Coffeelink in Tendring

Stopped here on my way to London today, amazing coffee and brilliant service. I took a lot of time to pick what I wanted but the girl and the lad there were very accommodating to me. The coffee was made perfectly, better than any of the high street chains like costa and Starbucks. I must praise them for their service as well, not sure on their names but it was the blonde girl and the lad with the black hair. Will definitely be coming back.

The blonde girl that served me, please...if you didn't want to be there, quit. Your attitude wasn't great for starters. I never write a bad review but I had to say something. Your serving people like a diva who was better than anyone else and that was known all over your face. I gave you grace and kindness, I didn't ask for anything out of the norm, you chucked that sausage roll in the microwave like you just had an argument with your parents. Then to take your sweet sweet time (and it was obvious) when the train turned up and to inform me that it won't leave until the right time, it would be great just to be courteous you know? But instead you watched me panic. And then the audacity to give me the sausage roll (holding it by the tip of the packet) for me to grab it knowing its piping hot and to not give me a tissue to cover the heat was stupid. You knew what you were doing. This place is usually a good Coffee Link, the girl who served me before was lovely, but I couldn't let this slide, someone needs to know. I never want to be a Karen, but this was unfair and if it was anyone else, ...your lucky I was kind, you could of had someone say something or be horrible to you. I hope no one gets served by you like that again, you have a company image to uphold.

This is a great place to grab refreshments when Greater Anglia are not providing the train service expected, (which is quite often)! great coffee, reward scheme, other refreshments and food available. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff and coffee was superb never been to this place before but have visited one in Felixstowe very clean free papers to read and ideal place to stop while shopping because it's central to all shops, toilets clean good health to all

Este lugar es una buena alternativa de calabaza, o al menos eso sería si estaba siempre tan bueno como puede ser. A menudo tengo una crema de chocolate, e hizo correctamente, son deliciosos, pero en varias ocasiones me han servido chocolate caliente frío en vez, o leche fría con una pizca de chocolate y así sucesivamente. En otra ocasión la muchacha que sirve no sabíamos lo que era, así que tuve que apuntar a ella, sin embargo ella siguió diciendo 'no». La próxima vez me pregunté, tuve que mencionarlo nuevamente me dijeron que no había hielo. El chocolate caliente sin embargo siempre es buena. La selección de pasteles es buena y los brownies son geniales. También es bastante barato, así es que vale la pena ir.
