Costa Coffee in Manchester

Tried to enter but lights are on but door locked. Not sure if the shop was closed early today but the sign says 9pm close, quite confusing, it could be helpful to have a closed early sign for the future.

Cold, antisocial, no customer engagement - not even eye contact or a thank you when I was served. It wasn't busy at the time

Really great service the times I visited here on my trip. Really handy too when you’re waiting for trains and have time to spare. The lady who served us was absolutely lovely and full of conversation, I believe her name was Shaz, so shoutout to her, it’s always great when you’re served by somebody so kind :)

Visited for a Coffee with an acquaintance. It was chilled but busy at the same time. Was a lovely time and was a nice coffee. Would've been if they had more snacks to choose from though and if there was a bit more room and privacy. Tables need to be a tad bigger too. I was able to charge my phone as they had a socket next to where I sat so that was helpful.

I've been coming here for years and it's always been great. Shaz is a ⭐, always smiling, happy and ready for a chat while making my lifesaving coffee........ Well, keeps me out of handcuffs in a morning at least 😂

Costas nice but not worth 5 pound for a drink never again lol. Taking the —- such a rip off

A decent instalment of a well known chain of cafe. The staff were friendly and there was plenty of options for food and drink, however there is very little seating inside and outside.

Lovely staff. Polite and friendly even on a busy Saturday afternoon. Thank you for making me smile.

Costa coffee is the best they make the best coffee I enjoyed it ☕

19/03/24: very sweet Mocha with coconut milk today. Wasn't the best. Also had the KitKat Mocha with skimmed milk (limited edition) 07/02/24: Mocha with coconut milk A little bit on the small side, but it's a handy Costa, servicing a high footfall of people using Rail Services. Default; Coffee Mocha, with Coconut milk & a Pain au Chocolat

Terrible experience at Costa Coffee today around 2:30. Ham and cheese toastie advertised as £3.65 but when I went to till was told £4.75. When I went to tell the lady serving me how much it said on the board she said the prices had gone up so I said should the prices not then be updated? (Reasonable question I would have thought) then another member of staff said behind her said yeah they should but that's the managers job not mine, very unprofessional. So i said i would just leave it. By this time they had already opened the toastie and rather than just giving me it for the price advertised they put the entire thing in the bin. Terrible service and terrible attitude.

Love popping in after work for a quick coffee the staff are friendly engaging and professional a special mention has to go to Tahira if all the staff were as bright bubbly and professional as her Costa as a business will have found the perfect barista

Got off the train and was so pleased to be able to sit and people watch while waiting for the meeting time with extended family. Delicious coffee.

It is ideal for a coffee whilst you wait for a tram or a train.

just had a coffee before visiting the theatre it was really good but it was busy and I felt sorry for the barista as she was on her own

Probably the worst coffee I’ve ever paid for! I watched her make it and zero effort or skill was used. Not the first bad coffee I’ve had from a Costa but definitely the last…

The cheese and tomato toastie is awesome. Really tasty. She even offered to warm it before I had a chance to ask. Lovely customer service. Did and said all the right things. Even went out of her way to check to see if they had blueberry muffins that had ran out on the shop front, which they did! It's the small things that count and kudos to this place well done for a wonderful passing experience as part of my journey thorough Victoria after a long and arduous day. 👍🏽

Poor customer service from the man serving just couldn’t care less but the lady putting stock away was lovely and nice should’ve been other way around

No Chai latte an served a normal croissant instead of the almond one I asked for, plus just short of a fiver for coffee and wrong croissant. Costa you just made mornings worse! Dissapointing.

They had the worst TGTG bag I've ever collected anywhere. I literally got two cheese, pickle and sausage toasties and that's it. To make it worse they tasted foul. The server was also extremely rude even though they had no customers at the time. I definitely won't be using TGTG here.

Όταν πρωτο έρθεις στο uk κ ψάξεις για καφέ, (μιλάω για εσπρέσο και καπουτσίνο) όλες οι αλυσίδες καφέ σου φαίνονται νερό, ειδικά κάτι Nero. Δεν τους πολύ ενδιαφέρει γενικά η ποιότητα του καφέ. Στα Costa όμως μπορείς να βρεις έναν σχετικά καλό καφέ. Όσο αφορά αλυσίδες καταστημάτων

Came here for my morning drink and was served by "Salime". Not only was her English incredibly difficult to understand but she was rude and aggressive in nature and was very slow at serving customers. A classic example of either incompetence or bad training.

This is a greatly located spot inside Victoria Station. The staff is very friendly and they prepare drinks really fast - the flat white is superb. I like the outside seating area, makes it a great waiting spot to wait for your train. The lunch specials are convenient and reasonably priced. Brilliant all around!
