Manager Laura is amazing. Always goes above and beyond for customers and is really friendly. She always delivers a great customer experience and allows service dogs in and even gives them a fuss, how kind. Best place in Brownhills.

When being served in brownhills Costa today the manager Laura didn't show very good customer service, no pleasantries too distracted by the previous customers dog. I find this totally unprofessional and rude she needs to concentrate on customer at the till

Very kind and patient staff. Top notch electronic device charging also. Sometimes going for a simple hot drink is more trouble than should be.. but not here.

I won’t order from any other Costa than this one. Drinks are always perfect, toasties are always absolutely bangin. Brownhills Costa is the one!

Good service. For the time it’s been open the decor is looking tired and worn, otherwise nice coffee still pricey. Cutlery stained appears unclean, probably machine washed and not polished October 2022 refurbished through store, cleaner better feel and surprisingly makes the place larger

Coffee was lovely as always except for the staff on this occasion. The store manager handled a situation quite abruptly and unprofessional. She had no time to listen to how the cashier had made a small mistake. We all make mistakes and the cashier was lovely. Just handled badly afterwards from management and told me a lie. I left feeling upset and no customer should feel this way.

A typical Costa Coffee outlet, with the usual selection of cakes and savouries. It was quiet when I was in. Service was friendly and no complaints.

Have a voucher for free frappe but conveniently they have no frappe available

The staff got my order wrong despite repeating it twice. They were a bit slow to clear the tables from previous customers but otherwise the place is spacious and clean with good availability of food and drinks

Slow service, expensive, and not best quality coffee.

We went on a virtual warm day and decided to sit inside. We both ordered cold drinks which were done to perfection (other Costa branches do end up with watery drinks rather than the thick consistency here) would definitely go again.

This has the best member of staff now, since my last review they improve alot. Thanks for nice coffee guys!

Good place for a coffee and a natter.

Amazing staff as usual and amazing frostinos! They are always lovely with my daughter and treat her like a customer instead of ignoring her like some places do. Love this place & the dedication of the staff x

Tried a White Chocolate hot drink for a change, with cream. Very nice. As with all Costa items pricey though.

Costa coffee was gorg. We both had - Salted Caramel Frostinos with cream and almond milk (not a veg, I just like the taste of it) :) definitely recommend.

Great place to get a drink. Also kept banging my head on the low hanging light, the joys of being 6ft :)

On a group walk far to expensive

I know it's Brownhills but when you walk in its just not inviting . There are 4 comfy chairs round a table that are supposed to be colour cream . They are more grey and filthy . Sat on them and then moved to a normal chair. Coffee ☕ which was just black ammericano was tasteless .

Nothing special about this Costa, its the same as any other Costa.

What's going on with the hot chocolates I've tried ordering them for weeks now. But strong rating as this place is amazing and great items You now have the hot chocolates but everytime I go to order it won't let me saying no delivery

Been going around costa coffee for years spending around 20 to 50 a month... went to the brownhills shop. Coffe was horrid.. bacon was far from cooked. Then sat outside and got forced to move on. Because I did not do the track and trace. But we are out of lock down. And 1 table outside on a public foot path. Staff was rude .. didnt mind me cueing in a shop and spending £15 but could not sit on the only table outside ... its a joke. Best of it I came from the local council gym with 20 plus people and no track and trace there .. I will not use again

Right so ordered food drinks and cakes My daughters caramel slice didn't come . So tried to call 10 times no answer . Eventually got through to some one called Muhammed via uber eats who just said OK and put the phone down. Issued a refund for the slice. that doent resolve the issue dont care about the money my kid wants her slice.

very rude staff!!! been therre 2 times. The first time I went Ive ordered a latte and they made me an pink hot chocolate which is a joke as I didnt order that drink!!!!! There were two girls too busy talking to each other and they was just triyng to get rid of me without even serving me properly. Went back last week and the girl with the tattoo was so rude. I told her i dont want any cream on my frappucino and she still gave me cream! THEY JUST DONT LISTEN TO YOU!!! I am very dissapointed

Absolutely rude staff the way they talk and take ur order all i ask for to put some black forest sauce in my coffee they said we need to charge you for it this and that which i is i go costa alot and they never charge me for it but they could have said it nicely but no they were talking with head shaking and all that stuff but yeah never mind i would say zero customer service and when they put my coffee on the table they didnt even say that my coffee is ready i have to ask myself if its my coffee or someone else its like they got force to work there...

Absolutely adore the staff here, I'm sure they're sick of my annoying sugar free soy latte requests, but they're so lovely to my little boy, who loves their baby hot chocolate after school.

A well run Costa. The customer service was excellent. Coffee was served to the usual high standard with polite and courteous staff. There was a wide range of cakes and light meals on offer. The coffee house was clean and tidy with plenty of space and cleared tables. The toilets are well maintained and clean. This Costa is worth a visit if you fancy a relaxing coffee and a chat or time alone to read or use your digital devices using the free WiFi.

My first visit to this coffee shop, and really only because I was on the way to a meeting and had 30 minutes spare. Was more than presently surprised it was open as it was just after 7:30am. Certainly one of the nicest Costa I've frequented and the young lady serving was particularly pleasant and efficient.

Awful. Asked for a special hot choc. Got a 1/4 cup of gloop, for want of a better word. When I asked what it was I was looked at like I was stupid! Daughter and I went be returning to this particular Costa branch.

Friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Also clean toilets which is always good. Had a large skinny latte. Perfect.

Can't beat a Costa coffee no mater where it is in the country.
