Domino's Pizza in South Northamptonshire

Visiting the area from Lincolnshire. Had this been my first Domino’s, then it would certainly be my last! The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and unwelcoming. The food was dire. Not sure how you can go wrong with four pizzas, but they managed. Toppings non existent. The base was undercooked and had an odd, bitter aftertaste. £50 wasted! Another cost cutting retailer who is increasing costs and decreasing quality and quality to the detriment of the customer. Won’t be going back.

Got a pizza this evening from Domino’s in Brackley. Basic order, one large pizza with bbq base, onions & peppers. Got home, minimal sauce and cold.

Thought we would give this delivery service a 2nd chance after last delivery over 1hr. Placed 18.26 delivery guidelines 21_34mins. Driver parked outside the house 2 mins obviously busy on his phone at 19:15 hrs and delivered at 19:17 hrs. 2nd time luke warm Pizza if they can not deliver in the expected timeline or like one other delivery business delivers occasionally with no issues just shows this business just does not care. Which is fine, local pub offering Pizza now, at least it will not be warmish

They didn’t deliver the complete order. I over reacted as I was hangry. I apologise. They rectified the order and sent a new one out. They were incredibly polite. Would use again. Chris Griffiths

Took over an hour to appear & was cold when it did. Order was also wrong but we ate it anyway as we were so hungry! Shame as never had an issue with collection.

Have used Dominos 'Brackley' a few times now and have gave them the benefit of doubt, on numerous occasions ( missing items/cold pizzas. However this evening was the last straw. Pizza showed up on app as delivered ( around 30 mins), contacted store, they advised they are sending out now, as still in the shop! Arrived 40 mins minutes later, stone cold, sent it back and cancelled the order. Have to wait 5 - 10 days for money back. The app wont let you select cash payment on delivery, good job as they wouldn't have got a penny in the first place! Sort you act out Dominoes Brackley! Far too many times of uselessness now! Will continue to use your service (as majority people will, but will record on here from now on in ( good service & bad).

Deliveries regularly delivered late and cold, despite requesting food to be delivered hot. Eventually lost patience and called the shop to make them aware, and ask for replacement food or refund, they were not interested, quoting that they were busy and re delivery would be another hour, and if I wanted a refund I should speak head office, I did but zero response. Well done Dominos Brackley, just the type of service and behaviour to display to a customer who supported you through lockdown.

My family used to order 3 times a week. Quantity of toppings on veggie volcano is minuscule compared to other Dominoes. 3 toppings seemingly means 2 to 3 snippets of vege on a slice. 5 toppings of meat means your slices are covered. What has the amount of toppings got to do with quantity. All pizzas should be adequately covered regardless of variation. We have experienced wet bases.. bad manners, mockery for making simple requests. The worst dominoes in the area. Banbury is much better. As is Daventry.

Unbelievably sloppy and inept customer service. Delivery was requested and paid for but never arrived. On revisiting the store to request a refund I was told they do not give refunds so had to wait for the order to be made up 3 hours after I had originally ordered it. I only ordered 2 pizzas, they were not complicated and although, after waiting so long any food was welcome, these pizzas were nothing special and certainly not worth the extortionate amount that was charged for them. Not the slightest bit impressed, Step up your game Brackley Dominos.

Every time I have had a pizza or ordered the staff are very helpful! I am plant based so it can be hard to trust people making my food but the vegan pizza is amazing! Andrea was helpful making sure my pizza was all veggie, she is an amazing rep for your company!

Just had a pizza delivered by some kid with a skinhead in a tiny little four by four. He was rude, sullen, dejected and basically threw the pizza at me. Wouldn’t buy from dominos if this guy is delivering. What a shambles.

I ordered a pizza today and they send one with bbq sauce which I’m allergic too and they refuse to change it and claim it’s my fault not theirs and claim well is not my fault I’m not helping you and then hung up on me discussing

I ordered from them few times before but the quality and service gets worse. Received a text message from them today ( 07860020301 ) saying that they have 50% off pizzas. When called them to order they said that there is no discount - the girl on the phone even said that she double checked with her manager. Wanted to order ham and pineapple on thin or Italian crust. Was told no pineapple and they don't do thin crust anymore. Ordered a simple cheese and tomato large pizza and a small garlic bread - this costed over £20! The order arrived in about 35min but the garlic bread had absolutely no garlic in it ! None at all. In fact it was more plain than the cheese and mozzarella pizza. The pizza was more bread than cheese, kind of rubbery... Suspect this is my last time ordering from Domino's

We ordered pizzas on line for our whole family, not something we regularly do. The service was good, with the ap helping with the expectation of when the delivery was imminent. The driver was very polite and the food delicious. We will order again.

For the 2nd time in a month, an undercooked pizza. So undercooked, I couldn't even slide it off the cardboard to put it in the oven, to cook it properly; without it breaking up. What's the point of a nice app telling you it's in the 'quality control' section, if it arrives like that?

The service we got here was terrible! Rang after our order was 15 minutes late to be told that it is going to be a further half an hour with no courtesy call, no discount offered and to be told no manager was not on site. Safe to say I’m appalled!

Working in the area and rather than all go out for lunch we were kindly treated to pizza which you can never go wrong with.Arrived on time. To be precise it arrived 4 minutes early. Pizzas were all perfectly cooked, all in good condition and tasted great. We had a mixture of meat and veg and all were very well received. Big thumbs up!

I make sure I try to have at least two meals a day here and have never been let down. Normally two a day really means once or twice a month but my point still stands. Food arrives on time, orders are always correct, there is only one member of staff who seems to hate people and all the others are fine. It's Dominoes, it's perfect!

Ordered a plain cheese pizza and it came out with onions on and also undercooked as the dough was still raw Will Not Be Coming Back

I love domino pizza - staff friendly especially Emily :)) highly recommended to anyone who loves pizza !!!!!

Always tasty. Whether delivered or collected the pizzas are always piping hot, staff are friendly and always helpful. Lots of sides available, chicken, garlic bread, wedges etc., they even do cholcolate pizza! Create your own pizzas so huge selection available. Not cheap but worth every penny.
