I have ordered from here a lot during lockdown. I thought I'd carry on to give a local business a chance. However that chance has been blown. I ordered online, with them saying they're open 24/7. Nothing happened, no answer on any phone line. Lost my trust & business & my money. I'm hoping for a refund.

Paid for a delivery from these guys by mistake £78. I’m based in newcastle yet they accepted an order despite being based in Sheffield. Naturally they couldn’t deliver but still took the money. Called up in which they tried to pass blame on another company despite me having a receipt from them. Woman on the phone decided to hang up and block my number. This is now being investigated by my bank. Do not purchase from this very shady company.

Shocking customer service told 10min wait was 30min and only when I asked did they sort it out as was sat on the hot plate for 20mins due to there mistake of losing order slip no apology just bad attitude and cold food AVOID
