We really enjoyed our late lunch, early dinner at Crispy's. Really friendly atmosphere, and some great food. Kids meals were both great sized for our kids, and we really enjoyed our burgers and sides. Was cheaper for the 4 of us that some of the standard fast food places, and had much better food and environment for us. Great find in Plymouth if you are visiting

Just visited Crispys as there had been a hype about their smash burgers, everyone had been putting up stories on snap. Couldn't miss out, went instore was received with a great customer service and I tried both smash a rice box, everything about it was amazing. Definitely coming back soon and thank you mohib for great service

Shamail served us incredibly well, excellent food and service

After wandering around trying to find somewhere to eat with our very grumpy children, we finally settled on Crispy's. And I cant stress this enough, I am very glad we did. The burgers were amazing, and our usually Fussy children ate everything with nothing but exclamations of how good it was. I'm now very gutted that there isn't one of these near us in Northumberland.

Ordered a chicken supreme burger and it was lovely. The customer service was also amazing.

I'll admit the price is appealing for quick and easy food and I'm sure that the sweet treats are possibly better. However I've tried TWO of their food items and found that they weren't to a good quality and missing components that made me choose those food items in the first place. I won't be going back as not just the first time they ran out of a specific thing for my other half and felt that they didn't compromise. But they got 3 stars due to the manager giving a little coupon for another date. So there is that. All in all I genuinely have a little worried its a front. Better food needed on the savoury front.

Mohib and Tom were really nice and are a credit to the team. They make us feel like home here

Got the chicken and rice box which was packed full of flavour. Bit disappointed that the chicken was tiny and not as advertised. 20 minute wait for my little rice box on a quiet Monday evening but it hit the spot. I’d consider trying their burgers next as I did hear people raving about them while I waited. Place is clean, and my server was very focused. Bit of a smile never goes a miss though! :)

Amazing restaurant my friend and I we had wonderful time, the manager Sam look after us very well his so kind, the food so delicious and the waffle it’s just divine best waffles ever tasted definitely recommend to everyone

It is a nice welcoming place, yet another chicken joint but with a twist. It’s Slim chicken, Pepes, Kaspa put together. From chicken rice to tenders,burgers to waffles, ice cream etc you have plenty please your taste buds. The best it’s Halal. Well done you in Plymouth

Worst experience! I ordered from deliveroo, and it was all bad. Burgers were roughly cooked. Half side was overcooked and half size was undercooked. Fries were half the packet size. Coke can was broken. Finally, the ordered took more than the given delivery time. They delivered in a very bad quality. They are worst in the whole plymouth. Never trust them, from their staff to their food, everything is unacceptable.

Sadly not the same as when it first opened. Fairly expensive for what it was and hardly anyone in there. Fries were hot which was good. Chap on till didn't really want to be there. Waiter was more friendly

I went to crispys today for the first time , and it was incredible, sam behind the counter was brilliant very helpful and just all round brilliant, the food was insane , never had such a great tasting burger , and the chips where immense , will definitely be coming back again !

Personally, I will not return here. I ordered a milkshake and a single doughnut. The doughnut was squidgy and microwaved with some biscoff sauce. Very unappealing. I wasn't welcomed by the staff member who seemed pissed off to say the least. He instructed another member of staff to assist in making my milkshake and needed step by step guidance. Maybe some more training should be supplied to the staff. All in all it took over 15 minutes.

A genuine 5, I was pleasantly shocked. I'm spending time on business in Plymouth and was walking around trying to find a place for lunch, I'm bored McDonald's. I walked in Crispys Plymouth and it looked like fast food but I was committed now! I ordered a smash burger and it was top draw equal to something you'd get from a gastro pub..... And at the same price point as the well known fast food restaurants.

Crispy's are amazing plece to eat.they have so many different options of food.the customers service is also brilliant. Would recommend this place to eat.they have a very fast service on food and plece very clean. Go and grab your food now at crispy's.

Kids meals are great value, milkshakes are great, service can be slow and you feel a little forgotten sometimes but staff are always friendly!

My son who is 12 and I visited yesterday evening having cycled 16 miles into Plymouth. We really wanted to sit inside but had no locks for the bikes. They were kind enough to allow us to put our bikes inside so we can sit. Very helpful with our ordering. Incredible friendly. Great prices and great food. The best fast food place in Plymouth by far. Milkshake was actually a strong 9 even if a little watery as the flavour was good , Cappuccino was a one , steaming hot and devoid of coffee , made me think of cookies it was that milky .

Me and my sister went in yesterday for some lunch the building it’s self is incredible really nice atmosphere however the food is far to expensive for what it was £7.50 for the supreme burger it was tiny , cold and greasy the burger was foul however the milkshakes were nice but again needed some improvement could have been better!! The staff were really rude by talking to us with a rude manner and kept staring at our table watching us eat constantly really put us off . Would I come back maybe for a milkshake if no one else does them but as for the food definitely not !!
