Oh my- so yummy! We were there super early and practically had the restaurant to ourselves. The service was fantastic and the food- well- my kids are asking to go back before we fly home to the US (and I have a picky eater). We had the prawn moilee, butter chicken, and garlic naan. My picky eater had chicken poppers but proceeded to steal from our butter chicken. I had an Indian Sling cocktail and it was refreshing and tasty. The ambiance of the restaurant makes this a must on your trip to London.

Fantastic food - have eaten at most of the Indian restaurants in London and Colonel Saab is one of the best. Rajat was wonderful - excellent service.

The place is well decorated and has good space, staff fantastic helpful and attentive. Few small flaws nothing major. price average app £45 (if you have a big appetite for drinks and food) and low budget its not for you. Food some was very good some average ie some found the Dal spicy! bread/roti/nans were good portion so was Jeera rice. Mocktails were well made. we were 11 ladies and had a perfect corner to enjoy the space, GM Nabendu was very friendly and polite. Thanks/Dhanyawad

This one so far the best Indian food we had in london. The starter portion was not as big as we expected them to be but every bite tasted heaven and fresh. If you are vegetarian don’t forget to order beetroot kofta in curries.

We ate here after a confusing booking through Google, which then ended up being through the fork. We were requested to put down a 20 pound deposit per person to complete the booking. This was not an issue as it cam off our bill in the end. The restaurant is decorated well and has a nice atmosphere. The night we were there it was really warm inside, even if they seemed to have the air conditioning on. Our food was ok, but I wouldn't say it's the best we've ever had. Severs were attentive and helpful.

Do not book 50% offer with the fork, it does not work! It was so embarrassing when we went for lunch today, having booked a deal with the Fork with 50% off, only to find out that the deal was not available in the end of the meal. I did not read the confirmation email (it did not mention 50% discount), but I went through the booking process when the discount was offered.

Excellent lunch with friends close to Trafalgar Square. The food was very tasty and the decoration of the place is beautiful. The staff was very nice. There was a kid menu. Price was reasonable especially at the moment as there is a discount when you book online.

The concierge at our hotel recommended Colonel Saab for a Valentine's Day dinner and it did not disappoint. The five course meal, served with a glass of rose champagne, was delicious. Hard to pick out a favorite, but if I had to, it would be the dilruba gucchi mushroom (a kind of morel) and the confit duck. We were full by the time the dessert came around but somehow found room for it--it was worth it. And then the Valentine's chocolates! OMG! Service couldn't have been nicer. When we first arrived and sat down we were surprised when a rather loud jazz trio began performing just a few feet away. When the waiter came by to take our order, I casually mentioned I could hardly hear him over the music and singing; without having to be asked, he returned a few minutes later to escort us upstairs to a much quieter seating area, for which we were very grateful. Such a friendly and attentive staff. We'll definitely come back the next time we're in London.

We had the Valentines menu. 5 courses + 2 amuse bouche and a glass of rose champagne. Choice of vegetarian for each course. Good value for the quality at £70 each. First courses were small and very interesting subtle flavours, main (we had the duck) was tasty and surprisingly large with lashings of pilaf rice and we certainly felt satisfied at the end of the meal. V good overall, but for our taste could have benefitted from more vegetables/ pulses esp with the main course. The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient.
