Great Takeaway Food. We were new to the area and were looking for a good local takeaway and we were pleasantly surprised. We have ordered twice from here now. I would highly recommend the Butter Chicken, I usually go for something hotter, but this dish has a nice kick to it. The Onion Bhaji was a great starter, loved the dipping sauce that it came with. The Pershwari Naan was one of the best that I have had in a long time. The rice dishes is definitely plenty for two if you order a takeaway. I ordered for two, we shared one starter, one rice, one naan and two curries.

The restaurant has good vibes and I expected good food The starters of chat and fried okra were excellent however my main dish was terrible. It was a chicken tikka masala. Definitely the worst I have ever eaten. The meat may have been chicken but it was hard huge lumps of meat(not sure it was chicken) Impossible to cut and eat.

The Dahi Puri starter here is the most delicious thing you'll ever taste. Don't miss it. Also, thanks to Dhruvi for looking after us so nicely.

Use to live this place. But busy, need more waiters. Had paneer makhanwala. Dull. All I could taste was chilli, tomato (actually not taste but it was orange so assume had some) and cream. No sense of spices or any other flavour. Shame!

This restaurant serves the BEST Indian food I have eaten, using genuine Indian spices. My wife and I eat here frequently. The vibe is great, all the staff are very very friendly and accomodating. The restraurant has really improved since the renovations. If you see a poor review on here its from a compeditor that cannot compete with quality with service.

Visited this restaurant with the family after abig renovation they did a few months ago and we were pleasently surprised, food was tasty and service was cordial. We go very often to indian restaurants and this has definitely got now a position in our top5. Only comment I have to make is that, maybe, both curries my partner and I had were too made with too much cream and spices taste didn't come through as much. Everything else was good.

Thought we'd try something new for a takeaway. Was not a good curry to be honest and we didn't eat most of it - the chicken was dry/stringy and the paneer sauce was not great. Naans were pre-made/heated up.

The place was packed but the staff were amazingly helpful and after a short 10-15 mins wait we got a table. The food is outside of this world - I would strongly recommend the Colaba chicken teriwala

It's an unreserved five-star thumbs up for this lovely restaurant where I spent a memorable evening with my family. Our best meal in London, and our best Indian ever. Quiet, calm surroundings, very important to us. We’re so glad we decided to go outside central London for our last meal of the stay.

Ordered takeaway from Colaba, the chicken panorama was awfull, quality of poultry used was very poor, the chicken pieaces were extremely dry and stringy, and the spücing was totally wrong, an overpowering taste of coriander seeds, it went straşght to the bin. I was left, the taste of garlic naan was good but the texture always wrong in this restaurant.

Without a doubt the best Indian restaurant in London. Fantastic service and unbelievable food! Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous New Years Eve here and the food was stunning. The Onion Bahjis were the best we've ever had. We also had Seabass Mapas, Butter Chicken, Indian Railway Lamb Curry, Baigab Ka Bharta, and Saag Aloo, all excellent. The staff were charming and we look forward to returning soon.

The staff are very friendly, remembered me booking 2 days before and greeted us warmly and give us time when asking about the menu. It is a good atmosphere, with the restaurant becoming very busy during the evening, but out waiters always were attentive but not constantly bothering you, it was perfect.

I went on the recommendation of a friend who orders all his takeout from them, and loves their speed. The food was delicious. The venue was typical . I personally don't like eating from brass plates. Tried this place for a take away. I fancied some biryani and tried there’s, and obviously ordered it with raita as it should be served, not ‘vegetable sauce’. Impressed with the lamb biryani. A good portion and made well. Tasty and fragrant, served with a well made raita. The chicken jalfrezi was not so good. Pretty bland, just a tomato style gravy, not much flavour and very little heat - It’s supposed to be a jalfrezi! Saag aloo was decent. Without the biryani this would be 3 Star not 4.
