Costa Coffee in Stirling

Received nice service from Lauren. She was very patient when I was trying to log into the app, and took the time to ask me how I was and how my day was. I would probably make a special effort to visit this branch again since it left such a good impression on me.

Great place. Really appreciate decent customer service from the team. Dick was especially great. Highly recommend. Watching the trains go by added to the enjoyment.

In this Costa Cafe is the nice staff and the better quality coffee in Stirling

I like their coffee. Stopped here while I was driving from Edinburgh to Loch Lomond.

Just popped in for a coffee and a wee meeting. The coffee and service were very good, so I look forward to my next meeting.

This costa is generally just convenient for me as I always wait here whilst I'm having work done on the car at the kwik fit opposite. The atmosphere of the shop itself is nice. Clean and pleasant but externally you're surrounded by noise. Roads. Trains. Garage work etc. Staff however are lovely. Food is just the bog standard rubbery Costa stuff you get from any of their shops. Drinks are okay though.

Brilliant coffee and a nice lunch

I love Costa, but I don’t think I will ever come back to this one. They spilled all the coffee without cleaning it up. The staff wasn’t polite either, it was a bad experience

This is the best Costa coffee in Stirling. The staff are always polite and helpful, the food is well heated through and you can usually get a table. It's always clean too.

Visited on a few occasions now and always excellent, efficient and friendly service from the staff. Great latte and frappes whether sitting in or taking away. Nice addition that when sitting in they brought our order to the table....fantastic service ♥️😀

It's a Costa so it's the usual Costa experience but I have to say the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I've been twice passing through Stirling and different staff but lovely service. Thank you

Order is always wrong or mixed up with someone else's. Wasted so much money and coffee here.

Only Costa I know that does table service after you order! Staff very kind in that way! Thank you. Plenty of plugs for working on computers. Good view of the trains if you like that kind of thing!

Great service and food lovely and hot. Tables were cleared quickly and there was a nice relaxed atmosphere about the place.

I had 2 mugs of Hot Chocolate & loved both of them. The Staff are great, very helpful & very polite & friendly 👍

It's a typical Costa cafe, this time you get a nice view of the railway lines.

A good place to stop for a coffee and food

Fantastic store - incredibly friendly and helpful staff. So much quieter and relaxing than the store in the retail park. Hope it survives though as always 80% empty as very, very hard to spot given tucked away off the roundabout. Needs 2 things - a proper heater above the door as no porch and icy blast inside every time someone comes through the door, and far better signage to encourage customers and help it remain viable.

This recently built Costa is a great place to get coffee, snacks (M&S ) and get some work done. Staff are friendly attentive and it’s a convenient setting for central Stirling. Good for quick meetings too.

An amazing shop with amazing staff. During the Christmas period it can be so busy and they are always so kind and take the time to make every visit special!

Ordered a flat white. Got a milky small latte sort of thing. Weak coffee with some froth dumped on the top. The shop was busy and only one person making coffee so probably didn’t have time to take any pride in what was being served.

This new Costa is really worth going to most mornings, especially if you need a quiet place to start the Day of work! Life will be better if you relax here.

This place simply excels in customer service. Can't recommend them highly enough. Wish everywhere was as good as here.

I ordered 1 large latte, there were no cars in front of me, the store was not busy - the order was lost in translation from Drive-Thru to the window, I had to tell them again what I had ordered, they handed a medium, I said again it was a large - I then got told to wait in a bay - eventually got my coffee headed to work, when I finally sat down & tasted it, it's by far the worst coffee I have ever had, tastes seriously burnt not sure how this could have gone so wrong for a simple order, hopefully just teething problems since they are new, but I won't be back again, full coffee in the bin.

Really good coffee probably the best costa I have had in a while. My new favourite costa drive thru. Even had a wee smiley face on the lid well done guys 🤩

Called in this morning - it's only been open 10 days. Usual excellent Costa coffee, excellent collection of cakes etc, lovely staff with a smile. A very useful addition to Stirling's coffee shops
