Outstanding atmosphere staff polite and on point...wonderful vibe to this place and as a chef of 30 years it was the best burger I've had in years....100% be returning

Visited on a busy Saturday and the lovely barmaid Elsie Recommended me and my friend some excellent drinks and got us served quickly. Cant wait to come back!

Had a burger, fries and a pint for £12. I expected the food to be standard for the price but I can say it was amazing, burger was juicy and fries well seasoned. I definitely recommend, plus the atmosphere and service are amazing!

Food was delicious and they had excellent gluten free options. The cocktails (2 for 12 pounds) went down a treat. Fab service and atmosphere.

bar was ok, way too many staff working which felt a bit much, and i'm not sure why they have different bands or DJs both up and downstairs as the sound just clashes between the two

Lovely relaxed and chilled bar just out the way of the busy area of the northern quarter. Food was fresh, some of the best fries I've had in Manchester! Cocktail menu is nice and varied, not just your standard cocktails.

Ordered smash burger, fried chicken, wings and fried mushrooms for take away. All I can say is it almost brings me to hospital. The worst of all is the mushroom. It is either being so salty or so much MSG that makes me sick. If ranking them from worst to not so worst, it would be mushroom, chicken, burger, wings, and the chips came with as the side of the buger. You know how f up it is for the chip to take the crown of being least suck of all. This is one of the few times that I decided to bin it instead of finishing it. Avoid this like the plegue. EDIT: Just vomit out everything. Cograts, you win my first place of "So bad that I need to vomit" award.

I had chicken parm sando and chips buried in salt. Food looked great, however everything was too salty and I usually don’t mind it. Salt in the chicken batter and fries was overwhelming. Considering reducing by a half at least.

Would be good if there were more Joy Division fans.

Cocktails were gorgeous! We had, This Charming Man and Night at the Hacienda. Staff were informed and helpful when we were asking questions about the drinks and food. The food was lush! Honestly can't recommend it enough, would definitely go back x

Great place, clean and vibrant. Food was fantastic and had a great feel to it, one of the servers was lovely, the other was a bit lackluster in their manners. But would happily go again.

Have to say the food quality was extremely poor. The beans was just mostly juice from the can, The toast was the smallest driest thing with no butter as you can see from the picture. It was also £1.20. Secondly the eggs had rosemary which ruined the dish took me a minute to find out which part of the dish it was. The supposed spam Had literally zero flavour and the mushiest texture and then the halloumi was the smallest portion. This plate cost £15 odd in comparison to the other big hitters in the area not only was expensive but extremely below average .great staff super friendly . I would definitely advise customers if you’re going to add certain parts into your eggs as this was very unenjoyable

Loved the Tuesday night comedy night. Excellent option for drinks and relaxation.

Never been before until this evening. We didn't have food, only drinks. Fantastic atmosphere, really friendly staff, really pleasurable environment. Would definitely visit again!! They also have live music downstairs which was absolutely brilliant!!

The place smells like a toilet on entry which was a bit of a turn off, but stayed for a meal and the food was actually pretty good and offers some unique options on "loadaed" chips options. There is a comedy night as well which adds to the unique vibe this place has to offer.

Great bar, sat afternoon visit, lots of seating available surprisingly. I especially loved the welcoming bar staff and the fact that I asked for a particular band to be played and the bar lady played a few songs for me. Thank you! I also liked that they had bar games to have a play between us all while we chatted with our drinks.

Came here for our works Xmas gathering, i've walked past it loads of times but never knew what it was like. The staff were very attentive to our table, the food was lovely and filling. The picture below is the vegetarian Xmas sandwich 👌🏼 The downstairs was fairly small but there was live music down their it was a quirky little vibe.

Great for drinks served samples to taste first. Brilliant music playing Bowie, Echo and the Bunnymen, and Inspiral Carpets.

Great service, great food, great drinks. Disorder is certainly a hot spot for bar and restaurant goers in Manchester. We loved it and so will you.

The choice of 2 cask ales is suspended at the moment due to a problem with the lines. Plenty of craft lines though including the quality Steady Rolling Man. Here for drinks only.

First time here, had a great time. Will be coming back. Staff were friendly and it was nice to have a busy and quiet area in the same bar.

Loved this place but we were seated by the door which people kept leaving open, and it was cold! Food was delicious though and atmosphere was great.

Only called in for a drink so can't comment on the food. The staff were friendly, and they had a live band playing down stairs, will call in again.

Shared a few drinks here on Saturday. The music was awesome. Punk and ska bouncing into the street. DJ was great. Highlight of the evening. Big screen TV had sport on, for those interested, but for the audiophile - give your ears a treat and give this place a visit.

Loosely Joy Division themed bar with Ian Curtis mural by Akse inside. Lots of hipster beers on offer, bar opens out onto the street on warm days, staff are pretty sound in there compared to most places.

Nice place but due to a change to the menu there was nothing available that we wanted to order. Not great!

Really good. Went for a bottomless brunch with a group of friends. The staff were excellent with Tariq checking in and topping up our drink orders very quickly. Highly recommended, as the food was great, the drinks were amazing, atmosphere and the music played worked very well. Tops off with great staff

I went there for a quick lunch, but will certainly come back at some point for a live set.

The staff are so helpful and lovely, went out of their way to accommodate my nut allergy and took extra time cleaning everything before preparing my food! Food was really yummy and portion size was really good too, had lots of vegetarian and vegan options with even the option to make the meat option veggie and there was just an overall really nice atmosphere

Great addition to the NQ. Love the decor and aesthetic as a big Joy Division fan. Went for a bottomless brunch and the food and drinks options were class. This is my absolute favourite bar to drink in in Manchester, amazing atmosphere, drinks and friendly staff! We most recently visited for my boyfriend’s birthday and Tariq on the bar staff was amazing and made the night so special… couldn’t recommend this place enough

Ordered a chicken sando on uber eats. Looked more like pork the chicken was so rare!

Friendly staff, a lot of beer options at very good prices, and the Katsu chicken loaded fries are unreal.

Pretty disappointed tbh, been here before and loved it. But this time, my partner and I attended and the waitress accidentally dropped a full glass of Prosecco and white wine on my partner fully soaking her and meaning we had to leave to buy her new clothes as we had to go out later that day. We aren’t mad about the waitress dropping the drinks more so that they charged us for drinks that were poured all over her and nothing was done to rectify the situation.

Good atmosphere, good selection, great music, but you will be ripped off if you're in there just for drinks. I got served twice by a strawberry blonde guy with glasses and he charged me a 20% tip without asking. It's card only too

Came in for the bottomless brunch on a whim and was really impressed. Great selection of beers on tap and the food was delicious. Really enjoyed the music they were playing as-well. Perfect atmosphere for a few drinks before heading to a gig.

Absolutely incredible! Manchester is saturated with places and food that are so similar, but Disorder does not fall into this!!! Food is completely different to anything I have seen, and I have woken up the next day still thinking about when I can next visit. All the staff are so friendly. One of the bar staff saw me struggling to decide what to drink, so offered to make me his favourite that wasn't on the menu, it was *chefs kiss* (ask for the cocktail that tastes like pear drops) Thankyou and I will be back ASAP :)

Was really looking forward to visiting here, thought it would be the perfect place for after gig drinks last Saturday night. Was a nice bar, staff were great just disappointed in the music selection, cheesy 80s pop isn't at all what we expected.

I visited Disorder this week and was very impressed with what they’ve done with the place. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will be back to sample the menu very soon! UPDATE - I returned to try the menu and was very impressed with the food I ordered! I went for the Manc-Hi sando and the Katsu loaded fries. My mates ordered other items off the menu and they were both very satisfied as well. The portions are very generous and we all left stuffed! Will definitely be returning.

Great new bar with an excellent cocktail menu! I had a dirty banana and a Japanese iced tea - both were so delicious they were almost too easy to drink so I switched wine as they had a good selection of those as well. The food is just as delicious, the Korean fried chicken PBJ sando is a must try.

Tried this new place out while traveling the city Unfortunately its just not great. Staff were pretty rude and the food was just put together very strange and lacked flavour. I won't be going back...👎

I am alt person and I have seen on instagram a new bar was opening in NQ with Ian Curtis mural so the place supposed to be inspired by him in my opinion. I am disappointed as I felt they are trying to take over something they don't understand about! I didn't feel the atmosphere here at all. It is soulless No decent music playing. Food was ok.

A confused menu. Went in for a spot of lunch before getting a coach because it's conveniently located right near shudehill. We ordered the pork and apple gyoza and the "korean" fried chicken pb&j sandwich. This entire menu screamed confusion and lack of understanding of other countries cuisine. couldn't even call it fusion because it outwardly calls things things which they blatantly are not. The gyoza...were not gyoza at all, they were deep fried wontons (£5). Gyoza are steamed and then pan fried on one side, so these were completely mislabeled. Despite their name they'd been over fried regardless and were very dark and crunchy and mostly tasted of burnt oil and not much apple flavor at all. These would have been reasonably priced had they been nice. As for the Korean sando, how is it Korean friend chicken and then on the next line it states it's Japanese fried chicken? Which is it? I'd like to know what made them write Korean on that menu when they were making it. The fried chicken itself was fine but the toppings need work. It was entirely sweet, it really needed some acid and salt to prevent it from being entirely sickly. I've had pb&j in Savory sandwiches and burgers before and it can be nice when done well. Here it was not. And for £10 it was extremely overpriced considering it came plain by itself, with not so much as a side salad. To end, when we arrived we were the only custimers and it took over 30 minutes for the burnt wontons ad underwhelming sandwich to arrive... I dread to think how long you'd wait on a busy day. I can't comment on the drinks, but I've heard good things so I'm sure they're alright. I can't fault the front of house staff , they were very friendly. The decor of the place was very nice. Edit for response: As we were not exactly full of time, no we didn't bother to tell FoH staff. especially since it's not their fault, they didn't makes the menu or burn the food. Your response also seems rather passive aggressive with the use of "appease" so I really doubt you listened to anything at all.

Went in on the 26th Feb for a drink and ended up staying for 3 hours. Amazing food fantastic staff a really warm welcome. Will definitely visit again when next in manchester. YOU GUYS WHO RUN IT DESERVES all the positive feedback you get 👍

Visited on the opening night & no doubts this will become a cult classic. A proper bar paying homage to a Manchester music legend. Great selection of beers and unreal food! Love to see a new bar that doesn’t feel plastic & built just for “influencers” to come take a pic infront of a flower wall.. So, if you’re into good music, good food and good beers - this is for you!

Beautiful bar with amazing atmosphere, bursting with live music. The food is incredible (especially for us vegans), drinks too. The staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I visited Disorder this weekend and I have to say that I'm well impressed with the place. The decor, menu and vibe are all fantastic. They've a great selection of beers on pump (delirium on draught... Oh my....) at really keen prices. All of the staff I spoke to were sound as well. That's including the security! I rarely go out into Manchester anymore since South closed down but will defo make more of an effort I've found this spot. It's got a really good feel to it 5 stars all around.

Foods amazing, whole staff team behind the bar know their menu and the atmosphere is second to none late night. Most fun I've had in Manchester in years! Must see for locals and tourists alike

Great atmosphere here! The staff are experienced and friendly. The food and drinks are a high quality and amazingly priced! Went to the opening night and the band was amazing too. All in all a great experience. Will definitely be in again for more Katsu Fries!

Such a an amazing new bar! Asian fusion menu is delicious, amazing beers, and I’m particularly a fan of the grapefruit beer I’ve never seen anywhere else on draft! Classy sofas and cocktails upstairs, with a live music venue downstairs, no doubt this will appear to a wide variety of people. Can already feel this embedding in many Norther Quarter shenanigans!

Great new place in Manchester! The staff were so friendly, drinks were reasonably priced and the whole night was a complete vibe! Can’t wait to go back and try the food because the menu looks incredible!
