Terrible Chinese dishes Schezwan rice & noodles - poor quantity for the price charged.

Very well service by Krina. Really good. It's one of the best option for south indian food and specially services are really good. Food quality and quantity both are good . I suggest visit Crispy Dosa @ Harrow on the hill.

Food was not up to standard at all. Received 5 small pots of white chutney that had gone off completely and the samabar was sweet and dosa was very very rough. It was my first time buying here. Will give it a second thought if I was to buy again.

The food is good. But to me vegetarian means no garlic onion and mysoor dal as well, while they are tamshik food. But the services were really remarkable.

Random visit - nice staff - lovely girl called KRina and the new guy prabhakaran was all over the shop helping and serving (I even thought he was the boss the way he dresssed so smart) . The manager is a valued member to the business. I didn’t feel welcome at first but this was down to miscommunication. I will be back and maybe I come with family and friends too. Thank you for hospitality crispy DOSA!!

Everything was good. The staff was super courteous and kind.

Mysore dosa is really nice in taste but . Paneer chili is not good it is too sweet.

Despite informing the manager about the non-functional air conditioning for the past couple of weeks, I haven't seen any resolution. Unfortunately, this has significantly impacted my dining experience, and I'm hesitant to return until the issue is addressed."

We went for dosa lunch yesterday. We were 2 couples. Had a very nice time. Tge staff looked after us very nicely . My husband has gluten free and it impressed us a lot that the chef took extra care by cleaning the whole work tops and utensils before cooking his dosa. I highly recommend these guys

Crispy dosa is my first preference when i tempt for veg Indian or South Indian food, their dosa validates their name “crispy” also the Chole bhature and filter coffee is worth give a try. Special appreciation for Krina who has confer the best of service and hospitality.

Great Place, Delicious Food and Amazing People

We ordered the ghee podi idly. Unfortunately, this dish was not great. Overly spicy, flavour not balanced and texture was not nice. The service was poor, they forgot my drink and generally the staff seemed more interested with their phone rather than dealing with customers. The manager was unprofessional and seemed unable to assist us when we gave feedback on the food. He seemed alittle dazed and not happy to get genuine feedback.

Tariq was exceptional and wonderful! Which matched the food - you MUST come here if you love Indian food!

Veg M Dosa was NOT cut into pieces. The aloo tikki was basically just chana. Both dosas were burnt. Really poor experience.

Yesterday I had a dinner at crispy dhosa and it was amazing & one of the best service from Krina, she was so polite and good answering .

I was served by Tarak who was very friendly and polite. Good food, great service. Would recommend.

We went to have dosa for lunch today. The restaurant seemed pretty clean until I looked up and saw the A/C unit l, it was FILTHY with wires hanging out. The food was also a disappointment. We ordered masala chai, dahi Puri, paneer masala dosas to eat in and butter naan and Manchurian for take away. When the waitress bought out the masala tea on the table, we saw that the tea had a hair in it and we asked for it to be replaced. The waitress said 'oh' and didn't apologise. Then, when the dahi Puri arrived there were gone off pomegranate seeds. We took them out with a fork and placed them onto the side. The paneer masala dosa had a very thin layer of paneer filling so it was mostly just dosa. We paid £75 for the food, I felt ripped off for such poor standard. To top it off, when I reached home and opened the take away naan, it was burnt (see attached photo). Please do NOT eat here and save your money. If you are looking for a good dosa place, Sri Rathiga's dosas are pretty good. Perhaps they are also in need of a visit from the food hygiene standard inspectors?!!

I recently visited a lovely restaurant that had a great ambience and positive energy with a touch of Indian influence. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Despite my apprehension about very spicy food, I was pleased to find a variety of spice levels to suit even those with a sensitive palate like mine. I plan to return to this wonderful location. The supervisor, Thark, provided excellent service and was very helpful throughout our meal. The restaurant maintains high standards and provides good quality service and food that caters to both South and North Indian cuisine. Some of my favourite dishes include thali, crispy dosa, and refreshing drinks. Among the starters, I particularly enjoyed the samosa chat and dry chilli mushroom.

The food here used to be just okay. However, they take at least 20-30 minutes to bring items like meduvada, idly, etc, with a compromised taste. From the last couple of visits, we observed that the taste and service of the restaurant are going downhill, compared to the other south indian places prices are high and service is slow.

Although it obviously takes time to prepare fresh food, yet the wait for the order was quite long. Also, had Sambhar with loads of potatoes, for the first time in my life!! Who cooks Sambhar with potatoes??? Dosai was excellent and crispy and justified the name... CRISPY DOSA!! Chutneys were also good enough, slightly lesser salt than suited us, but tasty.

Best South Indian food in London and lovely staff!!

We ordered a delivery yesterday 15 dishes and requested not to spicy. All I can say is brilliant just brilliant, from ordering to delivery the service was smooth and easy. But the food just outstanding, ,very delicious and good portion sizes. The whole family couldn't stop praising the food..Thank you you the team at Crispy Dosa Harrow for an amazing evening.

This is a no nonsense vegetarian India restaurant. It gives udipi restaurant vibe if you are from Mumbai. Very good Dosas. I would recommend the onion Rava Dosa. Even the North Indian Vegetarian dishes are amazing. Very well curated menu. I would definitely visit again. For Curries try the Kofta masala and Dale Fry. Reminded me of home.

I found this restaurant over priced, Dosa’s range from £6-£9 (which, if you live local you will know its too much- nearly double of everywhere else) On top they charge 10% service charge for what? I had to get the attention of the staff twice, so I really did not receive the service for which I am charged 10% extra on top of highly price food. Also the size of the sambhar bowl is not enough for a child let alone a full grown adult, I had to ask for extra sambhar twice with only one Dosa, I was already feeling embarrassed. I cant understand how they expect to eat that size of dosa with a small sambhar it was beginning to feel dry in the throat to even swallow without the sambhar. I rated 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ as the taste is good but they need to work on the portion size as well as the pricing . I will not be going back until I see these improvements.

Ordered Bombay thali, was quite good but the paneer 65 was quite dry felt like it was prepared in advance & not fresh. Else the food is good 👍

I yearned for something vegetarian as had been consuming a predominantly meat diet this week. I tried this establishment as had never been. I ordered takeaway Mysore Dosa and a Manchurian paneer. Both came to £18.99, which I felt was not cheap. Both the Dosa and paneer were reasonable and acceptable to my palate.

We have visited CRISPY DOSA so many times. I had the best food from there. I must say the food is really delicious and good quality. The service, specially from Tarak is amazing. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Dosa is good, but the North indian thali provided does not contain tandoori roti/naan. Rather it contains chapati. For a 11 pound fixed thali a option of tandoori roti or chapati would have been a ideal combination. Without this north indian thali is not a great option. Management should look into this.

This is a great restaurant with excellent staff and delicious food. I would like to thank Tarak, who receives and serves with great care. Pushpa also behaves very professionally and friendly, ensuring all customers are attended to properly. My top pick would be the Tomato Rasam—no other restaurant cooks it like this. It’s amazing. It would be nice to have options without onion and garlic across all varieties. Overall, there is a friendly ambience here.

Every time I go to Crispy Dosa, the customer service and food is excellent. That's also been the case when ordering online. So, to sum it up, reasonable price, fantastic taste and great portion sizes.

I always order for delivery and never get disappointed. Staff/ managers always respond to instructions on delivery orders which makes my delivery perfect as I want. No comments for food quality as it is always amazing. Appreciate kitchen staff to maintaining the consistency of quality food 👏👏👏
