Waited 1 hour and half no food still and not answering phone

chips were very nice as always, but burger was overdone and dry, it's a shame as last time I ordered previously, it was really nice

the food was hot and the chips were lovely, the fish was mushy but hot, it took 2 hours 30 minutes to arrive

I thought I’d try Deno’s for the first time - Not a great experience, ordered a kebab and cheesy chips. To be honest to the portions were small although I ordered a medium sized. Worst of all the pitta bread tasted stale and hardly any chicken, packed with salad though - Ripped off! I suppose there’s not a lot you can do once you’ve travelled home in a taxi to eat your food. Avoid this establishment as there’s better places around town and better value for money.

absolutely beautiful the meal was good quality and worth every penny was delivered early which was great 👍

First time ordering from here. Chicken Parmo was alright but a bit more cheese would be great. Chips were lovely and very well cooked however the mini salad tub was abysmal. 1 slice of Cucumber and 1 slice of tomato with the rest of the tub full of lettuce. How do you justify this when you ask for salad you at least expect a few slices of both Cucumber and tomato. im not going to complain tho and I will probably not order from here again

Pretty dire tbh for the price, chips were dried out salad was scarce meat defiantly was dry too, for what it costs here I'd defiantly consider it

Chicken Parmesan was inedible! Was crunchy and like rubber! Never had chicken like that before 🤢

Great large hot shot parmo, great value and portion size could easily feed 3 people.

Kabab taste and quality wasn’t same like it used to be. I always liked kabab from there and I recommended my friend and family too because Deno’S kabab is different then other few places but, today kabab wasn’t good and different test.

Once again Deanos was perfect. Really fresh food and great taste and flavour. Best takeaway in town

Best parmo I’ve had in years!! Tried here after been recommended on the rate your restaurant page and so glad I tried it! I got a half parmo and it was HUGE, proper chip shop chips, the creamy cabbage is delicious! Piping hot, delivered on time by a friendly girl. Worried about my waist line now as I’ll be wanting to order every night!! Thank you

Delivery arrived on time but food was basic. Bolognaise pizza had barley any bolognaise on it so pretty bland. Creamed cabbage was extremely peppery. Chicken kebab the chicken quality was poor. Over all quite disappointing for the price.

Lovely pizza and proper chips, not frozen fries for a change. First time ordering but won't be the last. Only down side is delivery time but to be fair they did deliver at the estimated time and worth the wait for the food quality

Can’t fault again. Ample portions. We got a mixed wrap & large chicken kebab. Wrap was jammed with meat. Chicken was tender and flavoursome, as was the doner. Chip shops chips are delicious. Delivery drivers were super polite and pleasant. Will continue to order from here 👌🏼

Been looking for a reliable Parmo since moving to darlington. Ordered the hotshot at £15, it didn’t give an option for 1/2 or full which was a shame - and although slightly over priced for a takeaway, this came as a large and was really good! Chips were chip shop style and also really good. Small side of donner was ample in portion & also much better than anywhere else we’ve tried. Garlic sauce was slightly too runny for my liking and not the consistency of dulux wall paint. Overall would recommend & definitely order again!

Usually the food is lovely, however chips and fish pattie not as expected. Fish in the pattie was very bland and chips had no real flavour so binned them. Onion rings very nice.

Haven’t used in years, tried tonight, all went in the bin, the donner meat was full of gristle, under cooked chips and the burgers are so cheap, won’t use again

Normally I have no issues with this takeaway however I ordered a mixed kebab wrap with garlic sauce which had barely any chicken or garlic sauce in it and was spicy. I cannot handle spicy foods due to on going stomach issues therefore the food after one bite the food was wasted.

really poor, second time iv tried this place for large kebab and they certainly arnt large with not a lot of Donner meat, will not be trying a third time

Parmesan and chips nice, creamed cabbage nice and peppery. Garlic sauce really runny. Son wasn’t keen on his pizza though. Delivery girl really polite.

Nice parmo, chips and creamed cabbage which was quite peppery. My son enjoyed his chicken wrap and chips but said you could taste the polystyrene on the chips.

Portions were very small, pitta salad was poor the take away service was disappointing, wont be visiting again 😥 so sad when i opened the bag at home 🥴 for a tenner was like where is my food ???

Usually unreal but the chips tonight were so greasy they were minging but parmo nice maybe chips were reheated but so not nice 😥

Fish and chips and chicken kebab…. Absolutely spot on. The chap, assuming the owner, lovely bloke and extremely helpful Food is fresh and made to order and really really good. Tasty, hot and great portion sizes. Proper chips too, non of this frozen chip nonsense. Got to be honest. Probably one of the best takeaways I’ve ever had. I rate it that much. Superb for me.

Stayed in Darlington for two nights, both nights we went to Denos Return! Their Pizza was fluffy, fresh and very tasty! Chips were absolutely beautiful (chippy chips). The owner (Suddi) couldn't of been more welcoming or friendly! Will definitely be back!

Donner meat under cooked. Chilli sauce had an odd taste. Missed a tub of garlic off order. Asked for scraps salt and vinegar on chips and it wasn’t done. Chicken was also inedible. Won’t hurry to order from here again.

Fish and chips meal deal was the worst fish I have ever seen, it was soggy and slimy and looked like it had been re heated in a microwave and was more like mush inside rather than white chunks of nice fish and curry sauce was like water.

No updates, would appreciate true updates, so you can plan. Said: enjoy food before it had left shop. Had to ring to chase up. Still not here as I write.

Food was great but when placing your order you are told its going to 1hour 45 mins to delivery ok I’ll accept that and then another 30mins on top of that is not acceptable. Don’t take the orders if you can’t deliver on time

1st time using Deno's, I've absolutely no criticism to give. Food was really tasty.

Best parmo in the town just ashame it takes along time to be delivered

My only nit pick is that the chocolate fudge cake with what appeared to be milk was not worth the price. Everything else was fine. I can get the same size slice which is off of the exact same cake for £2.00 elsewhere yet it's marked £3.50 here, comes with milk though so it might be your cup of tea (other customers)

Best Parmos in the town and with the cream cabbage is amazing!!! Also have to add a southern fried chicken brest with garlic sauce! Always top notch. Keep up the good work guys

Parmo is on another level. The quality of chicken is unreal. The ratio of sauce, cheese and chicken is perfect. Might seem expensive but the parmo fills the box and the chips have to come separately. Deffinitely worth the wait!

1.25 litre of Diet Coke missing from delivery, told delivery driver it was missing, he said he would go back and get one it wouldn’t take him long. 90 minutes later and I’m still waiting…..

We enjoyed the meal but wrapping very hot fresh chicken together with chips and onion rings makes the onion rings and chips very soggy. I would recomment wrapping the chicken seperately

Food was amazing but had to wait 2 hrs for delivery then it was 45 mins after that .. delivery driver was apologetic and sweet but having to wait nearly 3 hrs .. I just couldn’t eat much as I was to tired …
