Excelente servicio y personal atractivo como siempre en la cafetería Whitewalls Costa. Me encanta la nueva reforma, tan luminosa y moderna. Bien hecho Costa por proporcionar un entorno tan encantador para los clientes y empleados, que están claramente muy orgullosos de su tienda renovada.

Definitely the best Costa coffee shop in Swansea, maybe even the best in the U.K. Staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and have an amazing sense of humour. Drinks always made exactly as we like them and most staff here know our order as soon as they see who I’m with. Store is often busy and staff do everything they can to keep tables turned around and ready for next customers. Great management, great baristas, great coffee, great service, what more can you ask for.

Visited today; all we needed was some milk for the baby as we had run out. The very kind lady in store helped us and made us a warm milk and didn’t even charge us! Super happy with the service and will be back for coffee and cakes next time we visit Swansea as a result. Thank you!

Full service restaurant meal service closed since Christmas 2022. Now reopened as a coffee shop serving snacks such as baguettes. OK for coffee but you can't get a full meal anymore

It was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined, and truly became the centerpiece of our celebration. Not only was the design gorgeous, but the flavour of the vanilla and berry compote were equally incredible. Our guests are still talking about how delicious it was! You poured so much talent and care into making our dream cake come true, and we are beyond grateful for the love and attention to detail you put into every aspect. It truly made our wedding day even more special, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you for being such an important part of our big day and for making it so memorable for us!!!!!!

The cake was decorated beautifully and each of the four flavours were delicious. Hannah was super friendly, professional and punctual. We also added on Welsh cake favours which went down great with our guests. I highly recommend Temptation Cakes, thanks again Hannah!

862 Carmarthen RoadFab fab this is the best slice of cake i have had, you could not ask for better great service, scrummy food, and absolutely wonderful staff. So if you are in the area why not pop in and try for your self.
