I had a lovely dinner and big thank you to the mannager and the team.

I was completely impressed with Oswin's professionalism and customer service.The ambiance was inviting and comfortable

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and it couldn't have been more perfect. Oswin went above and beyond to make our evening special, even bringing us a complimentary dessert with a sweet message. The food was exceptional - I had the steak, was cooked to perfection, and my husband raved about the Pork Belly. The wine pairing suggestions were spot on. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

Great place to eat. Book early as by 7 pm, thr crowd builds up and so does the noise level. Service can be slow too.

This was my go to place. The management has changed and for the worse.the food order was incorrect my drinks did not turn up and table next to had similar problems. When I tried to address the issues the staff And the manager had the audacity to answer back and deny the issues.. needless to say after. 5 years I will not be returning anytime soon. Such a shame, my favourite Côte is being run like a cheap diner with sloppy service

Love to have left a review of the food and service. Arrived at the restaurant at lunchtime and asked for a table for two. Received a warm welcome and was sat while I waited for my friend. That was the last interaction I had. Almost 15 minutes later was still sat there. Not a single person had approached my table and I couldn't even get anyone's attention in a restaurant which was 3/4 empty. I got up and left and not one team member even noticed. I went down the road and enjoyed my meal at Sam Kitchen. Won't darken their door again.

My partner and I visited a different branch in Chiswick; the food and service were great, as always. Susmita and Kurt were very attentive, and we had a wonderful lunch there.

I have been many times and everything is usually good but last night I had to send the food back twice and the service was terrible.

I had a wonderful time in the Cote Chiswick. Top French cuisine. I had the Confit Pork Belly and it was very tasty. Friendly and polite staff.

Good food as always, but why cant they put on enough staff. The lady serving us was great, but so overworked and unable to cope. Had to wait for ages for every thing we ordered. Food was really good. Server was great and did her best but management need to help out by providing help on busy days.

Good meal had by all,being a Saturday night was a very busy time,maybe why the food took a while, but not a criticism ...service was fine. Food was great...

UPDATE. Our more recent visit was not how it used to be . Food tooK 45 minutes to arrive and portions are smaller than before. Dissapointing . Friendly staff who take great care of you. Food is good and arrived quickly.

Aconsejo encarecidamente a cualquiera que coma aquí que revise cuidadosamente su factura antes de pagar. Lamentablemente, pagué sin comprobarlo dos veces solo después para darme cuenta de que me habían cobrado de más. La factura incluía y cafés extra y set que nunca pedimos, añadiendo un extra de £ 16. 90 a mi total. Esperaba algo mejor de Cote, y esta experiencia me ha dejado sintiéndome molesto y decepcionado.

Rubbish service, the waiters forgot about us several times, and when I asked to speak to the manager at the end, I was told I would have to wait as he was busy with important things. Just give this Cote a miss and go to another location.

The filet mignon smelled like socks and the waitstaff made interactions sort of weird

It was midweek after new year so it was a quiet night , the restaurant was still warm and inviting and the staff were exceptional. Steak frites is always a good option for a light dinner !

Pedí una sopa de cebolla francesa para empezar y si llegó después de 20 minutos sin cebolla y bloque de queso a la vista. Lo devolvió, después de otros 20 minutos llamó al Gerente y se quejó. Volvió a nuestra mesa y nos dijo que acaba de ordenarlo para nosotros. Nos levantamos y nos fuimos.

The French onion soup was delicious and well seasoned. However, the tuna nicoise was awful; overcooked tuna, (the second time round it was seared AND cold!??), stale potatoes, undercooked egg, and all served very cold. And to top it all, we weren’t even offered a refill of water.

Great breakfast, not expensive and tasty

Disappointing service: one item wasn’t added to the order which we found out when we had to inquire about its delay, drinks were brought late, no cutlery was given to us until we asked, the door doesn’t fully close, etc. No apologies from the staff even for the missed item. Food was good, but the onion soup has a strange presentation with bread being separate and chicken salad portion was small.

Every dish that I have ever ordered has been absolutely tasty. Ozzie is the best. He is gracious, kind and made sure that my meal was perfect. Two baguettes up!!!!

I find you always know what you're going to get with cote and it's always good. The team in Chiswick are super and are always hospitable and friendly.

Very nice hard to find a place at Christmas where people are still energised and very attentive and this was just that thank you to Susmita for making my first day back in London my home city a very warm welcome home

Staff very accommodating, particularly Robi who served us. Food and drinks arrived in good time and I preferred the Xmas turkey Ballotine here than the one I had at The Ivy last week. I also thought the non-alcoholic fizz was better than others I had tasted to date.

Popped in for lunch, great food and service. We had 2 steak frites, 1 well done 1 medium rare and 2 chocolate desserts. Both incredibly enjoyable and and overall Côte continues to deliver

Good location near Turnham Green Terrace and lots of nice local shops. Food was well cooked, steaks are always good here. Kids menu options were not bad. Set menu is always worth considering for a decent value meal.

Met a friend I had not seen for over 40 years and requested a quiet and cozy table. I got exactly that had an excellent service by Jack and the young female waitress whilst we were catching up for three hours. Everything was perfect and I will definitely be back.

Food was great and delicious. The service was a little slow and we had to keep asking for the staff to attend to the party. I’ll put that down to it being a busy evening. Otherwise not a bad place

The door wasn’t closing properly, so it was very cold inside. The staff moved us to another table, but they need to find a permanent solution for both the employees’ and customers’ health. We had to eat our meal within 30 minutes and leave the restaurant because of the cold. One of the employees mentioned that half of the staff had gotten sick due to this issue. I think this is a serious problem that needs to be addressed as soon as possible. The food was also mediocre. I ended up having to order food to be delivered to my house. I don’t think we’ll be coming back.

A lovely Christmas lunch with the family. Slightly disappointed with the lack of crispy confit potatoes with my Sunday roast, it was missing the main event! The Camembert starter was melty and cheesy and everything I was expecting. The chocolate fondant was decedent and rich with creamy cinnamon ice cream and sweet berry sauce, certainly the winning course. If only my turkey roast delivered that comforting Sunday flavour, with crispy spuds, I’d be awarding a 5 star for food. We all appreciated the seating arrangements downstairs as we had two toddlers around the table, this enabled us to sit comfortably and out of hazards way. Overall this was an enjoyable experience that I’d recommend giving a try.

He comido antes en la cabaña en Chiswick y estaba emocionada de volver por segunda vez para llevar a mis padres a cenar. La mesa de al lado era horrible, inaceptablemente ruidosa, golpeaba la mesa, borracha y usando lenguaje racial. Eran tan ruidosos que era físicamente imposible para nosotros comunicarnos durante toda nuestra comida. Señalé esto al personal y me dijeron que lo confrontara yo mismo. Afligido, señalé que no es mi responsabilidad asegurarme de que haya un decoro básico en el restaurante (sin mencionar que entraría en conflicto con su seguro de responsabilidad pública al solicitar que lo haga). Me dijeron que esa era mi elección o podríamos recoger nuestros platos y pasar a otra mesa (que habría hecho ninguna diferencia). ¡No fuimos el problema! Se encogió de hombros y se alejó. Mis padres ancianos estaban tan incómodos. Nos fuimos tan pronto como terminamos nuestra red. Nunca más, Côte.

We just had a terrible experience. It was very frustrating for 3 people to order and receive ice cold food after waiting for 1 hour. Only the bread and butter was good, the rest of the experience was very bad 😡

Excellent restaurant. Everything was really good. The bacon salad, the steak and frites, the cheese board at the end.. the wine was a good pairing and at a good price. The waiter was fine with us and the food or friends ordered was also good for them. We spent some two hours focused on having a good time, laughing and nothing bad about the restaurant occupying our time. They deserve a 5 star.

Lovely french bistro, beautiful atmosphere, good food and price value makes it perfect for a lunch. Two courses lunch is always good.

The team was kind to give us all the options and was quick to fix any mistakes in the order. Food and drinks were good and quickly served, at the right temperature. Ambience was pleasant, with nice music playing.

A great night out, consistent food and service throughout the night :) we had the cheese soufle, mussels and pork belly, they were supper yummy and absolutely value for money. The wines were great and yummy and choices were enough for a great night out! Krishna was an absolute star of a host and made sure we felt our absolute best! Kudos to the team :)

La futura madre de la novia es celíaca y tenía excelentes opciones de menú. La comida era deliciosa, el personal atento, la ubicación genial. No podía fallar. ¡Volveremos!

We are so lucky to have Cote Chiswick. It is always reliable. The food is really good, it's great value and the staff are excellent. And it somehow has a great atmosphere even when it is not full.

Had a lovely meal for 16 for a birthday dinner, was served by Jade. She was so lovely and looked after us so well all evening!

Ordered ribeye steak and bearnaise sauce to go with it. The bearnaise came out cold and I said to the manager that it should be warm (I've eaten at other restaurants inc. other Cotes) and he looked at me like I was mad. I insisted that it should be warm and he went to speak to the chef upon returning to inform me that it should be cold...I got up and left. There's no place for arrogance in a high end restaurant let alone a Cote Brassiere.

16 de nosotros + bebé de 9 meses de edad, había reservado (el día antes del evento) para el lunes 12 de agosto por la noche - una última hora, cena de 60 años. Fue el día más caluroso del año hasta ahora. Tuvimos el mejor tiempo, servido por Mariam, que era tan amable, alegre, dado el tamaño de la fiesta, incluso cuando su iPad se bloqueó con todos nuestros menús! Regresó sin fases y había recordado notablemente el orden de todos. La comida era excelente y el vino fluyó. Toda la experiencia nocturna fue apta para un rey, que recibió un delicioso 'budín de cumpleaños', cortesía de la casa. Todos se fueron contentos y felices, especialmente el bebé, no un solo chirrido molesto, sino puras risas de alegría mientras pasaba alrededor de la multitud sentada disfrutando de una noche de cumpleaños. Nada había sido un problema. Un gran cumpleaños gracias al personal, de Côte, Chiswick Y especialmente Mariam nuestra camarera genial! ❤

I always enjoy eating here. The staff are great and the food is very tasty. I especially love the French onion soup. The duck was very tasty (perfectly cooked, tender and moist with crispy skin) and the crème caramel desert was fabulous! I happily recommend Côte and look forward to dining here many more times in the future.

The food was a disappointment. The quality has gone down and the price has gone up. The staff are always nice and very helpful.

I spotted this quaint French inspired café after a morning of shopping in Chiswick and couldn’t resist giving it a try. I decided to dine à l’éxterieur and was seated at a bistro table perfect for people watching while solo dining. I ordered the salade verte and salmon with frites, which was prepared perfectly. The salmon was moist, with the skin crispy and seasoned well, served atop a dill sauce perfect for dipping the frites. The salad was simple, but fresh and the service was excellent! There were 2 and 3 course menu offerings at a fair price and the quality of the food was top notch! This restaurant will definitely be on my list when I return.

I love this restaurant. The food is fabulous always, the team are excellent and the atmosphere is great. We like the location as it is local but I use other branches depending on where I am because it is so dependable for quality and service.

I had an early dinner with my family for the first time at this restaurant. People were super nice and the food was great. One little problem though: we ordered two steaks to be cooked medium well. One came fine but the other was too pinky! They corrected their mistake. Also, they added 10% service charge to the bill without getting my permission; and when I looked at the bill it says “optional “!!

Salmon is over cooked. I didn’t even know you could overcook salmon

Salmon was overcooked. I didn’t think it was even possible for a semi-competent chef to overcook salmon, in fact the reason I ordered it in the first place was because I thought it was impossible to screw up. The salmon was dry, and the skin was burnt yet soggy and way oversalted. The waitress got one of the orders wrong and argued with us that she was correct, even though she was, in fact, wrong. Not only this, but in the final charge a service fee was added on top of the original price of the food. Utterly ridiculous and quite frankly a scam. This is the first meal I have ever had in the UK, and to quote the internet ‘my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined’. Do not come here. The food is overpriced and tastes awful. A terrible beginning to British food.

May I start by saying that I am a regular attendee at Cote Esher. Have been going there since it first opened – at least every month. Yesterday evening I visited Cote Chiswick as a party of 6. We were so bitterly disappointed. The waiting for trying to make an order and the enormous length of time it to for our food to arrive was appalling. My prostrations to the Manager seemed to fall on deaf ears and no ‘apology’ was forthcoming. It was terribly disappointing and spoilt what was to be an enjoyable evening. I would add that the venue was not that busy!! A very sad failing.

Saumon was good but small portion Baked ratatouille wasn’t good . A mixed of “try” of ratatouille with cassoulet and with Tabasco . Definitely it’s not the best combination and far from the finest taste of a ratatouille Thé crème brûle was fine but it was cold … Service and atmosphere nice

We had a lovely dinner on Monday the 3rd June 2024, The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff made the birthday occasion very enjoyable with complimentary drinks and a birthday surprise wishes singing "happy birthday" ... We would come back and recommend Cote to our friends and family. Thank you.

Good food, nice atmosphere and cheerful, efficient service. Reasonable choice for vegans ( there's even a vegan pudding that isn't sorbet!!)
