Always great for coffee, though expensive.

The Asian man staff was very friendly :) the portion of medium cappuccino was quite a lot,, 😉 was so full 👍🏻

All of the baristas made my visit so welcoming and the coffee was so tasty. Free wifi Dogs are welcome and the team members are so accommodating to disabilities.

Would never order again. Got my order completely wrong, ordered ham and cheese toastie but was sent a turkey and cranberry toastie which I can’t even eat due to the cranberry sauce which I’m allergic too. I was also sent a bacon bap when I ordered sausage. I don’t eat bacon. Waste of £15 and it’s completely embarrassing that a coffee shop can’t even get a ham and cheese toastie right.

Popped in for a hot chocolate very nice.

Turned up on a Tuesday lunchtime, but they'd run out of decaf and hot chocolate. Went elsewhere

Had a fantastic experience in store today. The store manager Libby was friendly, efficient and made a lovely drink! The team worked well together and had nice smiles on their faces. It was very clean, all cutlery was provided and the team cleaned up the store quickly, even in busy times. Definitely would come again!!

Grabbed a coffee, line moved smooth, prices were fair. Nice area.

Beautiful and ideal for reading or browsing, quiet and there was no disturbance the time he went there.

I come here often and have enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. The past few visits, not so much. I come to a coffee shop for food and coffee - not to be forced to listen to a bedraggled narcissistic barista sing at a ridiculous pitch for the entire visit Relentless, high-pitched nonsense. Unsolicited auditory torture. Attention seeking, narcissistic, sociopathic, excruciating assault of the senses. I wanted to hammer the overpriced mini panettone into my ears. I am not a joyless fun sponge. I love music. I did not love this ridiculous show of awfulness. Get this shop a music system so that customers don't have to endure this auditory assault from this absolute maniac.

A fairly typical Costa, but nice coffee, tasty sandwich and cake, with a pleasant young lady serving.

Was just for a cup of coffee ☕ early afternoon, so it was not busy. Service, coffee, atmosphere are all as usual for most Costa Coffee shops.

So disappointed with that branch. I used to sit in there so often. lately I am seeing a new staff, some are nice and some are not. But what really disturbed me yesterday is that I scanned my free drink and I told the guy that I scanned it but that did not count. He asked me to scan it again which I couldn’t because it is disappeared. It wasn’t just that, I asked for fork, the other guy brought it, looked at it and put in my plate. I thought he was checking the cleanness. How ever, when I handled it, I was shocked of how dirty it was. So so disappointing branch. Not going again.

It's a standard chain costa. Some of the staff are quite snobby / rude Messy & small sugar & bin area Large warm seating area is comfortable and generally clean

Toilets out of order. Shouldn't have been open.

For a coffee chain I am very surprised that they don't know the difference between the drinks they offer. I asked for a cortado, they then attempted to make a latte for me. I then told them that that wasn't what I ask for. They then very aggressively tried to lie and say that they don't do Cortado cups in any of their shops. Because this coffee shop is always the quieter one in the city centre I tried another visit, again disappointed. Ask for flat white and again they handed over a latte. I would definitely suggest that the staff are given proper training in how to make more than just a latte!!

What a nice experience. Good, quick staff and Beth who asked me when I'd sat down how was everything whilst cleaning down tables. Nice touch. Best costa I have been in for a long time. Keep it up....

9.50am and no vegan food left. Only dead animals.

Really rude and aggressive staff. Manager confronted my elderly grandparent in an aggressive way when she expressed that she was being ignored by the waitress. She came away feeling very scared.

Got the wrong items, wrong drink, so baffled!

A quiet and beautiful place, my phone ended up charging and I did not have my own charger, one of the workers secured a charger, thank her .

We visited yesterday lunch (16.11.22). Not sure if this is normal for a city centre Costa. The food was perfectly fine, really nice as were the drinks and desserts. However, we sat inside and were asked at the till 'Are you eating in or taking away' to which we said eating in. My friend had a cup of tea, with no spoon provided until we asked and they went into the back for one. We both got our food (a panini and a toastie) given to us in cardboard boxes with no plates or napkins and no cutlery to cut them with. Our desserts were given to us in a paper bag, again with no plate. It was busy which is why we didn't pester them but it was awkward to eat without plates or cutlery to cut them in half with. Had Costa a lot and never seen this before when choosing to dine in. Is this normal for City centre with most people probably choosing to take their food away? Thanks 😊

I love every costa so this was no different. Guy tending the counter was cool. 10/10 would visit again.

Not been into a costa for ages, never again cost £2.55 for a small black Americano, very expensive, get the same around 60p cheaper in Nero or Starbucks. This branch is a bit cramped too. It was busy God knows why.

The best costa I've experienced, obviously with it being a chain the food and coffee will always be a similar taste. What makes this costa great is the staff, they are all really lovely and welcoming. They are also really hard working and always do the most they can to serve you. :)

One of the best Costa Coffee shops I have been to, the Manager (Tom) is incredible! The customer service and attention to detail here is amazing. Great coffee with an amazing atmosphere, thanks for such a great experience!

I tried all the cold drinks available on the menu when Costa is doing its discount promotion and all the cold drinks taste horrible. However, the hot drinks are up to a standard quality which is acceptable. Definitely do NOT recommend cold drinks, hot drinks are okay, but not the best either to be honest.

Expensive and overrated. The sandwich I had was sorely lacking in content and doughy.

I was next door in the hotel not at Costa. Usually their coffee is mediocre and expensive.

Rude staff, letting others skip the queue, getting order wrong, leaving food without actually preparing it, bathrooms smell.

woefully understaffed. I felt bad for the two girls who were rushing around like crazy at 8:20 in the morning with a queue going out the door! I ended up leaving after 15 minutes because I hadn’t even been able to put my order in yet.

OH...my gosh..I was looking forward to write my opinion on that store.!I was nicely surprised by the Job of manager (gentlman)very short hair..He was alone and que up to door!!he managed to serve me within 9minutes and i was 5th in d que.He had to do several cofees and few sandwiches to grill..and managed to clean tables afterwards.I watched him for about 30minutes.soryy..😁FANTASTIC job man! I will find out your name next time..

One of the nicest costas I've visited - there is loads of seating space and art on the walls.

Τα 5 αστέρια μόνο και μόνο γιατί είναι ο καλύτερος καφές στην Αγγλία, όχι ότι είναι κάτι ιδιαίτερο, αλλά σε σχέση με όλα τα υπόλοιπα είναι καλύτερος με διαφορά. Αν είσαι από Ελλάδα εκεί γύρω Βαλκάνια Ιταλία, Τουρκία ο καφές που έχεις συνηθίσει να πίνεις είναι άπιαστο όνειρο εδώ, μακριά από τα Nero, είναι παντού σαν τα Starbucks και καλά ιταλικός καφές, μη κάνεις το λάθος.

COSTA IS BETTER THAN STARBUCKS END OF CHAT. ESPECIALLY THIS ONE!!!! Worth going in, customer service is great and so are there coffee's.

Fewer choices for breakfast izems than expected.

Nice Costa ,and ergo a reasonable place to get a reasonable coffee.
