Costa Coffee, 1 Western Gateway in Newham

I had Tropical mango bubble but tasted very bland! Women said no cream available but still charged the usual price.

Absolutely disgraceful experience today at costa excel. I will be writing to head office and calling until I get answers. My nephew is allergic to milk, I asked for a coconut milk with a little caramel and after 5 mins was throwing up and is now in hospital after enduring a slow anaphylaxis shock. The milk jug was clearly contaminated and got into his coconut drink. I am so angry right now and will be taking it further but beware any allergy suffers as you may not be so lucky. Shame on you!

prefer cafe nero but this was the only brand at the show. not sure why they put so much milk in ? The Cortado the best option as less milk

very quick in serving, convenient and great prices. The lady behind the counter was very quick in serving which is what you want when you need a quick hot drink before a big presentation. Great prices. Great choice of food, snacks and beverages.

This was quite standard of it's kind, just to have some fresh eating while taking 3 days exhibition visit.

I enjoy a Costa as much as anyone but this place just gets far to busy. Look at the photographs i have listed. 50 m away is another outlet, Wrapid, no long wait to be served and very nice coffee. Sorry Costa but you are a victim of your own success!
