Costa Coffee in Harrow

Perfect and also nice and hot.

I love the staff here. They are so polite. Obviously coffee is to Costa standards. Atmosphere is usually good but recently could use some updating.

Wrong items received, when emailing just eat just got a sorry, nothing else. No accountability for the fact incorrect items were delivered and nothing to rectify it. Terrible service

Slow service table dirty. Staff not over friendly and don’t care about customers the Costa by harrow on the hill station is the best one in harrow

Nice comfortable place to enjoy a coffee. Staff are friendly and easy to understand. Currently not giving beans points as they have been offline for a while.

This must be the most depressing Costa, is a dump!! Only redeeming thing was the staff are nice.

I only had a latte, so I can't comment on the food quality. However, the place is extremely noisy, and the chairs are dirty.

My local Costa, they always give me the right amount of peach syrup in my peach iced tea cause lots of places are stingy! The staff are lovely and it’s a nice place to read.

Very bad place to enjoy a cup coffee, they refuse to give you coffee with a normal cup , only take away cartoon cups although you set in the cafe , dirty chairs, noisy

Nice coffee and warm place also back sitting garden place

The atmosphere is no longer what it used to be, exactly a year ago. The atmosphere was created by a great team. 3 cheerful Polish girls smiling and a boy who kept high fives with the children. There was such a buzz and joy there, it was so nice. now there are grumpy girls that when I point out 5 times that the peach tea is tasteless and the hot chocolate for my son is cold. I think it was the anger that made it so hot that the child burned her tongue. Oh well.

Great place to meet friends and enjoy coffee. Friendly staff asking how my day was going. A very nice touch!

Around 17.30 9 aug, I visited a Costa store where two employees were mopping the floor. I placed an order for a coffee and a muffin. However, the staff member who handed me my order didn't wash her hands beforehand. This situation was quite unexpected and disappointing.

I visited on a Monday morning to “have a meeting with myself”. But unless you can zone out the screaming toddlers, this is not the place for you. If you have a toddler, it is :) it was nice to see the place was buzzing and busy at 9 in the morning. So it depends what you come for. A small cappuccino cost me £3.20 though. Seems a bit steep for this area.

Great Place to have my daily cappaccino. Lovely staff, Great Atmosphere, Vibrant Lights. They have a backyard with a garden haven't been there yet. Only disspointment is that it does not have good signal and No Wifi at this costa.

Two fantastic staff members made us two special coffees which were not on the board. It wasn't busy and they went out their way. It was quiet and peaceful too. Thank you!

Costa is costa. Good service Good food BUT no activities for kids!!! So if you come with a family and children expect to not have any drawing or toys like other Costa's have. Sorry

I have been coming to this Costa for a long time and everytime l come the staff are very rude they dont greet or say thank you or you welcome, whilst they serve me they speak in the own lanquage that is not even the biggest problem my 2 years old dropped her drink and l told one of the staff in a nice way she was rude and told me that l always do this with my children. How rude? The way they speak to customers totally not professional l have made a report to the head office because lt was not the first time that l experienced this behaviour with them and l was reading other reviews many people had the same problem. I would not recommend this place!

Hi all Im your costumer for 5 years now,the costumers there are very annoying,we never have this problem before,I been there to have same relax time but no,no one let you to drink your coffee there on your privacy,shouting laughter talking on loud speaker like they are on the montane. Thanks

professional and friendly staff who provide a great service. This Costa has a very relaxing and welcoming ambience with plenty of seating and provides a welcome escape form the busy high street

Service is adequate. There is no WiFi so if you would like a nice spot to work or browse the internet, this is not it. On freezing days they leave the front and back doors open and when I asked them if they could close them they didn't. Toilets have been out of order for months. Staff allow people to vape without consequence. Teapot was dirty. Tables are wonky so if you accidently step on the bottom your drinks will spill. Staff don't clear used items on tables unless asked to. Not great!

Now they have a back garden . Smoking area it's made it essential to pop down and relax . WiFi doesn't work they accept it's n issue which is a shame . From a palace I wouldn't bat n eyelid too and now go regularly bcoz of the back garden for a latte and smoke . Using the app you can get a free drink after 7/8 purchases

Quick and fast with friendly staff and no problems whatsoever. Would recommend especially if you need a quick coffee. I personally love the frappes especially in the summer.

I usually regular customer of this branch, friendly and nice staff , mostly quite environment. The coffe shop has an open back area with couple of tables, it's useful for smokers, can drink their coffee and smoke ( I don't encourage smoking 😅)

I have been in the branch approximately 20 times and 8/20 times the staff have been unfriendly and have been talking in their own language whilst serving customers. I don't have an issue with them speaking in their own language, but they shouldn't be doing so whilst serving customers. In addition I have found a couple of the staff to be quite rude in that they have not said please or thank you.

Great welcome. Staff remembered my daughter and me from 18 months ago from another site. Nice to have such friendly people.

Due to its location this branch is not so busy. Enjoyed coming here for a meeting after a long time. Staff are always friendly, coffee is great and the atmosphere is family friendly. Recommended!

My favourite coffee station near my office. Try the Ruby Hot Chocolate without cream.

Lovely branch, have used it many time's & my only gripe is more seating is needed. So many people pass through & seating is limited, despite there being ample floor-space. However, this may be due to covid restrictions, so 4 out of 5 stars from me.

Nice place which used to be a Barclays branch, multilingual, very polite staff. There is a small, open space garden at the back, too. This place is kept in a spotless condition thanks to the ladies working there. Available indoor seats get filled-up quite quickly, though. Standard prices inflated by the Coca Cola Co.

This Costa is relatively new to Wealdstone. The service is usually quick and efficient, the staff are always friendly and polite. Its busy and popular with a small terrace at the back. However, the bins at the back on the pavement seem to attract fly tippers and sometimes there is a mountain of rubbish left to accumulate. Not sure if this is a Harrow Council problem or a Costa problem but it has happened many times and has really out me off using them or wanting to sit in the outdoor area.

You bought me a bacon bap, not a pork one. I did not order bacon!

Given the fact that it is located in the dreadful urban slum that is modern Wealdstone, this is pretty good. There is literally nowhere else to eat during the day in this area, unless you fancy your chances rubbing shoulders with the local teenage gangs at the one of the grotty Halal fried chicken shops. This is a very big branch of Costa and appears to have taken over an old bank premises. The bank pulled out years ago. Pretty much everything has closed down around here. Even the cops have abandoned the town and boarded up the Police Station.

This is the second time that I try to have a coffee in this coffee shop and they refused to give me in glass cup. Today was 7:13pm and that is ridiculous since they close at 8pm. I drove to Belmont Circle and had my lovely coffee the way I like.

Coffee is a little bitter compared to more expensive Starbucks competitor

Drugged boys coming in, making a commotion (shouting from table to table) while a college girl is trying to study. They were spreading out; making themselves comfortable by swearing to each other and a girl there age touching private parts other customers shouldn't be seeing in a COFFEE SHOP. Other men sleeping on the couches with take away meals from other places and finally dirty tables every where you want to sit.

Wannabe roadmen sleeping on the seats, or eating their McDonald's here waiting to do drug deals. Toilet usually locked while someone shoots up and passes out. This isn't a joke review.

It was a relaxing place. The seating was comfortable. The prices were as is. I had porridge with soya milk and my daughter chose almond milk with hers. There were toilets. The porridge did contain dried dairy milk. The service was good
