Ordered online - order was delivered but as I live in a flat they refused to bring it to my door, when asked why he said company policy, I said fair enough, the driver then left it on the soaking wet floor outside and drove off! I phoned the store to complain and the man on the phone was the rudest person I’ve dealt with and I work retail! Basically he said it’s all over the menu’s that they don’t deliver to your door if you’re in a flat, I don’t have a menu I said.. I ordered online to which he took to shouting over me saying it’s online and on the menus... I told him I’ve got the online menu up.. it states no where about this! When I emailed head office I got a reply and a copy of the website small print, the food should have been placed on a blue tray outside, this wasn’t done, they’ve offered me a free pizza and a side to compensate but I must phone the store to do this.. Disgusting delivery service! Vile customer service from the staff member who answered the call! I have not took them up on the offer of a free pizza or side as I refuse to go here again, why would I want to call them after the service I’ve received! Disgusting. The food though was nice! Just a shame the people side of it was so poor!!

I feel like I experienced a different place than the rest of the reviewers. I went here for a football party and the owners Nic and Brooke treated me like I was family. The food and drink was exceptional (even the pizza rolls) as was the company. They even let my kids watch TV in the back room. You know the chicken is fresh because I saw some outside in some coops.We will definitely be back!

Sheaf StreetNice bean burger, but very expensive for the size £13.00 for 2 still Hungary after eating it. a lot smaller than the plant base whopper. The bean burger isn't worth £6.50 its not worth the money

127-129 Abbeydale RoadPurchased a voucher for a gift however rang 4 times to book no answer messages left.....finally got annoyed and rang in the evening explaining how many times I had left a message to contact me. The attitude from the lady was you're too late read the small print bookings only took on the 5 th oct only then invalid how rude..... Contacted living social to complain to be told voucher has now expired ......be careful that if you see this offer that you don't get mislead like us ..... Never will I book here dissapointed and embarrassed because I purchased for a gift Outrageous food might be ok never got chance to choose or book sorry
