accepted my order through just eat took money from my bank account then cancelled my order rang the shop up to be greeted by the rudest person ever because I asked for a refund he told me to contact food hub tried food hub had no joy rang amigos back and he slammed phone down, avoid this shop they take your money and do not provide your food.

Took over 3 hours for the food to come, by then all the guests had left so I told them to take it back and give me a refund. Still waiting for my money. Useless shop, won’t answer the phone either, tried over 14 times.

Found a hair in my food. Reported the issue to food hub they called the restaurant and I was told I would receive a call from the owner to fix the issue, two days had gone by and no word from the owner. I was told to call them instead by food hub due to it being a cash transaction. they were very unprofessional on the phone (ig. laughing and whispering he's blagging it) after that the member of staff got in contact with the owner and i was told he knew about the issue and I was again told to wait for them to call back. still no word.

Absolutely shocking service. After an hour just cancelled.

I ordered from here at 10pm and didn’t get my order while 12am it took 2 hours for them to deliver and it come luke warm also tried calling them 104 times and kept saying user busy

Had a mixed veg pizza and chicken burger and chips for my mate pizza was spot on cheesey loads of toppings cant fault will defently order again woodhouse

i ordered more than 2 hours in advance but cancelled my order half way through without letting me know. so i was waiting for my food on time but cancelled . why didn't cancel when i ordered so i can order somewhere else.

I had a mixed kebab it was so nice and fresh.

Arrived 1 hour and 35 mins late, wrong order, phoned 30 odd times and couldn't get through always engaged. What we received was a cheaper option to what I payed for. Never again.

Absolutely appalling quality of food and service waited nearly 2 hours for my order, only to receive it with raw pizza dough. I was a loyal customer to this place and have ordered lots of times, gone down hill in the past few months. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order on uber eats and watched as 3 different drivers went to pick up my order, eventually the third one called me to say the take away was closed! I had to call uber eats customer service to cancel the order.

I have reported this to Sheffield City Council due to the hygiene standards, please come and view the takeaway yourself before placing any oders and you will understand this. I have informed the workers who don't seem to understand english as I have seen cobwebs and insects crawling which need cleaning. Avoid at all costs.

Not very good we ordered meal deal 8 which compromised of 2 12" pizza's, 10" garlic bread chips and Donna meat with a coke. But ended up with 2 10" and chips the uber driver had delivered our order to the someone else now we can't do anything about it. Fuming ain't how I'm feeling 😠😠😠

Recently been taken over by new management and since it has its been so much cleaner tastier the chicken tikka is to die for

Ordered a Kebab it was nice and hot and good amount of spices as well it was massive well worth the money

Ordered pizza and kebab from here when it arrives the food was rank the chicken Tika tasted awful the salad was mushy with lettuce brown and black the pizza was bland, so I decided to take the food back, on arrival the premises looked filthy the staff tried to offer me a discount on my next order. No thanks I will give this place a wide birth. You have been warned people .

First time ordering - both me and my partner got a calzone... What a mistake. Folded cheap bread with cheap ingredients - took one bite and straight in the bin. Completely inedible That's £16 down the drain. Avoid!

Pizza tasted out of date not sure if it was the dough or the mince meat on it but it did not taste right. Chicken looked raw. didn’t bother eating it. Waste of money.

If i could give 0 I would! As the guy was taking my order he was talking to the guy about something in their language which I don't mind at all but when i ask for a straight forward order And asked to repeat it several times as he's having a conversation with the guy still! Still Manages to get my "simple KaBAB" wrong! Now Iv paid money just for the kabab just be thrown in the bin! As I won't enjoy it! I will not be ordering from here again! Most ignorant staff ever!

This is one of my favourite places to eat. I really recommend this takeaway, it has one f the best kebabs!

I ordered chicken from here 5ps with chips it came no seasoning on it was so dry it was nearly like powder, rang them up they wouldn't refund us even though I order from them every week I told them I wasn't having anything from them again there not bothered I wouldn't recomend

Order from here every week, NEVER AGAIN!....fried chicken was overcooked and OLD...the oil it was fried in tasted like it hadn't been changed in a long, long time. Asked for a refund and was refused. I will tell everyone i know not to order from here again. And the horrible replies to reviews on just eat is disgusting customer service. I will inform trading standards and environmental health department

I always enjoy first class hot fresh food from Amigos, the staff are always friendly....the prices are fair and the shop is clean. I've gone there since it opened its my favourite Pizza Shop....my mates like the food also. I certainly can't understand the bad review about it. Amigos you can't win everyone but you win me. Very rude arrogant owner no customer service. Abrupt and rude to a loyal customer. Food not bad most of time but sometimes he reheats kebab meat on a griddle burning it and other food substance stuck to meat delivery's always take ages.drivers all freindly but management horrible.hes a arrogant dipstick the owner and I also find he doesn't give free items even of you qualify he makes excuses and moans about it no customers service whatsoever he's going to loose all his valued customers because he's arrogant.

Always great food, our regular takeaway now. Excellent quality food at competitive prices. I can't understand the poor reviews we have never had a problem and order every week. Keep up the great service Amigoes!

Food his okay but owner not good I'am say him put chili sos garlic sos his doesn't but garlic sos his put moyanes
