Definitely the best Costa coffee shop in Swansea, maybe even the best in the U.K. Staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and have an amazing sense of humour. Drinks always made exactly as we like them and most staff here know our order as soon as they see who I’m with. Store is often busy and staff do everything they can to keep tables turned around and ready for next customers. Great management, great baristas, great coffee, great service, what more can you ask for.

Visited today; all we needed was some milk for the baby as we had run out. The very kind lady in store helped us and made us a warm milk and didn’t even charge us! Super happy with the service and will be back for coffee and cakes next time we visit Swansea as a result. Thank you!
