Dial-a-Kebab in Luton

Ordered food when it said it was open late, obviously a scam, food never came! rang them 20 times, finally answered saying they tried to deliver but no answer at my end, now £20 down and spoken to like dirt, do not use this place fake restaurant!

Despite some old reviews and very old photos gave this place a go. Best kebab I've had in luton. Cannot fault the flavours or the meats. Chip was perfect. We had excellent lamb diner and chicken doner. Thankyou

I ordered food to be delivered last night and it still hasn’t turned up. They said they came and knocked on the door but I was there no one knocked or called my phone and is now refusing to give me a refund or deliver my food!! As a business this is completely disgusting and unacceptable. The man I spoke to said that I was rude and calling me names because I asked about my order and said I was wasting his time and hung up on me numerous times! He didn’t have a care in the world!! How they go about business is completely disgusting! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Their kebabs and fried chicken is really good and very well priced too, but the delivery times are REALLY slow. I have probably ordered from them over 50 times on Uber Eats and I have never got my delivery on time once! It's usually about 20 minutes late, so be prepared to wait.

My friends and I ordered with them last night, and in my order I specified that there was nothing that tasted spicy or anything similar. When the order arrived, I realised that it was not what I had asked for, since they had put spicy spices in my order and the worst thing was to find hair in my food, it was among the pieces of meat. We're not going to ask with them again. The only good thing was the boy who brought the order. He was very careful when he brought it and when he warned us where he was and everything.

we have had a quarter pounder and half pounder 2 weeks running now and i must say they are the best burgers in harlow with burger sauce and saladchips were nice as well

Whilst staying in Luton for a few nights I was very hungry on the Saturday night so I went looking for something to eat. Dial-a-kebab was accepting 'walk in' customers so I ordered a Doner in a Naan Bread......it was a very pleasant meal & was plentiful for the usual large kebab that I get elsewhere. Would strongly recommend it as being very tasty ( I will also add I am tea-total so it wasn't a case of anything tastes good after a few beers ).

Soggy, spicy and dry as a dessert. Kebab was solid, with a weird spicy tang to it. Kebab does not even have a salad with it or a bit of Pitta bread. The kebab was so greasy/moist that the chip were soggy when arriving. The garlic watery sauce couldn’t even save it. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was frozen kebab meat being defrosted and reheated. Wouldn’t recommend !!!!!!

I left a note on just eat stating that my door bell doesn't work, and to enter the external door and knock on the internal door. The driver had to text me to say he was outside because I didn't answer the external door. When I said about the note he didn't know What I was talking about. The Donna meat and chicken mix kebab was spicy and the chicken was really dry. Not sure what it was coated in but it was disgusting. Not what I'm used to when ordering a kebab. Also the chips were covered in whatever the meat was marinated in, and also soggy. After a few mouth fulls it went in the bin. I won't be ordering from here again.

These guys always get it right for me. I have been using them for quite some time following a chain of disappointments while trying other kebab shops around Luton. Would recommend to anyone getting a kebab takeaway in Luton.

Went into this tiny place only because i had to eat something but I was nicely suprised by how much i enjoyed it. Suprised at some of the reviews on here. Does anyone know if they are new owners?

lamb doner with onions and burger sauce is one of the best combos and since dialakebab never run out of burger sauce I can't help but keep coming back year on year.

Burgers are good, chips where nice and hot when delivered, driver was courteous, no complaints at all

Ordered a mix meat donner. got a completely uncooked meat. when told to shop person he said its completely fine its the skin. lol. im attaching a picture which shows uncooked flesh and chicken feathers as well.

chips was old and saggy, chicken is not nice at all! the offer I ordered should come with a bottle of coke but they didn’t send it!!! i rand then saying please don’t ring the buzzer as I have babies sleeping and call my mobile number instead they said ok but the man still rand the buzzer with no stop!! I’m not happy at all!!!!

I order a late night meal on Sunday after midnight and I must say wow! I was very impressed with the food. Although when I received the order at first, the sauces and the bottle of drink was missing however it was followed up by another driver within mins. Will order again soon. Great service guys, definitely recommend.

Chicken shish was dry and boring. Mozzarella sticks obviously from cheap frozen bag.

I ordered a kebab which came with no salad what so ever, the meat was burnt and left in a soggy bun! what kebab doesn't come with any salad?? if a kebab is going to come without salad, then at least don't burn the meat!! chips were cold, only good part of the meal was the burger and it was no bigger than a mouth full! would not recommend this place at all, extremely disappointed.

Ordered from here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Appreciated the fact that I was called on my number rather than having the doorbell ring that late at night.

Failed to bring my full order leaving items out and the food and drink they did bring wasn't even what I had ordered not only did the delivery take ages but couldn't even read what I had actually requested. Don't pay by card to this takeaway I'm sure they will manage to mug you off somehow and the food isn't even nice turnt up burnt.

The fish fillet burger didn't really had anything to do with fish as it tasted nothing like it, and it was also a bad mix with mayonnaise and lettuce; in my opinion at least. The others (chicken wrap and chicken burger, cheeseburger) the chicken wrap could have had a little bit more sauce in it as it was quite dry. On the other hand, I loved the 2 burgers, they were just simply delicious.. my only problem was that they were way to small, but great taste again. Overall an average fast food restaurant. I also will be ordering more of those chicken and cheeseburgers!

I ordered a large donner and I ended up getting a small portion. The peri peri chicken I order had a a weird smell, burnt and taste was horrible

the food was exeptional....why we never ordered before i dont know.... first timeweve had a chicken burger that is stringy and stretchy...... chips were amazing and sf chicken cooked to perfection.... they have there own website which is more extensive... and much more to select.... will defo be ordering again and again

I regularly order from here and the service is great but this time one box of chips was missing and I was given chicken donner instead of lamb donner, a bit disappointed.

Ordered with salad however turned up without. This was more of a Indian style kebab than Turkish. Food was quite salty, wouldn't order again.

Ordered quite late at night but the food came earlier than expected at 1am which was perfect. Everything stayed warm and was good to eat. Kind delivery person.

ordered food pretty late (11pm) didn't get to us until passed 12. chips were end of the day chips really hard and oily. friend ordered Piri piri wrap but it was just friend chicken inside with the marinade on top. talking of marinade, both had lemon and herb and it was so sweet and tangy. ordered cheesecake which was still frozen and the 'cream cheese' was frothy couldn't finish it. maybe all this was because it was so late but not going to risk it by ordering again

It seemed like you lot just put the food in the microwave and then served. Most of the chicken kebab was just oily. The wings were all dry and not edible, not buying from here again; sorry.

Regular customer but won't be ordering again,order large tikka roll received something that was less than medium,chips were nice but the chicken with it was horrible and not cooked properly won't be ordering again

The only way to describe the food was 'Palate Festival' amazing. The meats were seasoned perfectly.

Original delivery time was put back 30 minutes, then when I was notified it was 'en route' it took a further 15 minutes for 1.5 mile journey. Total time from order to delivery was 1 hour 45 minutes.

I appreciate they were the only place open but the chicken nuggets were awful and as it was late the food was cold.

Wow... I normally order from somewhere else and u know when u eat from one place and never think of changing, man was I wrong, this place dial a kebab is the best chicken I have ever tasted. Even my family said something. Really fresh. Now I know where I will b ordering from in the future.

don't eat at this place I ordered a kebab and chip and the chips were stale and not edible the man for the kebab was stale I order chicken wing which they state that you get 6 and I only got 4 not a very good experience at all not happy with this place

Sorry can't give a good review it's the first time I ordered from here based on reviews. All my 3 chicken kebabs were tasteless no seasoning very dry and just no flavour plain chicken ! I've embarrassed myself with my guests by ordering this. I really hope there was a mistake somewhere as I can't imagine people liking this it's suppose to be kebab not hospital food! Sort it out please because if I was in a restaurant I would demand a refund . Sorry I don't normally go on about reviewing food but I was shocked

I'm a regular customer and I'm very angry I ordered peri peri quarter chicken with rice and I got a fried chicken burger and chips!? I rang up and the guy said he would send a replacement meal! I waited half an hour and it finally turned up... I opened the box and it was another burger!!! Are you serious.. how can you make the same mistake twice!! So now I'm going to bed hungry after waiting hours for food I paid for!! I actually can't believe it lol!

Delivery time was excelent but i ordered cheseburgers that apparently have no chese. So when u order a cheseburger u have to at extra chese for it to actualy be a cheseburger.

The burgers are filling, as are the kebabs - which look appealing to someone who doesn't even eat them.. The chicken is the best. Am loving the peri chicken! DAK always comply with our wishes, which as two members of our family have intolerances is very important to us. Food is always delivered hot, fast, with no leaky sauces, & on time. Thank you guys.

Ordered at 3.30 didn't arrive till just after 5 Time after time my order was wrong. I didn't get the sauces I paid for and asked for no salad in the burger however there was lettuce as my friend who was going to eat it is allergic she no longer can.

I've not had a take way in this town that I have enjoyed more, definitely one of the best in Luton, the service was very fast and the foot arrived fresh. Will be ordering again

Food was nice but asked for pitta bread but got nan bread. Got no chilli sauce or garlic sauce which i paid extra for ! Spoilt the kebab with no sauce !

Food was warm and tasty however there was too many spices in chicken kebab and we had tango instead of Fanta

crep check air max 95 ultravox edition.Donny burgers were dank they had depth and the meat was tender which soaked up the sauce. capri sun was banging wings and that give them a 1.5 these little wings were not spicy but the chocolate cake pulled that back. Would have ordered a mirianda but bossman said there was none. i don't rate that but 10/10 for service! chicken nuggets i mean the meat was good i really enjoyed it batter was crispy and chicken was soft. overall i give the job a 9/10
