DISGUSTING ATTITUDE! I just ordered 2x Vegi Supreme Pizzas and paid for extra toppings. The pizzas were delivered with hardly any toppings at all. I called the store and a man called Shiva answered the phone. His tone was dismissive and aggressive. After relaying what happened, he responded angrily that the ‘maximum toppings were checked and satisfied’. I tried reasoning with him but he was not willing to listen or help. I will never order from here again.

Great prices and deals. I actually get a great deal on collection so I try to do that. Friendly staff and they were scrubbing the place while I was there as it was quiet so always a good sign. Will was my customer service and helped me choose the best deal and pizza and very friendly so thanks Will!

Do not order from this store under any circumstances. Even if you do, they do not take your order. Every time you order, someone picks up the phone and tells you that they cannot take orders. The employees are all rude.A very bad store

Omg I had the best pizza from here last night. It was the texan bbq and was perfect. I really only wanted the cookies with a cream egg inside but had to order a pizza to make it deliverable.

While super efficient staff, seems like more interested in full filling online orders. The pizza quality was not that great - I had ordered Veg Supreme Delight. Further they don't have any condiments available. Seems like just for takeaway or delivery

Bit slow on service at times despite restaurant not being very busy

Absolutely terrible service and pizza was a mess, the driver could not find my flat and no other drivers have any problems.. the pizza came a the toppings were all off the pizza I recommend go to Essex Road pizza they take more care there. This is not the first time this has happened. Dominoes on white lion Street is a disgraceful.GET SOME NEW STAFF DOMINOES for the amount you charge take some pride.the bloody driver put me on the phone to a stranger because he could not understand the directions I was given him so what is the point of the app, the driver can see where you live..ridiculous service.

Food is okay. Delivery times take so long and aren’t accurate. Shop cares too much about “delivery times” on the computer that your actual food arrives much later. Quicker to walk and collect than have delivered

My local pizza takeaway, good food and great price if you collect which at present is 50% off all pizzas when you collect. I have Used it a few times and never been disappointed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DOMINOES. We ordered and it came an hour and a half late. We complained about the pizza being cold and the people at the shop were very rude. They sent their delivery driver back to collect our pizza but refused to refund it because my son had eaten half his pizza even though it was cold. Overall a terrible experience and ruined what would have been a great evening.

I ordered food from this branch, and did not receive two items that was meant to be part of the ‘deal’ they had online. When I phoned the branch about a minute after delivery, the guy who answered the phone said that he will send a driver with the missing items (he even confirmed what the missing items were before I told him) I had stressed at the time that it was for my child and he said that someone will be with me in the next 5 minutes, the missing item was chicken wings and a drink, so I just assumed that they forgot to give it to the driver, hence the reason he said 5 minutes. 30 minutes passed and I called back, the same guy answered the phone and said that his driver said that he already gave the items to me, that I was lying?! Seriously?! I was so shocked to be accused! Why would I lie about not receiving wings and a drink lol. I was adamant that it was not delivered! I asked to speak to the manager and he hung up! I called back 3 times and he kept picking the phone up and then dropping the call! He finally decided to speak to me and told me that he was the manager, but would not give me his name (lying) He was insisting that all items were delivered and hung up again. At this point I felt so frustrated, I had to call another branch and after explaining to the lady that answered the phone, she put me through to the area manager. I again explained myself to him and he told me that he is heading to the White Lion St branch now and that he will call me back in 30 minutes- he never did! I have been a regular customer at this branch, I have used them many times over the years, they have always forgotten little things to give to the driver but send it over when they can- I usually confirm my delivery items with the delivery guy when it’s dropped off and if anything is missing, they ring the branch- that day my husband took the delivery and didn’t check. The staff at the restaurant clearly forgot to give the item to the delivery guy (as he told me what was missing ) and decided to try and accuse me of lying when he couldn’t t find anyone to come back! Not going to use ever again- you have lost a long time customer! Disgusting the way I was treated!

I did not receive the food but the order shows that it has been delivered. I called the merchant more than a dozen times, and the merchant hung up my phone countless times. I finally got through. The merchant refused to say that I hadn't ordered it before I said the order number and then hung up again.

Horrible shop! I bought pizza and they charged me however when I called them they said they don't see my order and I will get money back tomorrow and hangup on me. They don't have my details just phone number how they want to refund me?! Contacting my bank already with complain about them!

Esa is a very prompt delivery driver, pizza is always hot, very professional.

I use this Domino’s branch relatively regularly, and I pretty much always order the same thing since I have a dairy allergy so am limited to the vegan options (despite really wanting meat on my pizza!). Every time I pay for an extra dip and 9/10 they don’t bring it so I have to call the branch, they try to tell me they’ll give it to me free next time, I say no thank you because I ordered it precisely because I want it this time, they agree to drop it off, sometimes they do but sometimes I have to call again… and one time they even switched the BBQ sauce that comes with the potato wedges for a vegan garlic and herb, which wasn’t necessary or requested. I’ve also had battles in the past with the drivers wanting me to come not only out of my flat, but out of my building and across the development to meet them, as well as them simply leaving my pizza in the development reception, which is in an entirely different building without even buzzing my flat. The only reason I keep using this branch is because when it does arrive, the pizza is much nicer than other companies!

Terrible delivery service... I ordered my pizza to be delivered to my house, for some reason after many years of delivering it to my house they have decided to add a new security reason policy thing which apparently states they cant deliver it to my house... It doesnt stop here.... so as a hungry fiend i am I had to go meet the driver round the corner from my house... it felt like a drug deal the guy didnt speak much english, didnt get off his bike,, was on the phone to some other guy who didnt speak english (im guessing el chapo)... I was almost expecting a couple of plastic bags with my pizza.

They dont know about allergies and hallal food . They should have trining.

Do not order from this branch, the staff are rude and vulgar and they laugh if you complain - i do not trust that they do not do anything nasty to the pizzas either !! you have been warned

I ordered a doner kebab pizza and swapped the onion for extra doner meat. When I got the pizza, it had very little doner meat at all even for a normal serving of meat let alone extra. I completed the online survey and expressed this and requested to be called back. I was called back about 2 hours later which was fantastic however I was met by a very rude man who just wanted to talk over me and tell me that I was wrong. This is absolutely gross customer service. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. Also, your delivery driver absolutely stank of cannabis. Look into that eh?

I have ordered in many branches as I have moved to different London boroughs and this one is by far the ine with the best pizza.

I don't normally post reviews on this. I just ordered a pizza from here. Apparently, I did not put in my Address in my order, but my order was processed. I gave my Address on the phone, I repeated the post code and address twice. The Chef, called me telling me that my pizza is outside, I see no delivery driver. Apparently when I called the Chef over the phone I did not give them the right address, when I clearly repeated the address twice. So its the customers fault? I asked again, if I don't get my food, you will get a bad review, the chef repeated to me, you will get a refund. Now, if I don't receive my refund within 5 working days, I will post an updated review with my bank statement, as proof that I did not receive my refund. The choice is yours, very best of luck!

Ordered 6 pizzas online to get it by 22:00. I needed to change the order by 9pm because we were doing some work. They told me that everything was ok by 9pm. I called at 9:30pm the person who pick up the phone said the rider is already on your way. I needed to call back again at 9:50 pm and after 10 min holding the person told me that the driver was leaving at 10pm to deliver my pizza and that it will take around 15min to arrive to my place. I want order anymore in this Domino's pizza the services was ridiculous.

Ordered here a few times and every time you find a hair in their pizza... it becomes a joke after a while. How hard is it to wear a hat and be hygienic and when you call to explain and ask for a new pizza the staff get rude. Did not provide the names for head off complaints either. Will not be ordering again.

Never get the order right and the female answering the phone is just plain rude.

received the wrong order, was promised by the manager that the correct is on its way, never received it, had to call up 3 times, apparently the driver delivered it, however, according to the manager he came back, but then didn't, so he has to wait for him to return. 3 hours of BS later, still no pizza. The worst customer service ever, go to pizza hut instead. They dont understand anything you try to tell them and have the worst attitudes. Order was wrong and half of it missing. Would not bother going there to get service like that.

Good service, not many positives reviews from other however people waiting for delivery need to remember a few factors - Your location - Busy period and one thing I like it when they make a mistake they offer to provide that item free on next order, and I've never been disappointed with that.

Not the best service i walked in after ordering online and had to wait about 5mins before i was even seen to after seeing my order was ready online

VERY BAD!!! Ordered pizzas and waited for over 1 hour and 15 mins and when it arrived I told the driver that this is late so he just took the pizza back and did not even apologise. Shame Domino's that I had kids waiting too.

Ordered online for collection and not only was it not ready. They had forgotten to make it. They eventually made it and delivered it to me for free but hours late. I complained and no one got back to me. Even though they're usually good, I've got to dock their rating for that.

Order on line often and the pizza never comes on time - just says quality check for ages then when you ring they say 5 minutes but it's more like 20 - then when food comes it's stale and cold. Really bad delivery service!

Terrible Experience. The following is an email I sent to Dominos explaining the terrible experience I had tonight and the reason for this poor review. Dear Dominos, To start with, this is the last time I will email/call/contact you/order from you ever in my life. I had my night ruined aimlessly waiting for my food to the point that I got so frustrated and walked to the nearest store where I got even worse customer service. It all started when I placed my order online automatically using my number. However, my phone just recently broke so I knew there was no way they could contact me that way. I was with a friend and she instantly phoned the Islington store to explain that we had given the wrong number and to inform them of the correct one so they could contact once they reach our place. We called about 10 times but the call was always ended midway in solving the problem. My friend eventually got through to a lady who took down the right number and put her on hold while she checked the status of the order. She was held for 20 minutes only to be hung up on. We then called another 15 times and not once did the Islington store pick up again. It had been 2 hours by this point. We got so frustrated that we decided to walk to the Islington store and see what is going on. We explained what happened to the guys at the till and their response was to blame us for giving them the wrong phone number that kept the driver waiting and subsequently left. Furthermore, they told us we have not paid for anything so we shouldn't be complaining. Also, we witnessed one of the employees pick up the phone even though they claimed they were too busy to answer our calls before or to change our number and fix the order. It looks to me as if they realised they messed up our order and purposely ignored my friend's calls. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour, unacceptable customer service, unacceptable system that no longer lets you correct your details once the order was placed and a night completely wasted for food that never arrived as well as employees that did nothing to fix the situation and blamed us instead. I am extremely disappointed as I've been a recurring customer of Dominos many many times and never complained even though my order was messed up quite a few times in terms of ingredients. I will never order from you again and will share my bad experience across all social media as well as my friends to avoid the possibility of them suffering the same horrible experience that me and my friend went through tonight. Thank you

It's okay the delivery wasn't that bad but the pizza is good!!

They've messed up my order so many times and have forgotten the tomato sauce on my pizza multiple times. How can you have a pizza without tomato sauce?? It's barely edible without the sauce... They never call to explain or give you a chance to cancel the order if they ran out. If you've ordered online, they've already got your money so they don't care and there is no way to complain or get a refund. Service sucks.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! We called up after not receiving our pizza after over an hour. We were very rudely told that the driver waited outside for a very long time and that we hadn't provided our correct phone number. When we asked if we could have another pizza delivered (and a hot one) -- she said it would be the same pizza and would be 'warm' and if we wanted a hot one we had to wait another 45 minutes. We agreed to the warm one and without a response she hung up on us! Very rude - avoid this branch.

The delivery service is very bad. The driver refused to deliver to the premises, he called demanding someone to wait for him in the street and was very rude. When called to complain at the branch the person on the phone was even ruder & did not care. Service is below zero. Avoid this branch.
