Reservaron mesa para 10 , forzaron un menú establecido, el menú establecido era muy malo - todas las opciones extrañas. Cerdo o atún crudo, algún tipo de plato de garbanzos. Completamente inflexibles a cualquier tipo de cambio hasta que se dieron cuenta de que realmente se habían quedado sin algunos platos y permitían ligeras alternativas. Después de 65 minutos nadie había tomado una orden de bebidas. Ellos sirvieron consistentemente para 8 personas a pesar de que éramos 10. Olvidé el curso medio, tuve que recordarlo. Mains finalmente apareció, todas las órdenes secundarias nunca llegaron. Luego llegó la factura y debido a que habían forzado un pago por adelantado dijeron que no podían hacer mucho en concepto de compensación y solo dijeron que mucho personal estaba enfermo. Ni idea de cómo este lugar tiene 5 * s que tenemos que sacar de camino a casa.

Mi marido me compró aquí para celebrar mi cumpleaños, me encantó desde el momento en que vi esa puerta rosa. No me decepcionó el personal estaba vestido impecablemente y la decoración (si te gusta ese tipo de cosas) que absolutamente hago, era fabuloso. El servicio y la comida eran fenomenales, mi único inconveniente sería que la persona que compró nuestras comidas a la mesa simplemente nos dejó la comida y se fue, ella no parecía encajar con la demografía del restaurante y el servicio que recibimos hasta ese momento. Habiendo dicho que esto era un 10 / 10 para mí y no vivo en la localidad, pero no puedo esperar a volver. ¡Por favor, que el Tonnato de Ternera Asada es una necesidad! Este lugar es realmente uno de los mejores restaurantes en los que he cenado durante más de 30 años. El equipamiento es increíble, acogedor pero muy elegante (encimeras de azulejos, decoración elegante). la comida es bastante literalmente sensacional - creativo, muy bien sazonado e inmaculadamente cocinado. Mi entrante (ensalada de cangrejo) era excepcional, otros tenían vieiras cocinadas con una ralladura perfecta y cremosidad. Mi principal - collar de cerdo con higo asado y grenoloata - fue bastante extraordinario, El chef es claramente un genio. No es barato, pero cuando tienes una de las mejores cenas de tu vida, ¿quién cuenta? La carta de vinos es extensa y los nuestros - Vermentino blanco y Chianto Classico - eran divinos. Para una celebración de cumpleaños - o cualquier celebración para el caso - no se puede superar.

Lea acerca de Querido Jackie y estaba intrigado por ver si estaba a la altura del bombo. Sobre todo lo hace - aunque pensé que la comida era la parte más débil de la cocina / ambiente / oferta de servicios. If you're looking for utterly indulgent food, outstanding service and sexy, sumptuous decor, Dear Jackie is what you need! It's pretty spendy, but if you're happy to splash out for a special occasion, I highly recommend. We had the most stunning scallops to start and the fillet of beef was the best I've ever tasted anywhere. It knocked Hawksmoor into a cocked hat! What really made it remarkable, however, was the service; professional, attentive, warm.

The new Broadwick Hotel is a total gem. What a find. From the trippy entrance and welcoming doorman (a Soho rarity these days) to the stunning rooftop bar and its amazing skyline view of Soho, you'll be enchanted. However, the real treat is the subterranean "Dear Jackie" (named after the owner's dear old mum - so I'm told). A pitch-perfect treat for the soul. I defy anyone to be sad when surrounded by the beautiful decor, welcoming staff and wonderful food. We hit up the scallops, the cod and the tiramisu, but the rest of the menu looked just a tastey, and judging by packed tables of other happy customers, they agreed with us. Add the thoughtfully curated wine list, and you just know that you're going to need to book in advance and not chance a walk-in. It was our first visit, and it won't be our last. The four of us vowed to keep coming back.

We had a fantastic dinner at Dear Jackie. The food was delicious , cool romantic interiors and amazing customer service as soon as we arrived. I look forward to returning again very soon.

I had a fabulous meal & service to match at Dear Jackie, the main restaurant within Broadwick Soho Hotel. The modern Italian menu is a concise offer of fish, meat & pasta & I can highly recommend the seared tuna (& delicious Campari & grapefruit semifreddo for pud). Staff couldn’t have been more attentive & friendly - 10 out of 10. The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous - decadently but elegantly decorated with red silk walls, sumptuous booths & glitzy chandeliers. Moodily lit & at basement level, it oozes glamour & romance. Loved it!

We came upon this gem while desperately trying to avoid torrential rain after a meal in a near by restaurant. Whilst we didn’t have a reservation the staff were super accommodating and hospitable. There was 12 of us and they sat us very comfortably in the roof top bar! The decor of Dear Jackie is worth a mention, it’s super glitzy but without the stuffiness and pretentiousness that might be associated with such an establishment. Definitely designed through for the lens of social media! Drinks list is pretty extensive and while the cocktails are priced at the higher end there’s plenty of wine very reasonably priced! Snacks are frequently replenished and I really felt I didn’t have to look to get the attention of a member of staff, they were so attentive and nothing seemed too much of an ask! The music was the perfect vibe!! The gentleman of a concierge even gave one of our party who had no jacket an umbrella! Definitely will be back!

Found this spot when wandering Soho for lunch. The interior design is very unique and definitely made for a memorable lunch! The menu is small but delicious, perfect size plates for lunch. The mussels bruschetta and Gorgonzola arancini were very good, and we enjoyed two cocktails too. Not on the cheap side by any means, but the service was excellent and the setting delightful.

4 of us all ordered different dishes and all had too much salt - most of us in the group very salt tolerant. Decor is nice but sadly most of the pasta dishes we tried were a little uninspiring. My Vitello tonnato was good but salty as well. Deserts were better . Try the lemon brûlée . Best part is cocktails in the bar on the top floor.

A very cool new place in Soho. The restaurant is down in the basement with great retro decor. The vibe is really good and the service was excellent. The food is mostly Italian and was all very tasty (though if you have a starter I don't think you need sides with the main). Good number of wines by the glass too, which I always like. Only dropped a star because it is pretty pricey but I definitely go again.
