I'm a stranger in this pub I lost my bank card the people karmel lucia and leon helped me out to the point I stopped worrying. I'd recommend the Walton arms to the world . Even the people that are pissd r happy this is a go to pub because of the people that work here .. . Xx

Went last night just before the takeaway closed, I asked for a tikka roll and the so called manager said they didn’t take card (however in the window they had “we take card, which I noticed when I turned round), clearly didn’t want to serve me cause they was close to closing yet the door was open for customers.. another member of staff said yes we do take card and said that’s the boss aswel.. shocking… my naan was cooked normal but the chicken was thrown into the microwave, I received my tikka roll, opened it and it was like someone had drowned it in water, was as if someone poured water all in it, won’t be going here again, shocking customer service, if you can’t be arsed to service your customers before closing time, shut your doors.

Usually nice from here sadly not tonight tiny portion sizes, called at 6 to arrange collection for 7.05pm food is stone cold, salt and pepper chips barely any flavour soggy amd stone cold, cold boiled rice crispy beef is crispy but again cold and no flavour, crispy shredded chicken just a breadt in batter chopped up not crispy again soggy and cold duck and char aui combination dry cold pork and duck all around very poor tonight and sadly due to this won't be returning and looking forward to royal phoenix opening again. Edit response to reply - I didn't I asked for it to be ready at 7.05pm he collected it at 7.07pm I know this as he returned home at 7.10pm so was impossible to of been 15 minutes late as everyone was sat at table eating it by 7.15 so not sure where your timings are from? The food was dished out, so I wasn't going to dig all containers out of the bin put it all back in to bring it back. My daughters also type 1 diabetic and had already given herself insulin for the food so she needed to eat. Anyway thanks for the reply but the quality and quantity has gone down hill. Salt and pepper chips were very poor, soggy and had no seasoning whatsoever apart from some green chillies and my daughter asked for crispy shredded chicken which she didn't receive she got a battered chicken breast sliced up. Maybe instead of trying to blame the customer sort out the quality of your food that's probably better for business than blaming a customer for your poor food quality.
