We both got a smashed burger with fries. My burger was quite soggy but my partners was fine. The fries were really good. We would come again as it was pretty reasonable prices and was overall quite nice.

It is a nice welcoming place, yet another chicken joint but with a twist. It’s Slim chicken, Pepes, Kaspa put together. From chicken rice to tenders,burgers to waffles, ice cream etc you have plenty please your taste buds. The best it’s Halal. Well done you in Plymouth

Worst experience! I ordered from deliveroo, and it was all bad. Burgers were roughly cooked. Half side was overcooked and half size was undercooked. Fries were half the packet size. Coke can was broken. Finally, the ordered took more than the given delivery time. They delivered in a very bad quality. They are worst in the whole plymouth. Never trust them, from their staff to their food, everything is unacceptable.

Sadly not the same as when it first opened. Fairly expensive for what it was and hardly anyone in there. Fries were hot which was good. Chap on till didn't really want to be there. Waiter was more friendly

I went to crispys today for the first time , and it was incredible, sam behind the counter was brilliant very helpful and just all round brilliant, the food was insane , never had such a great tasting burger , and the chips where immense , will definitely be coming back again !

Personally, I will not return here. I ordered a milkshake and a single doughnut. The doughnut was squidgy and microwaved with some biscoff sauce. Very unappealing. I wasn't welcomed by the staff member who seemed pissed off to say the least. He instructed another member of staff to assist in making my milkshake and needed step by step guidance. Maybe some more training should be supplied to the staff. All in all it took over 15 minutes.

A genuine 5, I was pleasantly shocked. I'm spending time on business in Plymouth and was walking around trying to find a place for lunch, I'm bored McDonald's. I walked in Crispys Plymouth and it looked like fast food but I was committed now! I ordered a smash burger and it was top draw equal to something you'd get from a gastro pub..... And at the same price point as the well known fast food restaurants.

Kids meals are great value, milkshakes are great, service can be slow and you feel a little forgotten sometimes but staff are always friendly!

Milkshake was actually a strong 9 even if a little watery as the flavour was good , Cappuccino was a one , steaming hot and devoid of coffee , made me think of cookies it was that milky .

My son who is 12 and I visited yesterday evening having cycled 16 miles into Plymouth. We really wanted to sit inside but had no locks for the bikes. They were kind enough to allow us to put our bikes inside so we can sit. Very helpful with our ordering. Incredible friendly. Great prices and great food. The best fast food place in Plymouth by far. Me and my sister went in yesterday for some lunch the building it’s self is incredible really nice atmosphere however the food is far to expensive for what it was £7.50 for the supreme burger it was tiny , cold and greasy the burger was foul however the milkshakes were nice but again needed some improvement could have been better!! The staff were really rude by talking to us with a rude manner and kept staring at our table watching us eat constantly really put us off . Would I come back maybe for a milkshake if no one else does them but as for the food definitely not !!

Normally my in eating in experience is good . However, this was my first time ordering from Crispy’s through Delivero, there was a promotion if you spent +£20, will receive a free gift from Crispy’s. I’ve ordered waffles and cookie dough, I have received my order, which arrived doughy and soggy. Moreover, no additional gift being received at all, my order amount was £31, really disappointed

Very poor value. Wings extremely dry and powdery. Chicken burger very thin and dry with more batter than chicken and stodgy bread on top. Dry all round and more expensive than higher quality competition.

Always a good place to stop when you need to top up with good food. Cooked to order, which is great and piping hot.

My friend and I ducked in here one rainy lunchtime to grab a quick bite to eat. Neither of us had eaten at Crispy's before but it was the only place that wasn't packed at the time. I ordered loaded fries which were served quickly and to our table. They were really tasty and fresh and quite substantial as a small meal on their own. My friend ordered a chicken burger with chips and struggled to get through it. But we both found room to order a waffle each... The waffles were fresh and so soft which made them far too easy to eat. The ice cream was served in a separate cup which I liked. The atmosphere is very American Diner with booth style seating. The menu is half burgers and snacks, and half to waffles and desserts. No idea why it wasn't very busy as the food was delicious and the service was quick and friendly. Toilets onsite, although I didn't use them and takeaway available. Although it feels like a chain, I don't think Crispy's is but I will definitely be back again when in Plymouth.

So upon arriving, I was quite impressed with the premises having a mini disabled accessible wheel 💺 lift which made the premises very pro disabled friendly. I then ordered the vegan loaded 🍟 with vegetarian chicken 🐔 pieces with their very own magic seasoning, and a fudge brownie 🧋. The vegan chicken pieces quite literally almost looked and tasted just like sesame seed toast, and with the mayo added to the mix besides the 🍟, and to include the milkshake as well, I washed it all down with the utmost satisfaction 😌 ✨️ 👌. I even loved the fancy, quirky dimly litted lamp shades from above the tables in the middle of the restaurant, even though I was sat in a booth with my friend and his mum, overall ✋️ down it was a very pleasant experience. I wish there was a Crispy's in Exeter where I live 😩😄😂😆. Honestly guys and gals, I wouldn't hesitate to return again. Thank you.

for 2 meals. both a basic burger fries and dessert Cost me £60. no joke £60. food was average and fries and dessert were tiny. not worth at all.

I'd recommend Crispy's having had it three times both as takeaway and eat in. Don't be put off by it being sometimes empty, it's actually very good. Would strongly recommend the chicken burger and waffle desert 😋

I came here when visiting Plymouth with my family and I have to say I am very impressed with the quality of the food and the service, we had never heard of them before. We were the first to enter the restaurant that day as it opened only a few minutes prior and got a discount which was very kind of them. Only been here once (at the time of writing this review) but definitely will come back here again
