DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Worst takeaway experience of my life. Took 3 hours to arrive when it said ‘40 minutes’, the boss swore at me on the phone and hung up then ignored every other call. To top it all off they purposely missed a full meal and gave half portions of everything else. Terrible place

Horrible service. Had over 2 hours to closing time. Made me wait 1 hour 30 for my order before telling me they just cancelled it. If I could sue I would.

I have always walked past here because of the reviews i saw on here but because i was craving pizza so bad and passed by, i had to stop and didn't care if it was going to be terrible or not, i just wanted to give it a try. The person who took my order was quite patient and friendly because i didn't know which to order. The only con was that it took longer than expected, but on getting home and i saw the beauty in the box, I no longer bothered about the wait time. It was freshly made, hot & so tasty and it even came with a dip. I loved every bit of it. I just hope when next i visit i will have the same experience.

I am waiting for order since 5 AM (Estimated Arrival Time). I will edit my review once I receive my food. It’s 5:55 AM right now. I called restaurant, they said it’s busy but I don’t think so because it’s Tuesday. Edit: It’s 6:05 AM I got the delivery.

Had a peri burger meal from here and it was the best peri burger I’ve had in a long time will definitely be ordering again

Savour-it <--- this is the name of the shop On Uber eats they are called Didi's Kitchen The order arrived 30 minutes late and for the inconvenience offered me a freebie, which was not given Ordered a diet pepsi instead they offered me pepsi The chicken platter had a bland taste to it, more like plain chicken dipped in watery concussion. ... To summarise. Food was not tasty. Order requested was not delivered Food arrived 30 minutes late I was promised compensation (a freebie For the inconvenience so I do not cancel), Which they failed to deliver. The place seemed to have potential... But I will never be ordering from this place again. ... Note to self: next time buy food from "Sanam Sweet House & Restaurant", as the price may be higher but the quality of food Is amazing!

My goodness. What a nightmare it was. Tried it twice,both times it was an utter disappointment. First of all they put their half cooked food into a microwave in front of you. Than they laugh among each other while the food is still in the microwave and than they just dump it in your face. Musa knows nothing about cooking. He is very full of himself as he is a God given gift on earth but his communication as well as food is pathetic. Hashmut knows nothing as well,however one can tell the efforts he is putting in. Next time I will starve to death than to order from there. Business at its worst.

Expected a lot more from a place that calls itself a Grill within the title. I certainly didn't expect reheated food from prebrought from Cash n Carry then warmed up. The Donner was horrendous as was the chicken. Nothing was made on site which was a massive shame. The server had no idea if his role and required supervision through out. I'd really like to see this place improve as the owner seems to want to succeed. Fix your food though bro, starting point.

Ordered chicken strips and rice with salad What I got was frozen processed chicken chunks and stuck together microwave rice with no salad? My partner ordered "sizzling steak" and got mushy pieces of "meat" that looked and had the texture of Catford 0/10 would not recommend

Me an my wife prefer this to the MacDonalds over the road. When we visit Debdale Park, as we regularly do, occasionally we drop in here, to get a proper handmade quality meat beef burger, I'm quite predictable in my choice, but my wife likes to try other things, and there is lots to choose from, and best of all you know they're made from the finest produce. Well the Canadian Charcoal Pit has been around for as long as I can remember and I know them for the quality AND quantity. With new owners Iyub and Sarj at the helm, in their swish new premises, they've given it an extensive refurbishment and I didn't recognise the place when we walked in yesterday. I had the quarter pound Gourmet burger 🍔 and this came with, well whatever I wanted, as Iyub was attentive to my choice, sauces again were excellent and home made,( they were so nice, that we took home what we had left) ie Chilli 🌶 dip, pink Mayonnaise(very nice) and a ranch sauce. I can't remember what my wife had as I was so intent on what I was eating! It was all served with delicious fries and fresh salad. Pay them a visit you will not be disappointed, and great value and ample portions. They do home deliveries too. They even do deserts.

Peri peri chicken meal is to die for.......when it's open. It does have a tendency to stay closed at random times.

The best ever grilled chicken burger I had i mean Ever. %100 recomend it. Ask for special grilled burger and enjoy

I was amazed by the quality and taste off the food .. I was just passing Gorton and stopped to grab a bite . But what an amazing taste .. now I will drive 45 mins to get some food from Canadian grill in the near future ..

I am a tour guide.My guest come to restaurant and pay for the food. But in the end the waiter say they didn’t pay and argue to my guest. I will never suggest anyone to come here again!

The delivery time is very poor. I was a regular customer, until today as it keeps happening. Other than that the Pizza is so delicious.

I have give you 4 star as food was excellent but the delivery driver was awful. When I order my food I expect it to come to my door.....but your delivery driver called me on my phone to collect my food outside fr8m his car. As I am disabled and have walking difficult he found he had to bring it to my door. As a regular customer I think your delivery driver is out of order. Does he do that to every customer.

Very poor. Customer service is none existant. Made out to be a lier when an issue was raised. I wouldn't use this place again. Food received was ruined.

Firstly I would like to stress why in the geographical area surrounding Canadian Charcoal Pit is there numerous fellow takeaway outlets named “Canadian Pit”, “Canadian Charcoal Grill” and “Canadian Charcoal Pit Grill”! It makes no business sense to name so many damn premises with similar damn names! I found this out the hard way, the ETA of the order was over an hour and it felt like two days.. I rang all the above similar sounding takeaways who know doubt are some silly franchise owned by a Canadian obsessed joker who finds it funny to mock hungry men who want a simple pepperoni pizza, 12 inches of fine baked goodness....instead I received a mushroom infused mess in a box. As a side note - my friend enjoyed his chicken so much he refused to give me any. This takeaway can take one star purely due to the smiley face the delivery driver. He drove a Ford Focus and was very jolly. If you want a decent pizza just go dominos and save yourself he hassle of 5 phone calls to takeaways with the word Canadian in them. Bets in lads!

We fancied a change from the normal food we would usually order for delivery and as I have driven past the Canadian Charcoal Pit loads of times, so we thought we would give you a try for the first time. I would like to say that the ordering process was easy...but it wasn't! There was such an amazing range of choices that it took us FOR...EVER to decide. The website was easy to use however and once we had chosen completion was easy. The timer was ticking...it's cooking...it's cooking. 25 minutes to go and suddenly 0. Ok...what's going on? We have no food. Looked outside, no sign of anyone coming...start worrying. Rang...yeah, yeah...it's on it's way. 10 minutes later than stated food arrives and we joyfully unpack it. Sadly, it was all stone cold - so oven on to reheat. 20 minutes later...all reheated and I'm ready for my chicken burger with onion rings in...mmmmmmmm. Except it wasn't - it was a spicy chicken burger with a hash brown in. By now it was about 2 hours since ordering so there was no way that I was going to ask for a new one to be sent out. I have to admit that all the food was tasty, everyone enjoyed it but to put it in perspective, I could have cooked a roast dinner in the time it took from ordering to actually getting it in a hot enough state to eat. In fairness, it is probably 10-20 minutes from our house BUT we order from an Indian takeaway in A-U-L which is also a good 15-20 minutes from us and that can get here hot. Not sure we would order again just because of the wrong order and the length of time it took to arrive. What we had was tasty!

Waited an hour and a half for food which arrived luke warm. We paid £7 each for a LARGE kebab which both arrived in a state that I wouldn't serve my dog. 4 pieces of meat on each and hardly any salad. Also the driver apparently had no change and expected to take £20 away to the garage and bring back the change!!!! After ringing for the food to be taken away again and a refund given we were told... 'we can't do that as there is nothing wrong with the food!' Stay away and use Pizza Deluxe on Hyde Rd instead like we did! Much much nicer!

Excellent customer service. The young male on the phone while I was ordering made it all easy for me and everything I asked for.

Ordered 2 Prerie dogs..................If i wanted a jumbo sausage in a barm i would have gone the chippy!! terrible.... asked for onion and lettuce got about 2 slivers of each.!!! Never again
