Dixy Pizza and Chicken in Ribble Valley

Absolutely terrible After 2 minute drive home chicken probed at 12 degrees. Limp cold fillets Chips ok but had a bit of a old fat taste Definitely gone down hill recently. Use to be our go to take away. Now our stay away from take away

Regrettably, my recent experience with Dixy Chicken was a series of disappointments. Despite clear instructions, they failed to adhere to them, leaving me with uneatable food that arrived super cold after an hour-long delay. To make matters worse, there was no attempt to communicate for the tardiness. Suffice it to say, I won't be giving them another chance. I wish that I could have given less than 1 star... They do not even deserve this one star...

NEVER AGAIN 😡🤬 waiting almost 2 hours phoned twice rude. wrong order put the phone down. Told me they dont have the staff. They shouldn't have a dixy franchise.

I've lived in Clitheroe for a long time and tried all the take-aways over the years. I'm nota big Chicken fan so cannot say much about that, but I am a pizza fan and can tell you the pizza's from here are hands-down the best in Clitheroe. I've said it to my friends over the years and they have all been surprised. Just give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

Two hours from order for a burger delivery, in future I'll drive and collect from anywhere else but here, no help when you contact the live chat they said it was with the driver, rang Dixies direct hadn't even been made yet and would be another 15 minutes, that's your lot Dixies you've lost a customer, and believe me I'll be spreading the word on your rubbish service too.

Second time we have ordered online in past couple of weeks and delivery service is terrible. Had to wait over 1 hour first time and 1.5 hours second time. Couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone to see where the food was. Pizzas were just warm enough when delivered and stodgy. Won’t be ordering again.

Absolutely amazing food and for pudding we ordered waffles and they were absolutely exquisite we go to them a lot and they were about 10 minutes delivery and normally about and hour could fault and absolutely amazing

Solid when we want a bite to eat. Range of food and it is all good. I enjoy a mixed kebab with chilli sauce, but the family have pizza or burgers and we all enjoy it. Main thing is how quick the service is. Other takeaways around there are slow, Dixy are generally within 30 mins, which is why we tend to order from here. Want great food, you don't go takeaway. Want solid takeaway, Dixy is good!

Because it is busy, it's difficult to give your order over the phone, maybe online is better. Good value, especially children's meals, don't remember a step at the door. Serves pizzas, chicken, burgers and kebabs.

The food was very sloppy whole family had the runs the next day wouldn't recommend

The chicken was gristly and overall not brilliant I threw it away and ate the rest of the kebab which was fine.

Food arrive in half the predicted time Initially sent one of pizzas wrong, called, apology given and issue was rectified within 10 mins. Replacement pizza and even sent fresh chips, can of Pepsi and a slice of chocolate cake!! Great service. Thank you.

Genuinely the best place to buy takeaway in Clitheroe. Arrived within 10-15 minutes of ordering nearly £20 of food and got a free cake!

The naan was soggy like it had been out in the rain for an hour and the salad consisted of onion and not much more. I asked for chilli sauce and didn't get any. Chicken was gristly and the piri piri wasn't very good. To top it all off it came wrapped in some sort of paper that stuck all over the naan and wasn't very hot. The donner wrap was good but not warm and the chips were luke warm too. All in all not a great experience and won't be ordering again until I hear its got better again. Shame because Dixy used to be great. Dr Pepper was nice though...

Thank you. The food was absolutely brill and tasted really good and we enjoyed it loads. They did what we asked them to "Leave a note in the bag" and they even gave us a slush. The note said "Please leave a nice note to Leah, Amber, Josh and Olivia saying "Have a nice night, Enjoy your pj party and enjoy your food c:" Which we thought was so nice. Even though I almost forgot to pay the guy was still really nice. We all say thank you and we were all really excited from the letter. Definitely ordering from here again.

Dont go here. Service is awful all staff are rude. Chips are good. But chicken is like rubber can tell it's been sat there all night. Bread stale. They look at you like your something on their shoe. Rude when taking order then throw food at you once it ready. Stay away
