Well we're do i start.staff always have a smile and they try to remember your face so they always know what you want in advance.i look forward to going to tesco just to get a Costa and see a smiling face always cheers me up. Well done to all the staff there keep up the good work

I wanted a nice drink to wake me up and hot water to have some noodles for lunch. The lady basically did her best to waste my time by making me wait about 10 minutes for the payment and when I told her I had a costa account, I waited another 5 minutes. She then told me she would allow me to have hot water this one time like I should feel grateful for something so basic. I was willing to pay for it too … and I was told I’m not allowed to eat it in the sitting/dining area with no reason whatsoever. I wanted to sit and work on my laptop while drinking but I was definitely not welcome. The attitude and the service was unnecessary and I will definitely not go back. Very disappointed in costa.

Love to have my coffee here, very nice staff and proffesionals, banana cake is my favourite and really enjoy breakfast here after shopping, thank you!!

The attitude from the 2 baristas that was on was disgusting, They were rude and treated you like dirt, I’ve never been so rudely spoken Trying to rush so that she could spend the rest of there shifts on phone That’s terrible customer service she should even be in the job

They trick kids and there Coffee is warter when i said they trick kids is because my child wanted a cookie and she went and asked them if they could count the money and i gave her 3pounds and she said that can you give the change but they said said oh but is 2pounds.

You are part of "Too good to go",and despite the fact that collection time was between 6-6.30pm,you guys were closed already.Why do you sign up if you can not manage your part of the deal?I travelled there,payed for a bag of goods,and you are closed already.I just don't understand.Never again I go to this location.

I go to Costa Coffee (inside Tesco) most weekends during my food shopping trips. The Barista got my order wrong for the SECOND time in the space of a week! I order the same drink each time with marshmallows and cream and the same lady keeps getting it wrong. Each time I asked her to correct it she argues back with me even though I ordered very bluntly and made my order clear. I ended up leaving very unhappy and my drink was spilling out of the cup. The lady was quite happy to shove tissue over my cup to stop the overflow, very unhelpful. Could not drink my drink until I got home as it would of spilt all over me. Quite angry at the poor customer service. I will no longer be going to this Costa Coffee as they never seem to listen to your orders.

all the staff here are nice, the coffee is the best compared to other locations ..Costa..I think that whoever makes coffee, puts a lot of soul! 😉🤗

I enjoyed a good cup of coffee and service by the staff there today late afternoon (7/2/20) but was most impressed by the cleanliness of the seating area. The young lady was actively cleaning and sweeping the floor whilst I drank my coffee, it was great to see such customer care of the busy seating section. They say cleanliness is next to godliness - keep it up ladies - i will be back!!!!!!

I never liked coffee until i went to costa in tesco the best coffee. Dont really like other coffee shops this particular costa knows the ratio of how much caramal to put how much milk and coffee just perfect and the staff such lovely people and would recommend everyone to go try it my favourite Caramal Cappuccino Paradise Coffee or Special Roast Coffee Medium Cup

Great hot chocolate however sometimes it can be to chocolatey and rich which makes it undrinkable

Staff are friendly. Visited at approx 15:30 today, did not have to queue. Coffee was ready fairly quickly, but it was quite bitter as they had burnt the beans. I had ordered a vanilla latte. However, as it was so bitter, I had to add five sachets of sugar before it was even drinkable.

This is a review about the Costa's in ponders End Enfield London (Inside Tescos) I love Costa's and visit fairly frequently here as we have family living nearby. All staff here are nice kind and friendly. Today was exceptionally well with service and kindness. Jebin (or Sebin ) went the extra mile, over and beyond what is expected. I ordered a snack and a drink but realised to my dismay that I hadn't got quite enough cash to pay for it - how embarassing! as I had forgotten my bank card, and only had about £3.93 in money on me, so apologised and explained and was about to tell staff to replace my snack on the shelf. Jebin reached into her own pocket, and put her own bank card through, for the remainng balance, going above and beyond any kindness and understanding I have ever experienced. I had had a rotten day and was close to tears, so you can imagine my suprise and heartfelt gratitude. When I asked why? She merely stated I reminded her of her mum whom she loved and lost, adding that she had only lost her dad last year. This filled me with tears. Jebin alone made my day and wouldn't take no for an answer. I am truly greatful and would appreciate that the management here take note and reward her personally and say a huge heartfelt thankyou from me, for her exceptional kindness. If all the world was like Jebin, what a wonderful world it would be. All staff are hardworking proactive and very very helpful. This Costa's is a credit to the company and you ought to be very proud for the difference Jebin made to my day. Once again, Thankyou.

If only Costa could make coffee! They have plenty of sites, the atmosphere and amenity of most of their shops is very good - but the coffee just doesn't measure up.
