Love the coffee and pastries. Charlotte is amazing and always so welcoming

Love this place for selling lots of delicious vegan goodies (cookies, cakes, pastries etc.) at very low prices. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice creamy chocolate and caramel biscuit, a nice juicy butterscotch doughnut or decadent chocolate twist.

The food was disgusting salty cheap ingredients I should have gone to greggs

Multiple items missing from delivery. Normally I am called if items I’ve ordered sell out before delivery sent out so not sure what happened, and looks like no refund so not very happy.

I ordered two bacon savouries but only received one. I requested a refund and was told I would not receive a refund. I am annoyed about this especially as I was a good customer. Sticking to Uber Eats now.

I didn’t receive the cappuccino and I received a Ham & Cheese Sandwich instead of ham & cheese baguette.

Great vegan options, the crunch on the Vegan cheese and onion pie, wow. Lovely vegan donuts and other sweet treats. Yummy.

A fantastic vegan range of both savoury and cakes - definitely a hit with me and the family! Very pleased to see and hope they expand even further - they deserve it!

The delivery time changed three times and the driver went to a different store before he came to me. Well I ordered is not what I got. They did call me to say they didn't have some of my order but never gave me a refund with what they sent as it was cheaper. Very poor service

Bakery items are generally good. Love the jam donuts. The issue for me is their bread slicer. Slices bread too thin and only have one setting. Sliced crusty bread became like biscuits! I no longer buy my bread from them. They need to invest in a bread slicer that has various thickness slicing

Did not add the brown sauce as requested, the bacon was burnt and gave us the wrong juice.

Delicious- I hope the Coughlans chain expands across the UK. It's better than Greggs!

Tuna crunch Baguette is so good! Also tried the vegan leek & sausage roll and that was also very good , will be my go to bakery hit from now in in South east London

I asked for no butter in the notes to restaurant but it came with butter anyway so I was unable to eat it. Very sad.

Far to expensive for me . But the multiseed loaf is very nice, but again far to much money.

Had a beef and onion slice with sausage rolls. Beef n onion was quite salty and not much filling, the pastry was super flakey. Sausage rolls could also do with more filling. Shan't be bothering with savoury from here again. Also picked up a few cakes which were absolutely spot on. Lesson learnt.

Love this place. We've moved out of Croydon and whenever we visit, this is a must-stop for yummy goodies.

Proper bakers, great staff, good coffee...lovely bread

I’ve been coming here a few years. I think they’ve started using lower quality/cheaper ingredients and it’s starting to show. The apple muffin was very chalky and not very nice. The sandwiches are good. But since they’ve started taking online orders, I often find I’m stood in the shop waiting to be acknowledged. I don’t mind waiting, but just a quick “we’ll be with you in a moment” would be nice. It’s just an unpleasant experience now. So I’m not in any hurry to return.

Coughlans pasties were my favourite untill the last two I purchased consisted of more pastry & less filling. like eating cardboard. The prices have risen too. Very disappointing 😕

So happy this is my local bakery. Excellent collection and it’s a bonus that there are so many vegan options. All the bread from the sourdough to multi-seed loaves are great and a wide selection of treats.

Best place to start a day with a cup of tea with sandwich from here . Fresh bread and tasty breakfast options 😀

All items excellent as always. Just wish prices on here were same as in the shop. We pay service charge, so why?

Wow, food wise, it blows Greggs out the water. With most things vegan, tastier AND bigger portions than what greggs produce. The butterscotch yum yum was deeelish and the soup really was homemade! I didnt try any of their hot drinks.

Best bakery , I was tried of using greggs, and greggs dont have much vegan choice , coughlans bakery all the way for me.

Waited 5 minutes without even being acknowledged by the lady behind the counter who was filling in a form with another customer. I know that I came in after but a greeting and an explanation of how long the wait might be would have been appreciated. Left empty handed.

I ordered brown bread in my sandwich but got white

Cheese and Ham salad was good, fresh and tasty with plenty of ham an cheese. The Apple Danish was also good and quite big, I enjoyed it and would order again.

How do you get doughnuts with no sugars and wet

Disgusting customer service cant read any notes. So dont bother ordering from them. Bread is stale sandwiches are not worth the money. Stay clear of them.

This is my favourite place to get lunch. The baguettes are delicious and so fresh, the sausage rolls are flaky and tasty and the coffee is fab.

Friendly service, food piping hot, nice coffee.

Half of my order was missing which I was notified of by a non-chalant staff member. No help offered to send missing items and food that did arrive was over cooked. Really disappointed as not the Coughlans standard of food or service I would expect. Just Eat have been unhelpful and so I will now use another delivery provider as constant issues with their deliveries and service!

Just moved to the area. Really impressive vegan selection. Looking forward to trying the full range. Had a vegan rhubarb and custard muffin and was so so good - could be best muffin I've ever had. The sourdough was a bit airy and didn't taste much like sourdough, more like ordinary white, but will try the other breads to find one we like cause it seems like a really lovely local independent bakery.

Coughlans food (and coffee) is always such a treat. Delicious tasty and filling.

Love going to Coughlans for tea and coffee. A really well run little place. Just wish the front door wasn't left open all the time as it gets draughty in there when sitting having our cuppas.
