Costa Coffee in Harrow

It closes too early on Fridays and Saturdays... :(

A nice, quiet little Costa in Nth Harrow. We had the tomato&mozzarella ciabatta and Maple&Hazelnut latte/iced coffee. The ciabatta was ok. The latte version of the flavoured coffee was a bit too strong for me, so I had it topped up with extra warm milk. £20 for 4 items is rather scandalous but you kind of know what you're getting price wise when you go into Costa so it is what it is. The barista lady was super efficient and courteous. She was also on her own, so credit to her for fulfilling all the lunchtime rush orders!!

This is my second time , they serve me wrong , coffee . They need more training,They dnt listen properly.

The door at the North Harrow branch is extremely scruffy! So bad that it looked like the shop had closed for good!. Not impressed.

The hot chocolate and the spicy toasted sandwich was excellent. Unfortunately I passed out while enjoying my lunch here. The staff were very helpful given the situation.

Considering its in a corner and quite dark compared to other Costas, the service was quick and quality was great as usual.

Dark and bit miserable inside. Coffee was fine, but service is nothing extra but also nothing bad. Average.

Very nice place even when I have break from job I sit there very cooperative staff very good behaviour ladies which serve. Green tea ,tea with lachi hi and coffee is outstanding........ which I tried.... I also tried English tea today every thing is fantastic and staff is very friendly and smiling.....

I came here for a hot chocolate and was served by a very friendly and smiling barista named Nisha who suggested lots of good options to go with it. I had a great experience at this coffee shop

Is item arrived undamaged and damaged and the drinks were not spilled in any way whatsoever in any way whatsoever and I don't mind saying that's quite rare I'm so I'm very impressed and the delivery gentleman was the delivery gentleman is very polite very pleasant and it's very clear as well and insane you're welcome and all that there is a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Costa coffee in Northampton I'll try the people definitely thank you bye

They’ve sent me a chocolate cake instead of a cheese cake and, the wrong muffin.

I came several times during my stay in London. A quiet, clean place with tables and chairs inside and on the terrace behind the shop. The coffee is good, the service is ok and the staff is friendly and helpful. Toilets available.

Hope management actually read these reviews. Staff where to start? Applying make up on their face on the front counter... extremely rude / grumpy / not having a care in the world / not listening to an order I'm guessing the attitude from one member of staff is rubbing off on the rest Coffee's nice and enjoyable When getting a delivery you'd expect to get a token for beans as there right on the counter but never got any

My package came leaking causing the rest of my order to now be inedible due to how it was packed and sent out. Very disappointing.

Visited early morning on a week day. It was quiet, coffee was good (same as every Costa). It's not huge with seating for about 20 people. Service was fine, if lacking a smile but a fair atmosphere to sit and have a chat. Can park for an hour for free on the street on the opposite side of the road (even though it only says 20 minutes on the screen, when you print the ticket it lasts an hour).

It’s a small Costa and the food selection is small. They didn’t have usual menu items like other costs such as the Mac and cheese that my daughter loves. One of the staff remembers there was very blunt and rude not friendly at all

Staff are consistently really rude. There used to be really friendly staff but they are really rude, have to repeat orders multiple times and they often get things wrong with orders and then accuse you of saying the wrong thing. Honestly one of the worst services I have ever had

Honestly the worst Costa I've ever been to. Went a couple of years ago, and didnt really like it, but was craving a mint choc chip frape today so thought to give it another chance. The drink did not taste like mint choc chip, infact it just tasted like milk with the sporadic chocolate chip. Lesson learnt, never again.

I have ordered Sausage BAP, but it was sausage roll that’s been delivered. I was a bit disappointed. The coffee was great.

The hot caramel coffee had no caramel and half a cup plus the iced coffee has no sprinkles gutted

Had a lovely walk from Pinner to North Harrow and Costa was a good comfort stop with a welcome cortado, before returning home. This is a friendly place with very good coffee.

Staff didn't know what "autumn" drinks were? Requested a ginger bread cream lattè but then had no cream, as they had no cream canisters! Had a lattè instead and still wanted to charge me the higher price of the ginger bread cream latter!

Nicely sized outlet, taking all appropriate precautions post COVID. Staff are friendly and helpful, and once all this crazy business of social distancing and hand sanitisation calms down am sure this would be a nice place to have a quiet coffee/quick snack.

A brunette female worked there told me they were closed, even though there closing times are stated to be 6:30pm online and despite me eventering around 5pm.

Bitter robusta coffee blend makes for the worst of the high street coffee chains. Vegan all day breakfast panini is great though.

We have been to Costa cafe quite a few times. But this time round found the server really not very welcoming and before I could finish ordering she gave me the bill and when I did order further she wasn't paying attention and only got one of the order and I had to ask again. Had a good time enjoying drinks and cake but service was really not up to par

No suppises with quality. Service a bit slow. Appeared to be just one person serving. Key code on door of loo. Is North Harrow in some post-code list that means that the toilets get this treatment. It's not found in Costa's further out of London.

I have been a Costa Coffee consumer for years and have always loved the quality, quantity and taste of it's fare. It is always a pleasure to visit this Costa in North Harrow is Clean, bright store, friendly hard working staff. Particularly from Livia, always cheerful and smiling, always makes eye contact, I also think she should get some sort of award as she's a credit to the company. Well done Costa !

All the usual Costa snacks and drinks. Very good, friendly service. Not as many sofas and easy chairs as some, in fact the one here seemed to have been taken over by someone who was set in for a long slightly complete with lap top, paper and pen and additional reading material. You'd have thought he'd be more comfortable do his day job at a proper table!!

It's a nice small Costa with a three different seating areas. A large coffee to drink in is most definitely large! It was like drinking from a vase lol. We had a lovely time and it was relaxed enough to do some work.

I like strong Coffee and they deliver it to me with class me and my friend visits frequently

Clean and what you'd expect from a costa

Im feeling shattered after a hard time making money however as soon as I walk through this Costa door I get a smile from the purple haired barista and my mood shifts to feeling chilled. For me a good cup of coffee is not just about process,beans and environment it's also about someone who is genuinely pleased to be of service to you. Costa look after your staff they are excellent.

Great place to go for coffee, has a range of cold and hot drinks, there are also sandwiches that can be toasted.

I’ve been banned from coming in this Costa ( and others) for the simple reason that I’ve asked a different milk in my cappuccino. Wicked operation manager Bobi How easy is to get rid of someone you don’t like.... SHAME ON YOU COSTA!
