I had the mama zohra salad and my partner had the chicken taouk wrap 10/10. Service from bharik was wonderful — very attentive and created a nice atmosphere. Would 100% recommend this place.

Excellent service, friendly staff and delicious food.

This has to be one of the biggest letdowns. The flavors were completely watered down, clearly tailored for a Western palate, and lacking authenticity. On top of that, the prices were extortionate for what was offered. Overall, a disappointing experience.

A beautiful and vibrant place in Ealing! We have eaten here a couple of times and really love their food. Delicious and so comforting. They have some great vegan options and as vegans, we always enjoy eating at this place. Their chickpea tagine with zataar garlic flatbread is my favourite, followed by their banaganoush. Highly recommend.

This happened a few months ago but forgot to review at the time. Booked a table through the 'first table' app- basically you book an early table and get 50% off. Turned up about 5 mins early (bear in mind the app states you have a 15 minute grace period so we'll within the acceptable time.) No issues with the food, perfectly decent throughout. At the end we got our bill, however the 50% had not been applied, not a huge issue, notified the waiter who went off for a while and came back with another bill. Looked at this bill and once again, no discount applied. Slightly annoyed at this point but notified the waiter once again. He went off and this time came back with his 'manager.' He very rudely told us we were late to the booking and therefore wouldn't get the discount. What made this almost amusing is that the manager hadn't even begun his shift when we arrived. Noticed him coming in and starting his shift halfway through our meal so he wouldn't have known when we came in. Anyway after a bit of back and forth in which I pointed out 1- he wasn't even there when we arrived, 2- It was only about 45 mins after the booking time, where would have struggled to order and eat 2 courses in less than that and 3- showing him my parking app and how long I had been in the area. Eventually he did realise he was wrong and gave us the discount but didn't really apologise and still tried to make us pay service charge (which I always do normally but not after how he'd treated us!) I imagine he had genuinely made a mistake but his attitude was very poor. The sneaky way he had clearly sent the waiter to just keep giving us the full price bill before being willing to talk to us was just embarrassing. Shame as the food was fine but put be back after that.

Truly enchanting place, colorful environment and super helpful staff, excellent for those who want to try their hand at alternative cuisine and try new flavours. Given the limited knowledge of English, the staff was able to fully explain and make themselves understood. Furthermore, it was my mother's birthday and the super kind and friendly employees even provided an impromptu "party". Truly a great evening, we will definitely be back during our stay.

We are Hong Kong hiking group (Hi Hike Group ) We are very happy to have chosen Ealing Broadway Comptoir Libanais to hold the 2024 Christmas lunch party this year.More than 50 people attended the party.In fact,the food was always good or there were too many peoples present that day so the food was not hot enough and the salad was not fresh enough.The staff is very friendly and the price is still very reasonable.The decoration and layout of the restaurant are good Eastern European style and colorful to make guests feel happy🤗 anyway I highly recommend if u want make party there is good👍

Great atmosphere and very colourful nice music playing in the background. The staff were polite and helpful but the food was a major letdown. I have been to Lebanese restaurants many times but there was nothing really Lebanese about the food or at least the main courses we had. Everything was over spiced (not spicy hot). The baklava we had were almost wood like. I doubt if there were anyone from the middle east working there never mind Lebanese. We paid good money for real bad food.

I came here recently with a large group for my birthday lunch. Unfortunately the food was not great, the chicken was over cooked and hard, the burgers are not burgers per say but a kebab skewer slapped in a bun (misleading in my opinion) Unfortunately we will not be returning.

I went there for the Christmas Party with my friends. I used the Festive Feast menu. There were 6 mezze, tasty and generous size. I was full after that, but I had also Lamb Tahina Tarator, which was really good. The atmosphere was very festive, decorations were beautiful and service on the highest quality. Will return for sure!

I ate here on Friday, December 6, 2024, and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had all year. Firstly, there were only about four waiters working, one of whom stood by the door practically doing nothing. They were aware that we were a large group of eight, yet the service was unprepared. The restaurant wasn’t even particularly busy compared to other places I’ve been to. It took the waiter 20 minutes to ask if I wanted a drink, and there was another long wait before it finally arrived. Despite me specifically requesting no ice, my drink was served with ice. I couldn’t be bothered to argue about it. One of the people at my table didn’t receive their drink at all and had to remind the waiter after an additional 10-minute wait. Then came the food. My starter, chips with garlic dip, arrived in a broken-up mess. I waited nearly an hour for my main course, which was one of the Christmas specials. When it finally arrived, the rice was extremely cold. I asked the waiter to take it back, and I’m pretty sure they just dumped it in the microwave. Most people at my table had ordered grilled dishes with chips, but every single meal came with cold rice instead. The waiter explained that the kitchen had mixed up all the orders and brought bowls of chips as a replacement. By this point, I was thoroughly fed up with the experience and will definitely not be returning.

Food was delicious, It was just over an hour instead of the 30 min predicted when I ordered. Delivery time estimate changed several times.

Great food with excellent service

The mezze platter is rather nice with amazing sambousek & falafel and that’s about it. The chicken taouk is tasteless and it was quite charred, also they don’t tell you the salad it comes with is just cabbage, awful! The chickpea tagine was watery and quite boring. The lemonades are disgraceful. The menu says it’s freshly made daily, but I find it misleading to say the least. Perhaps you should update the menu saying you add that radioactive syrup to water daily as there is no way the lemon/lime is made fresh, it taste like toilet cleaner. You can get more value having a kebab up the road.

The Lovely Waitress Karina She is amazing. Her customer service is outstanding.This is my first time trying new dish in this restaurant and the waitress recommends me the best of food ever. It was yummy and my tummy is full now. Haha...Recommend to come and try once. Definitely worth it.

I love Comptoir Libanais itself but this restaurant had its own charm. The food was super yummy and it’s very easy to get vegan dishes here. The staff was caring and friendly, and overall we had a wonderful time.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing and gives a cozy vibe who ever deigned it has done an amazing job, the customer service would be more than 5 stars if i could, they are very lovely and the food service is super fast, if you want to get treated with care then come here, i would highly recommend getting one of the wraps from here they are super filling yet i cant get enough of them. Thank you to the workers; Mohammed, Karina, Bhavik for this wonderful experience would come again!

I recently celebrated my birthday at Comptoir Libanais in Ealing with a party of 12 adults and 6 lively five-year-olds! The restaurant kindly arranged a space for us on the 1st floor, which was ideal, having the floor to ourselves allowed the kids to play freely without the worry of disturbing other diners. We absolutely loved the decor, which is vibrant, authentic, and full of character. The food was exceptional, and all my guests thoroughly enjoyed the dishes. The staff even allowed us to bring our own cake, though we had a small accident with it on the way over! The top of the cake slid off, which was quite stressful, but the wonderful chefs jumped in to help and managed to fix it beautifully. I’m so grateful for their kindness! Our server, Owen, was fantastic. He was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful, which added to the warm atmosphere and excellent customer service we experienced throughout the event. Overall, it was a wonderful celebration, and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Comptoir Libanais, for making my birthday so memorable!

Lovely place in Ealing Broadway was recommended by a friend. Had a lovely time with my friends. All the starters we ordered were very tasty but I was disappointed with my chicken Tajeen. They need to bring the authentic version of it. The staff was professional and they served the food as we requested.

Wow. Such an amazing place…the decore is a feast for the eyes. Delicious food and great service. Great atmosphere celebrating their first anniversary since opening was a really fun day. Everything is fresh and tasty, and the mango cheesecake is heavenly. Good beer and lovely rosé too. Love it.

Such a super idea to go back a year later to celebrate 1 year of this super beautiful and family friendly restaurant. The food is delicious, the waiters are patient and charming. There’s hand cream in the bathroom-I love this touch and it’s a wonderful dining experience. I am so glad we opted to have dessert and I would recommend the mango cheesecake and the chocolate tahini and berry mousse was divine. Cheeky glass of rosé too. It’s a great place for a good catch up.

Lovely cosy place to get some good food, staff was lovely and very helpful, i enjoyed the comfortable booth seating as most places have hard wooden or metal seating nowadays. Clean with quirky decor and a good range of menu options.

An amazing middle eastern restaurant in London, located just a few minutes away from Ealing Broadway. It was suggested by my friend to try it out there. The interior design of the place was very cosy and has Algerian/Tunisian vibes to it. The place is huge and they have another floor for special events. The food was really delicious, especially the Tony's hummus and the lamb kofte. The iced pistachio latte was really good. The service was quick and excellent, and the staff were nice and friendly. The manager, Muhammad, was very welcoming and generous. As an Arab myself I really approve of the food there, top notch quality with their own flavor. I highly recommend this place if you're in london. And I hope I'll be there again during my next visit to the city

Food is always top notch, but the service is inconsistent and slow. Every time I go, my order gets forgotten and all the tables are served while we just sit there and wait. Last time I went, the servers were also quite grumpy, not a single smile throughout the entire visit, which really makes the atmosphere rather awkward.

Beautiful place lovely food and atmosphere the downfall and disappointment was that the food I ordered wasn't really a main course more of a starter including the mixed grill was very small amount of food. We left still feeling really hungry because of the portion size. Otherwise I would give this place top top stars. Still very enjoyable but I wouldn't say my dish was a main course.

Went on a Friday evening, was greeted at the door very nicely even though we didn’t book ahead they managed to accommodate us. Pleasant atmosphere and decor. Food was good only issue was the food / drink took a little while to come. At one point I think they had ran out of ice and popped off to Morrisons to buy so more so hence the delay on the cocktail but still wouldn’t take away they fact that the food was good.

Awful experience with food delivery. They didn’t send a big part of our order. When we called they told us it wasn’t their problem and we should ask for a refund through Uber. I asked if they couldn’t have just given it to the driver or called him to tell him he’d forgotten to take it. Their response was to take it up with Uber as it’s not their problem. We’ve eaten in the restaurant and service was just as bad. We love this place and were so excited to see it open but won’t visit again. They just seem totally unbothered. I’d be surprised if it survives.

Karina the waitress was very friendly and the service was good. The food was not great and the portions are very small, I have had better Lebanese food somewhere else. I don't think the chefs are Lebanese. The atmosphere was good.
