Love this place for my lunchtime treat, food delicious and great friendly service, tried the chicken and also the lamb shank and I would highly recommend them both, the Persian tea is very refreshing too.

We loved our food at this small restaurant in Ashton Market. The lamb stew had a distinctive and delicious sauce and the salmon ( which is only served on a Saturday) is spicy , but not hot, delicious and different. Service was great and the prices reasonable. Highly recommended

Enjoyed eating succulent, flavoursome lamb shank served with rice, salad & cucumber yogurt. Spice levels adjusted as per our choice. We enjoyed the chicken pitta & halloumi pitta.. served promptly & with a smile. Clean venue

Had planned to visit Dina for some time & finally popped by for brunch one day. They open at 10am which is great. The owners were very friendly & welcoming. There is a nice little seating area across from the counter. There were a variety of cooked food on offer & we ordered a lamb shank as well as a chicken thigh. They were served with rice & salad on the side. The rice which came with the chicken was garnished with barberries & cut pistachios. Both meals came up to £17. The food was presented beautifully & looked really good when they arrived. Both the meats were cooked to perfection & were tender & succulent. They fell off the bone. The rice garnished with barberries & pistachio was tasty. The salad was drenched in a mint sauce & was unremarkable - just ice berg lettuce with a bit of cucumber, tomatoes & onion. Some niggles: 1) Though we arrived soon after they opened, the food was lukewarm to cold. I believe it is due to the lids of the bain-marie being left open so the food was not kept warm. 2) The food was also a tad bland, and the smell of whey sauce (kashk) used in Persian cooking was a bit overpowering. Overall, Dina's food felt like it was restaurant quality at an affordable price. The difference being kebabs would be grilled fresh in a restaurant (they were pre-cooked here) & food would be more likely to be served piping hot in a restaurant. A good place to stop by for a taste of Iran without breaking the bank!

I heard about Bees through a friend of mine, my word it was well worth the trip, it was a hidden gem, firstly all the staff were smiling, friendly, superb service and food was amazing, while I was there they invented a new croissant 🥐 white chocolate and pistachio, unreal! Keep up the amazing work, will be there in the next few weeks
