Country Fried Chicken Warrenpoint in Newry and Mourne

Very disappointed with food and service. Half of the order was missing. Chicken wrap was disgusting. Chicken was grey looking, tasteless sauce and dead looking lettuce. Of course cheap frozen chips that smelled like dirty oil

Best chicken shop I’ve ever eaten in! Far better than anything like KFC or other takeaways. Chicken burger was the best I’ve had and the chips were great! Great customer service, very fast and great value for money. 10/10!!

The customer service in here is absolutely appalling. Incorrect order given frequently.. Very rude staff with zero personality and definitely lack basic manners. Won't be back.. go over the road to Friar tucks better food and friendly staff.

Absolutely appalling behaviour from staff, (especially the woman with the red hair). First time being in this store, wasn’t sure how to order and who to go to considering we were being looked at like aliens, however after finally being spoken to, the cheek and audacity of the worker mentioned was disgusting, speaking to us as though we were incompetent, I’ll also mention the fact that none of them must know how to smile as I got an overwhelming sense of doom from the sour, droopy, unwelcoming faces. Will not be back stay away if you want service with a smile folks.

Came to warrenpoint with some friends for a day trip and let me tell you the customer service and atmosphere was terrible. After being stared at for 20 minutes and ignored we where then asked to order by a women with red hair, she told us next time we come we are going to have to stand over here or we would not be served. She looked very unpleased to be in work and her attitude was horrible. This behaviour was brushed off by other members of staff and no one seemed to care. If your looking service with a smile this is not the place folks, stay clear.

Went on Friday night when down in Warrenpoint, have to say the chicken was lovely best yet, a very pleasant blonde haired girl works here, the rest off the staff not really pleasant. But 1st class proper crispy chicken, so much better than KFC.

Best chippy in town. The staff at the weekend were so happy and pleasant and really made my week so much better. They gave me amazing food and it was finger licking good, like kfc but real chicken. So much better!!

Ordered food on Sunday. Chips were dreadful. Frozen chips had been used. Would not rate this place at all.

Very disappointed was up for the Easter weekend at Warren point staying at the lough and quay hotel had a few drinks there went across to the ye old ship inn some pints there came out of there wanting something to eat went to country fried chicken warren point what a disaster walked in meet the sorrowful bunch of people faces hanging down to there feet so any ordered chicken Kabab paid £6.60 didn’t mind Took it back to the hotel there were about twenty chips bits of chicken and as much lettuce and coleslaw to climb a mountain that why I only give one star not satisfied sorry Will not be back
