We visited friday evening with family from Australia. But disappointed with one aspect as you advertise gluten free pizza and vegan food. But was told only option available would be pasta with tomato base sauce. Why are you still advertising that its a option when we where told you cant get a supplier for the pizza bases. Im view of your reply you should maybe take off the gluten free option from your menu then or at least put a message on saying currently unavailable. I came expecting i could have pizza but had to have pasta which im not a great fan of from restaurants, as im not keen on the sauces.

great atmosphere, lovely food. Special thank-you to Izzy for making our time so good. Nothing was too much for Izzy even when really busy she still took that extra time to take good care of us. Will most definitely be returning

The place feel so sad.. the restaurant has not been updated/refurbished since what it feels like the 90's. It is charming in a way but you still pay today's price on food. The pizzas were weirdly and perfectly round making them look like takeaway pizzas. Which makes them really expensive for takeaway level food.

We go here very often the food is always amazing. Again went tonight with our baby, he also loves the food. This place does not get the credit it deserves. The flavours are out of this world and I always find they are super friendly and even a last minute booking is never to much hassle. It's our goto place for special occasions or if you just want a delicious meal. Can't wait till our next visit 🤗

Never had a bad meal here. Excellent pizza and pasta.

My wife son and I visoted for the first time and we thought the food was fresh and tasted fantastic. The service was also excellent and we will be going back again.

We booked last minute and we were not let down. Incredible service, great staff, great food in a nice simple venue. Great food, arrabbiata a touch too spicy but everything else superb, reasonably priced as well. One more mention for the staff, attentive, on the ball, a credit to the restaurant. Attended Friday 27th October.

Lived in Penketh my whole life, and never been here before, and I’ve obviously been missing out. It was absolutely brilliant. Pizzas freshly made, cosy family restaurant feel. Felt like an authentic family restaurant in Italy. Staff very friendly and attentive. Would 100% recommend!

Came here with my mum for the first time on Saturday. Food was gorgeous, busy place but service was good. Great range of items on the menu and authentic Italian food. Will definitely be coming back, it’s a hidden gem!

After waiting 1 hour our meals where very mediocre . After complaining the chef was totally uninterested which obviously made matters worse . Staff were great tho'.

The homemade food was excellent, including handmade bread. Weve been several times and it is always very high quality. No fancy frills just fine food. Service low key but always very friendly. And very good value for money, particularly in view of the current cost of living. Highly recommend

Food was extremely poor, service was below par from a rude waitress and the new owner was stood at the front of the restaurant smoking in his chef whites as we entered. Awful experience.

Friendly, tho waiter seemed under pressure on his own. Food vey nice, would go bavk again.

What a lovely evening. Home cooked meals with flames from an open kitchen to enhance the mood, staff are brilliant, polite, diligent young men. All service came with a smile amd the food was BEAUTIFUL. A bit of Italian history thrown in by the staff as well, ask them why the salt & pepper shakers are so big. Somthing I never knew. Cannot recommend enough, intimate place as well. Highly recommend, we shall definitely be going again..

The place is cosy and the service and food is amazing. Staff were so friendky and helpful. The food was so nice and fresh. Went there on a recommendation from friends who had delivery's via lockdown and so glad we did. First and definitely not the last time we will visit there.

We had a fantastic time here, my little boy LOVED the whole experience of making his own pizza (he didn't want to leave). Food and atmosphere was lovely, nothing was too much trouble for anyone, I would definitely recommend going.

Me and my boyfriend had our very first date here 2 years ago. We love this place so much and we come back every year to celebrate our anniversary. Staff are brilliant, very friendly and always make you feel like you are the only people there. They make a big fuss of us everytime we go, whether we are celebrating our anniversary or just getting a pizza. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced for the quality. I always look forward to coming here.

Very friendly neighborhood restaurant with convenient parking. Very tasty pizza and pasta. Has a "make your own pizza" option for children which is a great way to entertain them during a meal. Also does takeaway pizza.

If you've got young kids or grandkids then you'll love it here. Kids are given a pizza base and all the ingredients to make their own, which is then cooked for them to eat.

Super place, lovely warm genuine staff and fabulous food. Julie is a gem. Always so helpful and attentive, my 4 year olds loved the create a pizza idea.

Great little place. Great reviews lead me here and it was very surprising. My daughter can be a handful due to her situation and the staff where amazing and accomodating to our requests. And to top it off the food was delicious. I had the steak from the specials board and it was amazing. Melt in the mouth and my daughter wolfed down her pizza which she could have made herself. Great place for the family and highly recommended. We will be going back. Thank you

The food here is superb and flavours just as you would expect from home cooked dishes. Lasagne is the best and always helpful with veggie options when required. Wines are really good too. Great night out for the kids. Very attentive. Great venue for birthdays and celebrations as prices are so affordable.

Unreal quality of food and exceptional service from the staff. I’ve been to Italy and not had pizza base as tasty and well made as they do here. We travelled down from Newcastle for work and I would be tempted to come back in my own time to come back here. A real, real treat - made to feel super welcome and comfortable and the food was stunning. Definitely a six out of five stars. Family run gem and 100% worth a visit

Not an Italian restaurant, waiters so annoying try to put a fake Italian accent. Nero D'Avola instead to be a deep dark red was a red ruby (full bottle was already opened hence I believe was filled with a cheap wine). Starter was average a non crispy calamari. The main was a very bad pizza the doe was uncooked. The dessert, waste of time, a cheese cake with a very very very thin biscuit sogghie base, overfloode with a salt caramel souce... the menu is not spell correctly in Italian (i.e. pollo cacciatore is actually pollo alla cacciatore) Delgados is a Spanish name and they have quite high price compare other place (£20 for a sirloin stake). Very bad restaurant....
