Quick service, tasty food. Cheap and cheerful.

Terrible service and food, cheeseburger was tiny and could be finished in one bite. Would definitely not recommend, we were looking forward to it so was disappointing

I have gotten crunchy a couple of times but this one time I got it delivered to an apartment block and the driver couldn't find our apartment so it took 30 minutes until the person with us on the phone about he driver finally said he would come and find it. We ordered it off food hub so this driver found multiple excuses to not be taken for granted. At this time the driver went back into crunch and the food was microwaved again. Finally our food came but it was cold. Not great service for crunches drivers 👎

Went in after United v Celtic legends game for a quick bite and ended up buying more to eat on way to the train as it was so good.

It's 02:16am in the morning and I have a terrible stomach ache. Last evening I ordered a cheese and tomato pizza (margarita pizza). The moment I took a first bite I felt weird and I was not able to finish the whole pizza initially but I was hungry and I paid £5 so I didn't want to wate food so I ate it. It was my mistake to eat that pizza because I am having a terrible stomach ache now. Please be aware that if my health gets worst, I will have to file a formal complaint! Please focus on food quality. 🙏

Ordered from here quite a few times. Great food and HMC certified (we only eat from HMC certified outlets). Loaded fries are delicious and so are the burgers. Kids love it too.

Love love love crunch, favourite takeaway in Manchester easily. Super fresh, especially if you go in person. I would recommend their pizzas, burgers, fries and mocktails the most. Lovely staff, would highly recommend, I go here regularly!

I can’t believe these reviews.. came in and waited over 5 minutes before staff even acknowledged me. Ordered some wings with fries, I’d bet everything I own that the wings I got were re-fried. They were overcooked and full of grease, the chips had good texture but smelt of old dirty oil. They get 1 star for the drink being cold and another for providing napkins. Stick to KFC its a million times better

Who doesn't love fried chicken and mojitos?! The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. It all tastes like there has been a lot of care go into it and the drinks were brilliant. Thanks so much for a great meal :)

Only tried spicy chicken burger, seems good value place. It was spicy but lacked depth and the chicken was also soggy. If it was fresh it might have been better. Will try again but in no hurry

Price too high for the area.. Also burger size was not what we were used to.. Find it very small for the price.

Waited 45 minutes for a chicken wrap after being told it would be a 7 minute wait. Absolute chaos behind the counter. To top it off one the chips was still frozen.

Delicious pizzas and calzones. Ordered the crunch special which I highly recommend for both. Wings were decent, nice and crispy. Bit disappointed with the double smash burger. Not the best I've had, it just tasted like an ordinary cheese burger. Not sure if the meat was even smashed (it didn't look like it) Ontop of that, no onions in the burger as seen advertised on leaflet/shop :(

Very nice food, also one of the best chicken tenders I’ve ever had. The prices are very generous considering the portions. Will definitely be back again. Can’t believe it’s HMC. I had the triple smash burger & shared some chicken tenders, highly recommend both.

HMC The burgers size was great not as big as Miami. What people need to understand is the tik tok videos the reviewers are interested in the size, have they not thought what has been injected in them burgers or have the chickens been working out?? This is clean meat at Crunch why don't you just double it up. It costs more because it goes through a check daily to make sure we are getting legit halal food I will keep supporting these establishments. I ordered approx 7-9 items and he got everything correct. Family was happy with the food. Will keep ordering bearing in mind it is healthy/ most importantly halal meat. Keep the good work going Alhamdulilah

Used to be good… now the burgers are quite dry and so expensive?!?! They’ve gone worse but they’re more pricey which makes no sense to me… it used to be £4.50 for a spicy chicken burger and now it’s £6.69 on Deliveroo even though nothing has changed. Very very disappointing. Will not be coming back again ever.

Their food is nice but the only thing is whenever I've ordered pizzas for take out need atleast an hour, once I ordered went to collect after 40 mins and still had to wait there 15 mins for it to be ready. I don't quiet understand why they take so long to prepare the pizzas. Burgers are good and ready on time given.

Extremely rude staff. Went there in the hope to get good food. Waited for 10 minutes to be served at the counter. Staff was clearly working right in front. Refused to come forward even after calling him. Had to leave as had young children with me who were really hungry. If you don't want to serve customers why open the shop!

Chicken is lovely but gravy could be a bit better. Lovely and friendly service.

Amazing food and delivered at the given time. Spice was excellent, and calzones are very tasty! HMC so no worries there, and great service for arranging alternative payment as we were new to area.

Spicy chicken burger is good and good staff members

Ordered on Just Eat..delivery driver got mixed up...the triple smash burgers & loaded fries are just the best. When the delivery arrived with a chicken burger I was so disapointed thinking I would have to wait for a refund. A lovely lady rang me & delivered the correct order within 15 mins. So impressed.

Food was very good and HMC certified as halal. If you order the spicy be warned, it is really very spicy. Overall good food and service, wait could be slightly quicker, but no major complaints.

The heat is perfect if you like your spicy burgers to actually be spicy. We got the Crunch milkshake too which was a perfect little treat for the ride home. Worth the drive! Will definitely be revisiting soon.

I was recommended to try this place out. Did not regret it! Food and service was spot on. We ordered to eat in. The chicken burger with hash brown dipped in their spicy sauce was delicious. The spice wasn't overpowering. The fries were fresh and tasty. I ordered the Crunch Special pizza to share (why not, its rude not to, right?!) and that was tasty. Parking is available outside the shop. There are only two tables for 4-6 per setting available. Definitely recommend.

Food was meh. Lady behind the counter seemed moody. I asked for chilli sauce, she pulled a face saying "chilli sauce?" as if she didn't know what I was asking for.

Went there after seeing 4.4 reviews but disappointing; very small burger with Sweet bun ( strange) but taste was good; wings were old and have beed fried multiple times. Cheezy chips were tasteless. No spoon or tissues provided. So sorry for bad review! I recommend owners to go to Roccos, Florida and Miami crispy to learn what a good value fast food look like. A lots of room for improvement! Ordered a spicy burger meal And chicken tenders. The Chicken burger was cold and the chicken was hard chips were over cooked. The tenders were hard and cold too.

Fraud Fraud Fraud I rang if they do breakfast and he said yes then went there and asked where is your breakfast menu he replied NO! I said to him I just spoke to you over phone he just replied chicken tenders that’s all I just was sick of the lies and bought 2 burgers and 2 drinks and charged me extra £2 for drinks when came as meal then contested him he said we charge for sauces rip off lost my faith in this fraud act

Spicy burger has a good kick but not best in manchester. Spicy/normal Chicken wings has a lot of batter and okay flavour. Smash burger was best and would reccomend if coming here. Solid 7.7/10

Great halal takeaway option in Old Trafford / Stretford. Very good beef burgers and decent pizza, nice and clean too. Bonus points for being HMC certified.

Absolute shambles service guy at the till had no service skills didn’t know anything about the menu himself,after placing the order my change was threw at me and genuinely was just very rude,then continued to kiss his teeth as if it was my fault,he said the order would take 5 mins,he proceeded to prepare an order that was placed after us which left us waiting a total of 35 mins on top of all this they expected us to pay 50p for small portion of mayonaise,deffo would not recommend extremely poor business and service skills.

Simply outstanding! Not one for burger meals, I was converted after tasting their flavoursome spicy burgers and fully loaded fries. Customer service was impeccable! If you enjoy takeaway food which tastes home-made, Crunch is the place! Thank you ladies for making us feel welcome.

If you a fan of spicy chicken burger but bored and want somthing slightly different then I recommend try this place Batter is super crunchy and spicy sauce is similar to other places with a peri peri twist Chips were nice Wings were my favourite its crunchy but not super crunchy like there burgers Only disappointment was there gravy I was expecting chicken gravy but it was traditional English gravy

Awful food. Burger appeared to be cooked multiple times. Chips had no flavour. Waited 15 minutes for food which esecially tasted like cardboard. Drink was nice though. 👌

Chrunch Manchester is banging. Better chicken tendies than anywhere else for sure. The chicken burger is nice, but recently I’ve been going for the Peri chicken wrap. It’s nice and fresh also a tiny bit spicy incase you’re sensitive. If I could rate 10/5 I would staff are amazing and friendly. I do recommend :)

Chicken wings were soggy and tasted tangy proper dead wings, your suppse to marinate them before you cook them not after, gravy was stoned cold and didn't get my drink for meal, chips was the only thing edible. Not happy

I should of known not to place an order to start with when the man serving was coughing into his hands. All the other staff were in the kitchen area laughing, chatting and on mobile phones. My 2 x cheese pizzas that should have been 5 minutes ended up being half an hour. When I got them home and opened the boxes they were full of black hairs! Will never go here ever again!

the food was good but the bun was a bit soggy and the chips were amazing and the burger was bigger than the bun but overall 8/10 would defo recommend. will be visiting again

Bit of a wait for a Monday, around 40 minutes from ordering to getting our food. I had the spicy burger and it was nice, my partner got a smash burger and nowhere does it mention this is spicy, but the burger she had a real spice to it which seems a bit weird for a smash burger and it wasn't mentioned it would be hot. Sadly she couldn't eat it and went hungry

amazing food. customer service was great, he let me try the spicy sauce before i confirmed my order. i’d say this is the best food spot i’ve had in manchester so far. 2 burger meals: one spicy and one regular, 7pc chicken wings (normal) meal with 3 drinks and 2 additional sauces all for under £20! the quality and the portion sizes are incredible, loved the additional help your self station of sauce and peri salt. their menu has huge variety and a fanta slushy machine! not from the area but we will be back 1000%! absolute 10/10 from us.

Amazing service, staff are really friendly. Even though they was about to close they still allowed us to stay and eat. Prices are decent considering the amount of food you get. Wings were cooked to perfection and taste to the spice. Very nice atmosphere aswell. Better than cluckaritos 1000%

The food is very tasty and I highly recommend the spicy burger, wrap and pizza. You get a good portion for a good price, and we’ve never had a problem regarding delivery or the food as the staff provide great service. The food is delicious and I recommend this place for anyone who hasn’t tried it.
