Domino's Pizza in Havant

Ordered my food took over an hour Friday. Cheese wasn’t cooked properly food was cold and was the wrong pizza won’t be ordering from here again. Pizza Hut or papa johns will have my money from now on.

Got the wrong pizza, so that’s rubbish. Order a full house/tandoori half and half and got farmhouse instead. Won’t go again.

So everything is not bad for what it is.. but I’m sure they undercook the cheese! It’s lumpy and bricky. Average at best! Pizza Hut next time then.

Ordered dominos during this fanny ache of a pandemic, dont see the fuss in it really just want live my life to the fullest, ordered my food online, payed and confirmation recieved, like the simple minded human i am i forgot to select my cheese for my pizza on create your own, luckily enough the lovely soft voiced gentleman aho works for dominos called me, flattering me with his voice proceeded to inform me that i forgot to add my luxirious cheese onto my pizza, i informed him i was a not a academic person and it was completely my fault, he then told me hr would add the cheese on, even offering extra (naughty i know), we finished our convosation and he reassured me my food wouldnt be long and we hung up the phone, leaving me in a flattered state and a wet chair (maybe leather wasnt a good choice, but made a easy clean up) food arrived and was delicious judt like the young man on the phone. Missing items not delivered, by the time the items were sent back out ( 25 minutes ) everyone had finished. Utter waste if money

I ordered 4 large pizzas and 6 sides to be delivered at a certain time, so we could start our meeting with food. Website was a little fiddly, but there appeared to be a nice web tool tracking the order. Went to reception at specified time and waited. Delivery driver came in and in very poor English advised 31. Not sure what that meant, but the receptionist new it an order for 31 pizzas for another reception. He went off and delivered that order. Surprise, surprise he then came back and delivered our order. However, it was only 1.2 of the order. Called the shop, they admitted they messed up and the remaining order would be delivered in 10 minutes. after 20 minutes, I called and was advised the driver should be there. He was not . The staff member offered to cook fresh pizzas, which would be delivered in 20 minutes. 25 minutes later the pizzas came, but the driver went to the wrong reception again, but the side orders were missed of the order. The also mixed with meat so those whose were vegetarian would not eat that pizzas. The whole situation was appalling the service was rubbish, left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing. Also within an hour or so of eaten a few of the team felt unwell. Will not be using this company again and certainly would not recommend this to anyone.

Disgusting stay away for your safety Drivers who abuse customers ,then go back to customers property after clocking out to try and get in ..luckily he couldn't get in his name is Gordon..head office said there nothing they can do take it up with the havant store, manager is a total waste of space and so rude no customer service ,mind u dont need it do they they can do wat they want .shame they dont wash there hands before handling food

Very disappointed, called to make a delivery. And was told by a rude worker there taking no more orders at the minute due to being busy. I find this very unexpecxeable.

I love love the pizzas here and all the sides and ice cream the staff are friendly helpful. I am a vegetarian and it not easy finding place how do vegetarian food but i found my fav pizza place ever and great delivery always quick x

My partner ordered a pizza deal tonight the same order we have about once a month. I’m vegetarian & we ordered mine with no onions (as usual). Pizza arrived covered in onions so I spent around 15 minutes picking them out by which time it was cold and would have tasted of onion anyway! I called to complain & had to go over it twice with 2 people (ideal way to spend a relaxed evening Diminos Havant style!). They wanted to send a driver to collect the uneaten pizza complete with mound of onions! Presumably in case I’d developed a sudden bout of pizza thief/scamming syndrome! Perhaps they needed to forensically examine it!! Honestly ITS A PIZZA!!!! Get real Dominos! In the end, it would have been too late for me to eat it an hour after my partner had his so I asked for a refund. This will take up to 5 working days! Never mind about customer service Dominos!! Just as long as the customers are made to feel as if they are trying to get a free pizza! Honestly a total debacle & drama when they should have sent a replacement pizza & side (also cold & untouched), and offered to give us something to make up for the mix up but no. Not sure what’s changed since they moved, but it is NOT GOOD! I am thinking of delivering the uneaten pizza back there tomorrow (with onions!) on principle AND...they are surely welcome to it! Thanks DOMINOS HAVANT for a truly lovely evening arguing about pizza 😡

I ordered a pizza to be delivered and chose 19.00. I phoned them at 19.15 to find out where it was, I was told they were busy so I had to understand it would be late. it finally arrived at 1935. i contacted Domino's customer service, they dont care, its a franchisee store so not there problem apparently.

15 minutes to 12 am and refused to do an order 1 mile away. Dont go to this dominoes go elsewhere. Honestly.

Ordered from here yesterday evening and the food was hot and fast delivery. I order every now and then online frim this particular Dominoes and have never had any problems with food or delivery.

I’ve ordered from the Havant branch a couple of times now and they are always fantastic. Quick delivery, hot food and the delivery driver always happy and polite!

We often get pizza delivered at my business. Always reasonable delivery time. Good choice of flavours and good that you can mix and match. Pizza has huge profit margin but we're not forced to buy it and it is very convenient for lunchtime training or meetings.

We ordered a pizza for delivery from the Havant story to come asap and it came asap

Brilliant staff, food really fresh and tasty. Very reasonably priced. You can always rely on Dominos for good food. Firm favourites!

great pizza cooked very well just the right amount of tops on it , very fast delivery and very hot, kids love pizza night once a month :)

The food is good as usual with domimios pizza however it was expensive, even with buy one get one free. Food was cooked well and staff friendly

Era mi primera Dominos Pizza en un tiempo ... nos detuvimos en como lo decía cualquier pizza £5,99 en la ventana! Al parecer, la tienda estaba celebrando una renovación y el lugar se veía bastante fresco y la decoración era diferente a cualquier otra Dominos había visto antes ... de hecho parece genial. La tienda estaba lleno con otros clientes esperando para su comida. El personal nos apresuramos sus pies pero el servicio fue rápido y disfruté viendo la pizza que hicieron - era un caos organizado y los clientes siguieron viniendo ... tienda más ajetreada de pizza que he visto. Mi comida nos llevó unos 15 minutos, pero parecía más rápido ... mientras esperamos el personal nos sirvió una porción de pizza, que me dijeron que habían dado por error ... que me pareció un toque de clase y estaba delicioso. Pedí un Texas barbacoa que era en efecto sólo £5,99 - he de decir que era fantástica relación calidad-precio ... fresco n caliente tan disponen que debe ser. Sin duda volveremos allí de nuevo si estoy pasando por - 10/10

Pedí a recoger en una semana pizzas estaban 5,99 pero tenía una base doble de decadencia y camas supletorias coberturas tan pizza era de 10 libras. Pedí a las 7.30 pm y llegamos a recoger por 7,55 . El lugar estaba abarrotada de gente. Así que asisten a pagar y mi divertían de pizza incluso se ha puesto en el horno. Tras otros 20 minutos finalmente me dieron mi caja de pizza me sentí más ligero que siempre, cuando llegué a casa no había casi nadie por encima de mi pizza, pedí queso doble pero era simplemente la cantidad normal de 4 albóndigas y mi base tenía apenas nada entre ellos. Después de pagar casi el doble del precio de oferta me decepcionó mucho, pero era muy hambrientos comí. Pero no me puso ofrecer pedidos desde allí de nuevo.

At domnios i have the £5 large pizza lunch deal that is valid from 12-4pm via collection. with this deal you get one topping. when i had my pizzia i had sausage this was very nice and i have no complaints i will go here again.

Sometimes had a few problems with delivery however the pizzas are not bad for the money! Nice money off vouchers through the post also

Service was very quick and the staff were very polite and helpful. The pizza looked and tasted great , great bargain with the Side orders , we got 3 side orders for just £3:00 Kids loved it
