Cotswolds Fire & Grill in Vale of White Horse

Had the take away option of chicken wings and the speicial sauce! Wow loved every bit, crispy and flavorfull ! I will be ordering again !

The menu has changed since our visit for the worse. The burgers used to be reasonable and there were lots of starters to choose from, in comparison now they are flat, stodgy presumably oven cooked patties. We ordered x2 burgers x1 starter and x1 beer and it cost almost £40 (not sure how). The quality of the food was so poor. Serving such terrible food at extortionate prices will mean this place will shut down soon I’m sure. Absolutely WOULD NOT recommend.

There is almost nowhere to eat out in Faringdon on a Monday evening and the Cotswolds Grill looked inviting to our group of 10. We were the only customers. The menu is limited - to burgers, loaded fries and Hot Dog with a range of deep fried sides. But there’s a surprisingly extensive wine list. We ordered beer. The food was businesslike in as much as it staved off starvation and none of us died but it was served and eaten without much enthusiasm. We tried to split the bill and were invited to pay an extra £1 each for the privilege. The business is obviously struggling and I can see why.

Great restaurant, would fit right in here in the States. Felt welcome right from the start. Kim was so friendly, took us in explained the menu and the growing pains. New business in a small town. We told her what we wanted and they made it happen. Everything was great! Recommended them to our friends there. Great conversation, fun and food. Please give them a chance and help them grow. Attended recently with my partner and young daughter. Service was brilliant. Enjoyed the food. The staff were absolutely amazing with my daughter, it was really appreciated. Will definitely go again
