Anand has provided very good service

We went for a family dinner and ordered dosa, chhole bhature etc. the food was okay, dosa was crispy and flaky. The potato masala with dosa was bit bland , however chutneys were good. Sambhar also was tasty. We spent about 48 pounds for a small family which was more than we had anticipated. The 10% service charge on the bill was again rip off as service was basic and this restaurant is not a premium eatery place with good ambience or decor. Not value for money and to be avoided as there are good options in harrow.

I recently visited Crispy Dosa Restaurant, and I had a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious — I had the Ghee Podi Dosa, which is my all-time favorite, and it did not disappoint. I also tried the Sev Puri and Manchow Soup, both of which were really good. The service was just as impressive as the food. A big shoutout to Lokesh and Anand — they were incredibly kind, always smiling, and made the experience even better with their warm hospitality. There was also a lovely lady on the team whose name I didn’t catch, but she was just as sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and top-notch service!

I went there today with my family. The food was average but the service was great. Anand kept checking in with us and kept my niece entertained while we ate. We ordered mysore dosa, masala dosa, medu vada, and paav bhaji. The mysore dosa actually had the red chutney which was great because it is rare to find, the paav bhaji was decent as well, but the vadas felt like it was reheated. Overall it was a 4/5 star experience.

**Avoid this place if you value your time.** Went during dinner hours and the restaurant was practically empty—only one other table was occupied. Still had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple order. No excuse for that kind of slow, careless service. Not worth it.

The service was great and the staff was very knowledgeable about Gluten Allergy.. but I was disappointed with the portion size of the idly and vada. Idly especially was tiny. The dosa was nice especially the Kerala one, the vada was a tad but undercooked..I had raw batter in mine and my girlfriend had her done well. But the Pistachio Kulfi was spectacular. Would go back just for that. Recommended for a quick bite.

Went there with my mum and uncle and wasn't too sure if I'd enjoy it as I'm not a big fan of dosa. However the menu is extensive and a lot of variety and has something for everyone. The mango lassi is one of the best I've tasted in a long time. I had the paneer noodles which was excellent - a lot better than saravannah. My uncle had poor is and veg curry and my mum had mansala dosai and they both really enjoyed their food Atmosphere was great - didn't feel rushed to finish our food and leave - one of the main reasons we didn't want to go back to saravannah was we couldn't enjoy the meal leisurely and we felt like the tables had to be turned as quick as possible Will definitely be going back!

Fresh dosa, brought to us very quickly, which is great when visiting with young children!

Crispy dosage harrow is my easy to go to place . I loved the food there jot just south Indian, north Indian food was out of world too. A recommendation definitely 👌

Subject - Disappointing Experience Despite Previous Satisfaction I hope this review finds you well. I visited your restaurant again to enjoy the delicious food I had previously experienced. I travelled all the way from Norwich, Norfolk, specifically because of the great impression I had last time. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing. I ordered Idli and Masala Dosa, but initially only received the Idli. I assumed the Dosa would follow, but after I finished the Idli, the waiter simply asked if I needed anything else—clearly indicating he had forgotten to place the Dosa order. I eventually received the Dosa 10 minutes later. Additionally, I ordered a Paper Roast with oil, but it was served with ghee instead. Thankfully, I am not allergic to dairy—otherwise this could have resulted in a serious medical emergency. When I asked the waiter about it, he casually responded that the chef had forgotten. At the end, the only action taken was the removal of the service charge. Nothing more was done to address the mistakes or inconvenience caused. This experience was quite disheartening, especially considering the effort I made to return. Sadly, I won’t be coming back after this visit.

im bit of disappointed, because we came for mothers day and we order 2 lime juice and we had 2 lime soda. which was not great at all. i order 2 milk shakes and the shake was like just milk with chocolate sauce no sweet at all. main food came late to table and i booked online for 5. when i enter there wasn't table available. i think the management need to look after the staff and look after the customer as well. if they cant manage the busy time they should not take the orders. well good day with bit of dissepiments.

Visited on 23rd March 2025 at lunchtime on my own. Restaurant was quiet when I arrived with only 2 tables occupied. I moved tables as the one I had chosen was below the AC and it was blowing a bit. I ordered plain dosa and masala tea. Both were delicious. Plain dosa came with sambar and 3 other chutneys. The dosa was nice and crispy. The red chutney was spicy which I liked, the yoghurt chutney was cooling. I asked for the Masala tea without sugar as I've found in other places they make it too sweet for me. The waiter brought sugar with the tea. It was warm and comforting, just what I needed on a rainy spring day. The restaurant was generally comfortable.
