Costa Coffee in Derby

Such nice staff very polite 😁 nice and clean store. hardly any waiting plenty of seating in and outside 👌🏻always a nice experience 😁

First visit to this store today, I had to get my coffee remade, it was tangy for some reason. The staff obliged and it tasted spot on. Also had a tasty muffin. The store was clean and when used pots were left on tables they were quickly moved. Nice store but the customers didn't seem to be jolly.

Great visit to Costa but be VERY aware that if you want to catch up with family and friends there you only have 3 hours parking, sincerely, someone's who's just had to pay 60 quid for going to costa. Enough to put me off future visits, might stick to the drive thru 😊

recently visited the Costa Coffee at Foresters Park Centre on Sinfin Lane, Derby (DE23 8AG), with my young daughter. While she was calmly walking around, a staff member addressed me in a very rude and unprofessional manner, instructing me to control her. I understand the importance of maintaining order, but the approach taken was unnecessarily harsh and made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. Costa Coffee is known for being a family-friendly environment, and I expected a more respectful interaction. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

This a relatively new Costa and its a nice place to visit. The staff are very friendly especially Kurt who carried our order over to us. It was nice that it wasn't so busy today so it was quieter which makes having a conversation easier.

Me and my heavily pregnant daughter went for the 1st time and tried the new whipped drinks and they was Devine and staff was amazing and treated us lovely and even gave my daughter a slice of triple chocolate cheesecake for free for being pregnant. Felt very welcoming. Thank you.

Loved the new place, service and product.

Callled in at 10.45 this morning for coffee, store quiet with 3 staff on. Took 15mins to get a takeaway latte, staff didn’t seem to care that it took ages to make a simple coffee no apologies for the wait or anything.

New build, clean, not too busy.

Food was good asked for salt and pepper sachets for my meal but was told by the staff they had never seen or or heard of salt and pepper in their Costa shop and that I should go across to the KFC and ask them fir so instead , Shocking terrible and so so!! Unprofessional! Will not be going back again , will be now be going to Starbucks
