Never order from this place! If your going to eat go and collect it or you will be waiting all night! I have eaten from here a few times but only ever ordered a couple of times and this time was a disaster! Called these guys at 5.30pm for food and it didn't recieve it till 7.30pm. Everytime I called a different guy answered and gave me a different answer. 1 blaming the delivery driver and the others making up excuses. Eventually when the food did arrive it was cold as owt and not worth eating. Worse thing about it they even forgot part of the order so when I did call back I didn't get no apology and was told they are sending it out and guess what....it never came! Never place a phone order or I promise you will be waiting all night

No wonder why they got good reviews. Food is tasty and fantastic. It feels good when you eat a real kebab. Staff's are so kind and smiling. it's a little busy, which is OK. I would be surprised if it wasn't (because of amazing food). I even asked for extra bread, and they kindly brought me one.

Ordered through Uber Eats and received the totally wrong order. After speaking to them blamed it on the driver although the bag was stapled with my order on it. Had no solution and could not provide me with any help even though spending £40! So left without any food!

One of my favourite places to eat in Sheffield! The food is outstanding, the salad and sauces are so fresh and the lentil soup is hands down the best in town. To top it off the prices are also very reasonable! Highly recommended

My parents came to visit me from Italy and he told me that at 70 years old he had finally eaten the best chicken of his life. My mom was extremely happy about the 1st Kebab of her life. My Dad was so happy that the next way he wanted to order the takeaway for me and my partner. We remained so satisfied of the flavors and the quantity! We live in Littledale and now we have you guys on our preferred line when we fancy a takeaway. She will post a 5star review also she said. The delivery time is next level. Soooo fast! Thank you

I'm writing this not out of anger, but disappointment. Here's what happened today: My wife paid for our takeout at 12:37 PM, with order number C83. At exactly 1:00 PM, I joined her and found that our food still wasn't ready, nearly half an hour later. Given her shift started at 1:00 PM, I asked her to leave while I waited. At 1:07 PM, I inquired about our order. They checked my receipt and admitted, "We are sorry, we lost your order. I'll do it now." While I understand that lunchtime can be hectic, a mere apology isn't enough. Courtesy can go a long way in customer relations. I didn't ask for free food, just a quicker resolution. I asked for the faster item on the menu and a refund for the other. Despite this, they continued to process other orders first, which was disappointing. When I asked again for a refund for the second item, one staff member did his best to accommodate me. However, another employee tried to aggressively explain their situation, which only annoyed me further. Eventually, the first staff member refunded my money, and the other handed me my order without a word, making me feel it wasn't worth the wait. This doesn't seem to be an isolated incident, as I noticed other customers also waited a long time for their takeaways. Unfortunately, they have lost a regular customer. We're committed to supporting local businesses, but this experience was disappointing on many levels.

Food overall is good, big portions and reasonable prices. Only issue with the shop is the chicken tikka at times is not grilled properly or a bit hard/stale so does need cooking with more care, not a health and safety issue but chicken should be soft and tender not hard from certain sides. Other then that there shawarma is one of the best in the city, huge portions of food and good prices overall. Sauces are fresh and so is salad

Got a chicken shawarma wrap, don’t recommend as they don’t cook the meat properly and decreased portion a lot recently. Service is bad they forgot my order twice other customers came and ordered after me and got served before, when I asked for sauce I received attitude from one of the workers (another worker did apologise which was a nice gesture) wouldn’t go there again.

Poor service. Placed order about 8 o clock for delivery and wait till 10 o clock for delivery. Ring takeaway and were closed. Money was detected from my bank and have received email order confirmation.I never had this experience before.

Ordered on Uber Eats. And was delivered within 25-30 min. Ordered the Darnall Special, with all salad and 3 sauces. And also a Chicken Shish Kebab, with selected salad, and 2 sauces of choice. Everything delivered exactly as requested. Which too many places get wrong. Absolutely loads of meat on the Special. Plenty of chips. 1 skewer of lamb, 1 chicken, and 2 kofte skewers. Plenty of good, tasty salad. 1 bread underneath to soak up the goodness. And 2 in the bag. Chicken Shish Keba equally as good. Plentiful, and all done right!! As an avid ordered from Middle Eastern, I put you guys right up there. Probably better!! Absolutely brilliant meal.. The Special would easily serve 2. Probably with leftovers!

Great place, with friendly staff, and flavourful grub. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Love their garlic sauce, even if it is an interesting green colour. Fresh naan bread, and a lentil soup to appreciate.

Food here is 10/10, always consistent very flavoursome and highly recommended. I got that chicken tikka wrap meal with kofta wrap, thier salad and sauces combination is amazing.

Just had our first experience with this place. A chicken shish kebab and lamb shish kebab with a small chips. The meat was beautiful and fresh, not fatty. The salad with it had a good variety and was tasty. The chips were perfect, crispy tasty French fries. And THE GARLIC SAUCE! Will never order another kebab place again!

Come over from Bradford when working away and got the large chicken shawarma with rice. Massive portion size, clean, fresh and tasty. Salad and in-house sauces were spot on. Will be coming back. Held up to standard. Thumbs up

Got the big special box meal for it to come full of chips. Basically you get £5 worth of meat and the rest chips and bread. Then the staff were really rude didn’t care that they’re charging £12 for bread and chips. Absolutely disgusting service and wouldn’t amend it didn’t even care. Wasn’t enough meat for 1 person never mind as a sharer. Definitely wouldn’t order from here unless you like to pay a tenner for some chips.

Been using this place for several years now without any problems but of late the food appears very greasy and oily and the hygiene of the takeaway needs addressing.

Worse service ever Ordered for the first time 30 pounds worth and after one and a half hour of waiting I was told the delivery will be leaving the restaurant / take away in fine minutes so I waited. A full two hours and five minutes later the food came cold stodgy and tasteless. Absolutely pathetic

Only dissapointing thing about the food was I didn't take a pic before I finished the meal lol tried this place for the first time and loved the food. Great value for money and I think the gents name was Carwan or Arwan, went out of his way to give a great experience! Deffo be back!

5* absolutely delicious food. Have been coming here for about 2 years and have never had a bad meal from them. There fast to say how busy they get and there sauces are next level. Haven't been anywhere that sauces match them. Home made and full of flavor. There hummus is just perfect . Would highly recommend I usually get the £5 meal deal with a wrap and chips and i can never finish it so there portions are brilliant for the money. Thanks for making such bangin food 💖

The best value you can get. We had chicken shawarma with rice, it comes with salad, nan bread, sauce as well. It's all great amount and everything is tasty.

Truly a hidden gem. Having eaten kurdish food from numerous places in Sheffield this has got to be number one for me. The charcoal full chicken was excellent with the spices being tasty but not bland the mix grill was tasty and fresh thanks for the wonderful food.

Hygiene level isn’t great, the man that served me was using his tissue to wipe his nose, he then continued to touch the wraps and chicken instead of washing his hands

Food was prepared quickly and the brothers were very hospitable and friendly. Food was also good too, went for the Darnall special and was very good! Will be coming here more regularly on my lunch breaks

I have eaten often here and never had any issues and food was always good. However a few weeks ago I had an extremely busy work day and went there for a chicken kebab. It was the only food I had eaten all day a few hours later I didn’t feel to good. During the night I took very Sick.I ended up in the hospital with full blown food poisoning. For a week I was violently sick please please staff who are working here be careful when your handling the food and keep your hands and the food safe for consumption. So utterly disappointed as I used to love it there. Been busy all the time is not an excuse to lack on hygiene
