I recently ordered an 8" cake over the phone, and Sam made the entire process incredibly easy. She was very responsive, encouraging me to share any design ideas or to browse her Instagram and Facebook for inspiration. Even with just over a week's notice, she delivered a beautifully tall, four-layered cake that was perfect for my event. With 11 guests, everyone was able to have seconds, and there were even a lot of leftovers! The quality and price were excellent, and I would definitely order from Sam again. Highly recommended!

We bought a cake from Sam and it was an incredible success. It was the exact right size for everyone to have a slice and still was enough for some people to repeat. It was absolutely delicious and I only managed to eat a slice because I saved one, because it was gone in no time (which is a sign of delicious cake)! Coopers made my daughter's christening cake. The customer service was brilliant from the very beginning - I was able to use the online chat function on their website to ask a few questions about the cake before ordering. The cake itself was absolutely delicious and looked great too (we added our own topper). Collection was very straightforward the day before the christening. I have since recommended Coopers to a friend for her wedding cake and will continue to recommend in the future!

I ordered a cake from Sam at Coopers Cakes & Bakes for my dad's 80th birthday as we were staying in Harrogate for a few days for his birthday. This was a few weeks in advance and communication from Sam on email was excellent offering me different choices and quick to respond. I arranged to pick this up at the arranged time and was greeted my Sam warmly and all packaged in well for transport in the car to the restaurant on the day of his birthday. I was delighted with the cake and all the family said it was delicious, once of the best chocolate cakes they had tasted, very moist and went to really well with my dad. Thank you Sam for great service & and excellent cake. I would not hesitate in recommending your services.

Wonderful cake and experience with Coopers Cakes while we were on holiday nearby! I ordered a last minute cake and some cupcakes for my husband's birthday, with a couple of specific requests. Communication was fast & easy, requests accommodated, and everything seemed to be ready in no time at all. The cake looked exactly as pictured, it was stunning as well as absolutely delicious. We contacted Coopers after we received a recommendation from Starling. We had left it relatively late and were struggling to find a baker to make our wedding cake for a reasonable price. Sam at Coopers replied to us straight away and the communication throughout was excellent. We had a chocolate cake with personalised decoration, as well as a couple of cupcakes for our gluten free guests. We also asked Coopers to provide a tray of rocky road squares and a tray of nanaimo bars. They were more than happy to deal with our request, despite nanaimo bars not being part of their standard menu. We would highly recommend Coopers and not just because their prices were also extremely competitive but also because of the excellent customer service. They also dealt with delivering the cakes to our reception venue free of charge.

I placed an order for a cake and 50 cupcakes for a work event. The cake and cup cakes were all lovely and fresh and extremely tasty. We had the company logo printed in icing and piped frosting, which were in the company colours and looked very professional. Sam and her husband delivered the cakes and were really friendly. I would highly recommend Coopers for cakes.
