be cold when I finally got my entire order! I had vouchers posted through my house door in kingsteignton and was informed they DO deliver to kingsteignton just not Fridays-Sunday’s. However nearly a week of trying to use the vouchers due to being unable to make orders online and not allowing me to use my post code even though I had been told Kingsteignton was a delivery option too and they posted the vouchers through my door ? I work evenings till late across the road from dominoes and they would be beneficial for me as they are open till midnight but they always seem to disappoint (Monday 30th) today the vouchers run out and only today I was told they don’t deliver to kingsteignton here and they’re closed for over a week ?! NO warning at all! More care and effort needs to be put into this work if we have to pay such high prices for small amounts.

Ordered a pizza just before 8pm, feeling slightly sick at the fact, that one pizza and a box of chicken cost £25, and told it would take 1-1.5 hours to arrive, we proceeded with our order, paying directly over the phone by debit card

When ordering online I've ended up with two pizzas before due to lag on the website. I've also not gotten drinks I've ordered before. But it's usually decent service. It isn't my favorite place for sure. The pizza is sometimes way too greasy or it's great. I never quite know if I'll have a good meal or a bad meal from them.

Ordered a large pizza,consisted of 8 tiny strips of chicken, 6 small pieces of mushrooms and 12 bits of sweet corn. 2 inches around the outside had NOTHING. Staff would not arrange delivery as I had collected from shop.Shame on you newton abbot. Will go to pizza cafe next time

Ordered pizzas for a work lunch. We ordered a few meat pizzas & a vegetarian (for our veggie colleague). When opening the pizza boxes we realised that all the pizzas were in fact meat.. phoned dominos to highlight the error to which they were very unhelpful & we're told it was our fault for not realising when the order was read back to us. Unfortunately this put a bit of a dampener on our work lunch as one person was unable to eat.. will not return not just because they seem to get things wrong often but because of the attitude towards THEIR mistake!!

Today we had a leaving do at work. All clubbed together to get a choice of pizzas for everyone to enjoy. Simple no one could screw that up. How wrong can you be we are talking Newton abbots finest here. The vege pizza had a special touch of spicy meat. So when we complained it was our fault and no replacement pizza. So what can I say if you do want a decent pizza go 300 yards down the road to pizza cafe polite staff a good choices and own their mistake if they make it.

Ordered dominoes this evening as a treat for my sons birthday as we had relatives visiting. We ordered early as we have young children and wanted to get them fed before it was too late.

Second time I've ordered and the pizza as arrived cold and incorrectly made, missing toppings/sauce/dips etc. They are completely unwilling to do anything about it, have never offered a replacement or part refund. The worst domino's ever!

Oh my word, where to start? Ordered a cheeseburger pizza and farmhouse feast, both were tasteless and wet almost like they had been ran under a tap! No sauce on cheeseburger pizza , couldn’t stomach more than a slice. Worst dominos in country, needs closing down. What makes things worse is it used to be ok until about 18 months ago when suddenly it’s horrendous time after time , we hadn’t had one for 4-5 months and decided one last chance was in order, chicken tasted off and have stomach pains all ready.DEFO LEARNED LESSON THIS TIME. NEVER AGAIN...

We had takeaway pizza from here for the first time. There was far too much tomato topping on for my wife liking but mine was ok. I had a half and half but the sauce for one of the halves was all over the pizza. Still, it filled a little hole. Good mannered staff. Didn't have to wait too long but the front door was sticking at the bottom and the waiting area was freezing cold because of it.

Ordered online 4 pizzas and sides we waited over an hour and at last it arrived. Stone cold.

Ordered a winter survival deal promotional pizza to be delivered and opted for a vegi supreme thin & crispy pizza, no tomatoes but with sour cream and paprika drizzle. All came very quickly but turned to disappointment when we realised we had been sent a cheese & tomato pizza instead. I immediately phoned them up and explained the situation, they were puzzled by what had happened but put me on hold to talk to the manager. 5 minutes later the manager came on the phone and said that there was an IT issue and she would call them straight away as I was not the only one affected. She asked me to hold again and she would come back to me. Instead after 5 minutes I was hung up on. I tried phoning back but could not get through. I therefore got in the car and took the pizza back. I told them I was the customer they had hung up on and they did apologise and explained that they had had to shut off the internet orders as the IT issue was widespread. I was left waiting again and eventually came back to me to say that because I had brought the pizza back they would make up my correct pizza. Eventually I did get it though even then I had to remind them that I did need the drizzle on it. Although they were full of apologies they ignored that fact that I had to collect my own pizza as well as the time taken. Just felt it was lip service to get me out the door. I ordered my pizza at 16.46 and it was 18.10 before I was sat down at home eating it. I will not be using them again.

the food is ok but quite greasy and very expensive for what you get. I would give it 1 srat but my son would give it 5. Lol

Rang multiple times to try and order a delivery, got hung up on at least twice before I could say anything, and when someone eventually stayed on the line I was told they weren’t taking orders over the phone. On a Friday night. Absolutely ridiculous. As someone who has used them many times before and not had any complaints, this has definitely put me off ordering anything from them in the future.

Me and my sister ordered cookies along with our pizza this evening. 10 minutes after placing our order we received a phone call saying they have been very busy all weekend and have ran out of cookies so we were offered a different choice of side and we picked the pepperoni dough balls. 45 minutes after that our delivery arrived but we were sent the ‘lotta-chocca-pizza’ instead of the dough balls. So after an hour of waiting and having to swap what we ordered in the first place, we received something we didn’t want or like.

Firstly, WOW! Whoever made The Meatfielder pizza on Tuesday night (11:00pm sorry it was a late order) for Me, Give yourself a pat on the back. You seriously take pride in your trade dude. It was soooo good, right amount of sauce, toppings and double decadence sauce. Now I know you guys may get a lot of stick for the prices of your pizzas and the quality, but if they come out looking and tasted like they did on Tuesday night, I’d be happy to pay what I did all day!!! 10/10

We purchased pizzas on Thursday evening, pizzas arrived burnt and on wrong bases. We rang the store and were told they would resend our food second lot of pizzas arrived again but this time greasey and soggy again not edible. My husband rang the store and the poor pizzas were blamed on the hot weather and when I rang to speak I was told it was because of the hot weather. I spoke to the manager whom said I could have more pizzas sent but by this time is was 21.10 I said no ad it would be nearly 22.00 by the time we would get the third order, and surely it should not have taken three attempts to get a decent pizza. She said there was nothing more she could do, I asked for customer service email address and said I would send photographic evidence of the pizzas. Not stand stage did she inform me that if I kept the pizzas and send them back I could have had a refund. I emailed customer services who were just as useless and did not email back until the next day. They said if I had the pizzas I could have a refund, by this time the pizzas were in the bin. Why would I have kept them stored in my kitchen overnight. So they were not able to give me a refund. The area manager has just called and was just as useless as the store, saying she couldn't do anything. What a joke dominos never again will I be ordering from you. £30.00 just gone into the bin.

In the last couple of months I have ordered from here three times and won’t be using them again. Absolutely diabolical. All three times I have ordered for pickup at a designated time and each time I have had to wait half an hour over my designated time without so much as a sorry. One of the times I got the pizza home and they had given me the wrong pizza. The staff in store are extremely rude and have no consideration for their paying customers. Don’t even get an apology out of them for having to wait. Avoid this dominos at all costs. Absolutely terrible service. Extremely disappointing.

Awful service. Poorly cooked pizza. No option to order for delivery online. Need to collect yourself and when you do the order is invariably wrong - Resulting in another trip to collect the bits that have been missed off. If I could rate it less than one star I would.

I ordered two pizzas and fries online at 1700hrs for a collection at 2030 hrs turned up at 2030 hrs to be told it would be another hour I told them to shove it very shoddy business 3 and a half hours notice appalling never go there again should be ashamed false advertising Newton Abbot branch sucks

Fabulous, piping hot, late night pizza delivered to The Avenue Church to celebrate the final performance of Downcast Abbey. Thanks guys for getting so many pizzas delivered so quickly, lovely.

They are good, and were a go to when I didn't feel like cooking. Then one day, about two weeks ago - they suddenly stopped delivering to Kingsteignton (online orders or callin). No reason given. All good - Its cheaper and just as good, to go to Fresh Pizza and Ali's Pizza just down street a bit - plus they still deliver. So long dominos. I feel better about supporting local shops anyway.

Have used Dominos on many occasions but only for collection as I live close by. I have never had a problem. I order online and the Pizzas are always ready on time and are hot. Always enjoyable.

I ordered my usual ‘vegetarian’ pizza to discover 3/4 of the way through eating it that there was A LOT of ground beef under the cheese, along with some sweetcorn and red onion that I also hadn’t ordered. Really makes you wonder what the hygiene standards are like in store and customer services’ response: cross contamination is inevitable.

After waiting for over an hour to have our Pizza delivered it turned up cold and dry.The local Pizza Cafe would knock the spots off Dominos !!

We ordered 4 pizzas and a load of sides on the app, because we don't live close enough for delivery we had selected cash on collection. Within a few minutes of placing the order we had a phone call from the store. The most rude...

The Service we received was mostly good, apart from a issue with our order when it turned up at the door (missing side order), but this was rectified. Dominos is dominos, and as you'd expect the range of options was good enough for the needs...

We selected items from a deal on line - the food all arrived bang on the time we had opted for and the order was complete. Delivery guy was polite - cant fault any part of the service.

Llegamos a la tienda y que me dijeron que solo se puede tratar con la oficina central. Ponga todo por escrito a la oficina central por consejo de la tienda y luego unas cuantas noches después una señora llamó alrededor de las 8:30 pm, aparentemente ella era su gerente regional, y ella empieza a hacer amenazas por teléfono. . . Si amenazan acciones legales. intenté recuperar mi dinero a través de mi banco.

Domino's son cotización en su imagen nacional. Pizzas están bien, pero muy línea de producción, también es muy caro para lo que son. Mucho mejor la calidad y el valor de la Pizza café bajando la calle

pizza was cant fault that but while I was waiting a staff member at the til asked for help from another team member not sure if he was suppose to be in charge but he sure as hell put her down she asked for support nicely and he humiliated her infront of the people waiting to be served this is uncalled for and awful to speak to people this way he said don't ask me again ok in a nasty tone he was not nice towards her if any wanted to ask for a job at that point they sure as hell would of walked

I phoned and spoke to the cooks in Domino's, and asked them to not put cheese onto top of a certain pizza on my order. They sad hats fine but dough has little bit of milk in, I said not a problem, our pizza's came quite quickly, but covered in cheese.

Hour wait on take out ! Walked out then found my son ordered only to wait 2 1/2 hrs to deliver only side dishes

We booked our pizza on line for in store collection and when we arrived at the booked time we were told that they hadn't even started preparing them. There was no apologies or offer to make up for having to wait. Staff had really don't care attitude about them.

Rarely have dominos as it doesn't deliver as far as we live so we make a special journey when we do decide to go and this time we were really disappointed..pizza was burnt and not cut properly...didn't know until we got home because why would you open it during a half hour drive..? Had one slice each and that was enough..I know it's only pizza but..it's still really annoying when normally it's the best!!

Always excellent service and excellent food very quick and very tasty we have never had a bad take away from them thank you.

It is what it says on the tin. Domino's pizza There is not a lot one can say to review a fast food outlet except that the staff could at least appear as if they appreciate your custom and you are not just a means to an end

This branch has really gone downhill in recent months. Long waits for delivery, incorrect orders, cold/undercooked pizza and soggy wedges (every single time). For such expensive pizza, this branch really needs to up its game.

I ordered 4 pizzas from here, and they delivered to the wrong address.They apologised and remade the food and delivered it correctly the second time, and offered a £30 credit on my account for the delay caused. Yet, when I tried to use the credit, I was told that there was no credit on my account and that I must be lying because that's not their policy.Terrible service - why lie to customers after you've already messed their order up!

Ordered a half & half pizza so that hubby could have the new hot pepperoni topping & son could have Hawaiian as he doesn't eat spicy food. When we took it into the kitchen & opened the box, the topping looked really sloppy & the hot pepperoni had slid over on top of the Hawaiian leaving that half too spicy to eat. The specimens of the hot pepperoni was very uneven as well so that some areas were pretty mild, and others heaped in spice! Rang to complain & was offered money off a future order, but as we wanted to eat it today that wasn't much use. Asked them to deliver a plain Hawaiian instead which they did. We use Dominos a lot and they are usually really good but this was the worst pizza ever!

I've been ordering Domino's for over 10 years, always received fair service, however; upon ordering they were not willing to swap potato wedges for garlic bread despite the fact that they cost the same price. Your customers are always right, not with Domino's! Overpriced and undeserved. Poor service and yet another unhappy customer!

Half our order was missing, the driver had to go back and get another pizza cooked so we couldn't all eat together. Didn't have the sides we ordered so instead of ringing sent out some hard wedges. Won't be ordering again, should have gone to pizza cafe.

Quick service, staff were very nice and the food was really nice! Our pizza was still hot when we got home

deliverys only but not had too many problems occasionly wrong topping but quickly sorted and pizza replaced,value for money especially week day lunch specials.

Always quick with the food, decent offers sometimes as well as its a little expensive without any discounts p.

Wouldn't deliver an order of 20 pizzas to Dornafield campsite which is less than two miles from the store! Unbelievable!

Placed order for collection by phone for 10 people, multiple pizzas and sides plus extra dips etc on picking up the order I asked for the extra dips and I was told they were not on the order! which ones did I want, at this point I have no idea what each person had ordered as the list is at home,as I thought that the person taking the order would have added these to the order? Staff at the store didn't really seem to see this as a problem and the actual customer service was terrible not polite or helpful in the slightest. It's only dominos I know not expecting much just a thank you for your order and a sorry for getting it wrong but even that was to much to ask for!

Take away Saturday night.mit was busy but ordered online was advised 15 minutes, arrived and true to their word it was ready. They have recently changed their menu and added some extras, try the American Hot, it is not that hot but has a kick to it, tried the hot wings with BBQ was poor with no kick and not that warm.

after last time we decided to give it one more try. worth it. nicer pizzas kinder staff still overpriced but one cant make a change. i would recommend this time.

Although I like pizza, it is not worth lots of money and dominos over price their pizzas by too much.Their pizzas are really nice but I will only buy if they are cheaper! the last time I brought a pizza it was cold when I got home and I don't live far away.

Terrible service, awful food. Order wrong, ordered 3 items and 2 were wrong. How can a franchised system go so wrong. Simply awful!

I would really like it if they brought back their gormet pizza's as they were amazing, still love dominoes and your pizzas are fab. Also on delivery more than once they forgot my garlic sauce so that's why I only think they are an average store.
