Very friendly staff, dog friendly and clean, would recommend for a coffee. They even offer pupuccinos for our furry friends.

The guy who is making the coffee is very rude. He just asked his colleague the one in the cashier to tell us to go back (just tell them go back go back goooooo baaack I can’t I just can’t they are very close) and he is making gestures with his hands. I went back and he said more more still close not enough go back .. He is rude and I told the supervisor what he did. I had to catch the flight I couldn’t argue. I suggest you CHANGE him immediately. I’m in the airplane writing this. I’m very upset. Why are you treating the customers like this. Please check the cameras. Thanks

3.45am stuck in the airport and the guy made me the best chai latte, with manners and enthusiasm far beyond expectations at that hour. So grateful they were open with a happy employee.

Did the job. Much needed large Americano and a reasonable tuna melt sandwich for an early breakfast. Service was a bit like Argos, place order and you get the number on a receipt. Service was quick. Seats around were full but plenty of spots once you're through duty free

Poor response and service is not good especially terminal-1 costa

Poor service! I was very clear in what I ordered. What was delivered was the complete opposite, a Latte was a Cappuccino and the Black Tea was White with skinny milk. When I informed staff they looked at me as though I was stupid! Won't be using this place again. Plenty of other reputable placed in Terminal 2.

Prices are extortionate & food is luke warm at best.

Staff were rude and more interested in checking their phones. Missed our order and never apologised. When they did make it, it was without care.

Employees mad friendly. Coffee is a watery mess. Costa's a ripoff I'd say (no blame on the employees)

Was travelling from Manchester airport terminal 2 with Qatari Airlines 25th march and check in only loaded 6 bags we had 7 in total where the bag has gone I don’t know it was connected flight from Manchester to Doha then Islamabad now need answers for where my luggage has gone nobody has helped me been on phone since and not any help what do I do

What a great Costa at the Manchester airport. Served by Andre who was helpful & gave info on the offers. He was very patient as we took time to choose, did not rush us. We had 2 iced vanilla latte with oat milk, latte totally delicious & a cake. We would recommend you go to Costa before every flight. Love it

Slowest service for a coffee I’ve ever experienced. Waited over 30 mins for a coffee… there was 3 people working and 1 of them spent the whole time cleaning despite the longest wait time

Saw me through an 8 hour wait for a flight, pretty cheap for an airport place.

Lovely service and as a bonus, great access to charging ports as well. Would recommend :)

Staff don’t seem to care about cleanliness, there’s flies by the sugars and stirrers.

Terrible. I normally love Costa but at T3 they employ people who don't have a clue about making a moka or a cappuccino.

The line was longer than security 🤗 despite the busyness staff took the time to decorate my flat white. It's the small things like this that make traveling easier

Quick, convenient and a welcome sight when you need a good coffee after the rigours of airport security to while away time waiting for your gate to open. Fab

What was it we had for dinner tonight? Well, we had a choice of steak or fish. Yes, yes, I remember, I had lasagna.

Under strict COVID 19 rules, detracted from the more pleasent test that I have had here, initially wanting to sit inside and drink my coffee was unable to do so again due to current restrictions. The staff I must admit were both pleasent and sorry for the normally tranquil surroundings being disrupted.

I bought coffee for take away here and would have to leave my track and trace details if I was going to have it in the bar.

Just another Costa, I only used it because I had no choice. Nothing to recommend it really!

The coffee was excellent, but the service and the woman at the checkout were really bad. If you have to treat customers badly at 6 a.m., you better change your staff

I'm a bit confused why do all employees speak Polish between each other? I used to work at Costa and had a coworker which I shared mother tongue but we never spoke our language at work. Simply unprofessional and rude towards customers

Very cosy to sit down prior to a flight. Probably needs more seating due to its size and airport demand. Drinks served well and quick.

My kids love the hot chocolate and the muffins

Watch staff as I've caught 2 of them, at different times, charging me the sit-in prices when I asked for take-out. Please be careful as this seemed to be a habit to charge extra!!!! Very disappointed and highly frustrating. NOT recommended

Unfortunately the Costa machine I was using was absolutely dirty. Lids broken. Sugar put In The wrong slots. And coffee was cold after 2 mins of purchase. Would of brought it back but I had to catch a flight. Would not recommend this particular Costa point

Good coffee, service is good although it can be busy with tables being occupied by people who just want a place to sit and wait for their flight.. Staff are friendly, tad lacking in enthusiasm but so would I be if I had to deal with so many passengers.

Regular Costa with friendly and fast service

As with all services within an airport, it is pricey. The queing system causes confusion for new visitors every time I am there but it does makes sense. Perhaps if it was made a little clearer. Ample charging points is a definite plus.

Poor service at the counter. Rude staff deliberately not providing us with our drink requests. Once we sat down to start having the drinks another rude waiter approached to collect trays and cups - still full. It was not even a busy time of the day. Waste of time and money. Left us feeling ill for the flight

Costa’s coffee is not very tasty. Their Americano is like sewer water, the flat white is just an ordinary latte. Starbucks is not great too but at least a bit better.

Nice quiet and surprisingly cool place to sit and have lovely coffee in a hot bustling airport. Staff were great dealing with awkward customers 👍

Costa at the airport have a designated queueing lane that allows a first come first served operation, but the staff allow people to wander in from the side and serve them ahead of people who have queued up very frustrating.

It's a faceless Costa in T3 at a fairly unpleasant airport The service was fairly slow and the coffee not very hot when it arrived - quite an achievement with a latte It's on the airport so prices higher than they should be but if you are there you have no option Grin and bear it and if you are happy with the brand you may think better than l have

Really liked this place. I tried coffee, different types of short bread, a muffin and Chocolate Tiffin. The Tiffin item was the best. I had to spend a very long time at this airport and the chocolate made me feel much better.
