Domino's Pizza in Croydon

Cause for Concern – Domino's Selsdon: Three Hairs Found in Pizza On the 23rd of October 2024, I placed an online order with Domino's Selsdon at 6:16 PM. The pizza arrived approximately 30 minutes later. Upon opening the pizza, I noticed three separate black hairs on it. Both my wife and I are light blonde, so it is clear that these hairs originated from Domino's. I immediately called Domino's to raise a complaint. The person I spoke with was dismissive and rude. I was instructed to email a photo of the contamination, which I promptly did. I was informed that the manager would review the matter and that I would be refunded within four days, a timeframe that I find unreasonably long. I inquired about what to do with the contaminated pizza and was told to dispose of it. However, I have retained two slices as evidence in case further investigation is required. Regarding the interaction with the staff, when I suggested they review their health and safety practices, the representative put the phone down, very rude lady. I intend to pursue a full refund and escalate this matter with Domino's corporate headquarters. There are significant health and safety concerns at this franchise, and the staff could benefit from training in basic customer service etiquette.

Rude staff and poor customer service , Called them few times and just kept cutting the phone off many times , and when they finally picked up you can hear in the background them slamming the phone off every time someone rings. One of the members of staff was rude and said to me. Can u stop saying this word, when all I was just doing is being polite. I would NOT recommend calling them , Staff are so rude Terrible
