First and last order attempt via Deliveroo. The order time kept moving back, took almost an hour and a half from payment to getting a notification that the order could not be delivered. Now a ten day wait to get a refund. No phone number to contact the restaurant. The one here doesn't work. Nice one.

Best burgers I’ve tried in a long time

Supreme chicken burger had to be the worst I have ever had. Undercooked cold, cheap reformed burger not the buttermilk fillet that was advertised and with crap cheese and what was like a tomato sauce squashed in to a cold burger bun and not the brioche that was stated. Havnt a clue how this place got 4.5 stars.

I recently had the best burger I’ve ever tried, and I can’t stop craving it! Every bite was packed with so much flavor, perfectly cooked, and seasoned just right it was nothing short of amazing. And let’s talk about their Oreo shake easily the best one I’ve ever had! It was rich, creamy, and blended to perfection, with just the right balance of sweetness and that iconic Oreo crunch. Honestly, the combination of the burger and shake is unmatched. The quality, taste, and overall experience are on another level. I’m already counting down the days until I can go back!

The workers there don’t listen to the customers often as I asked one of them if they could do something and then they completely forgot.

We really enjoyed our late lunch, early dinner at Crispy's. Really friendly atmosphere, and some great food. Kids meals were both great sized for our kids, and we really enjoyed our burgers and sides. Was cheaper for the 4 of us that some of the standard fast food places, and had much better food and environment for us. Great find in Plymouth if you are visiting

Just visited Crispys as there had been a hype about their smash burgers, everyone had been putting up stories on snap. Couldn't miss out, went instore was received with a great customer service and I tried both smash a rice box, everything about it was amazing. Definitely coming back soon and thank you mohib for great service

Shamail served us incredibly well, excellent food and service

After wandering around trying to find somewhere to eat with our very grumpy children, we finally settled on Crispy's. And I cant stress this enough, I am very glad we did. The burgers were amazing, and our usually Fussy children ate everything with nothing but exclamations of how good it was. I'm now very gutted that there isn't one of these near us in Northumberland.

Ordered a chicken supreme burger and it was lovely. The customer service was also amazing.

I'll admit the price is appealing for quick and easy food and I'm sure that the sweet treats are possibly better. However I've tried TWO of their food items and found that they weren't to a good quality and missing components that made me choose those food items in the first place. I won't be going back as not just the first time they ran out of a specific thing for my other half and felt that they didn't compromise. But they got 3 stars due to the manager giving a little coupon for another date. So there is that. All in all I genuinely have a little worried its a front. Better food needed on the savoury front.

Got the chicken and rice box which was packed full of flavour. Bit disappointed that the chicken was tiny and not as advertised. 20 minute wait for my little rice box on a quiet Monday evening but it hit the spot. I’d consider trying their burgers next as I did hear people raving about them while I waited. Place is clean, and my server was very focused. Bit of a smile never goes a miss though! :)

Worst experience! I ordered from deliveroo, and it was all bad. Burgers were roughly cooked. Half side was overcooked and half size was undercooked. Fries were half the packet size. Coke can was broken. Finally, the ordered took more than the given delivery time. They delivered in a very bad quality. They are worst in the whole plymouth. Never trust them, from their staff to their food, everything is unacceptable.

Sadly not the same as when it first opened. Fairly expensive for what it was and hardly anyone in there. Fries were hot which was good. Chap on till didn't really want to be there. Waiter was more friendly
