Usual Costa experience at a premium, £4.50 for a regular latte is ridiculous.

Store needs refurbishment, it has done for the last 5 years.

I am very happy with the customer service we received at this particular Costa from Katie and Erin. It’s not often to get people serving you with a smile and with patience at this day and age. Not everyone is a regular and, for someone who just arrived in the country, they explained to me that the drink I chose comes with 3 shots but I could opt for less. And I took their advice - best thing I’ve done, it was a very strong Ice Mocha, on point. They went above and beyond and made a difference to a good start of the day! I appreciate their professionalism- 5 stars to these girls.😊

Done about 10 orders on Uber eats and only 1 of them has been completed. They cancel every single one. Very annoying

Even if you ask for small saying it at least 4 times they still try to charge for a large.

Great when they actually give the right person the correct order. Unfortunately mine was given to someone else. My burrito was being heated, I told them I would be back to collect as I went to order some more food from McDonald’s nearby and on my return my order was being opened by another customer like if the Easter bunny had given him a freebie for being on his best behaviour. The staff (2 girls) talked amongst themselves and said “was that order his?” As if I wasn’t even there, I looked back at the burrito munching beast and I’m being polite, I turned back to the staff and said “I’m not having that one.” It was being breathed on by some humongous human-like beast being unboxed like a YouTube review. He had ordered something entirely different and didn’t even have the audacity to refuse when he was handed it. Just shows he didn’t have a single brain cell in his empty vessel of a head aka the black hole to differentiate between a burrito and his order, a coffee with a creamy swirl. Same can be said for the staff, quite frankly I am surprised he didn’t ask for glitter on top. Based on my experience, I won’t ever be ordering here again.

Excellent service and excellent staff

Have this place one star before on a different platform because they often just closed early, or refused to make you a drink because they were closing in half an hour and had cleaned the machine. However that was a few years ago, so perhaps things have changed. Well no, even tho the price list is right there behind their heads they still get the prices wrong, i.e. they charge for soya when it's listed as free like at all Costas.

Nice coffee, nice staff, nice location, just a little tired in the decor inside, but it is a motorway services.

Blackburn with Darwen services : what lovely, cheerful staff .

Went in at 17.50, asked for a caramel frostino. Assistant says I'm closing in "literally two minutes so I can't use any of the machines" Bit strange as the time stated on the opening and closing sign is 19.00. Found Costa standards have dropped considerably since their takeover.

Young couple of staff but really conscientious. Good quality service, great coffee.

The coffee is good, but because of corvid19 seating was a bit scarse, service was very good, on the whole it was very clean, would call again.

Service is always excellent. The staff are friendly and the customer service exceptional. Great for a quick coffee and for a bite to eat with the famiy. There are toilets adjacent to costa. There are high chairs for the children and comfy chairs for the adults! You wont be disappointed.

It's a Costa so good range of coffee but hey, not cheap.

Amazing coffee, had to question quite s while but I suppose that shows how good the latte's are. Worth the wait.

Fantastic staff. Always serving there customers with a smile 😀. Just think that the customers who leave there cups and trays on the tables are lazy. The Barista's aren't skivvys.

Convenient for those travelling on m65. Toilets, McDonald's, greggs and a noodle bar also available.
