Most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever sat on in my life and the food is bland

Have to go up and order food and drinks at the bar, other than this great food and good staff.

the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious, but i ordered gluten free food and it seems it was anything but. i’m now very ill and having to cancel on plans that were made weeks ago. won’t be going again.

Book a table for more than 6, and your group will be split over 2 tables. The menu is okay... but only ok. There is no salad option and only a rump steak option. There's no table service for ordering, and the order will be confused. Payment on placing the order leaves no room for additional items once the food is served. Everything comes with deep-fried onions. All in all... disappointed with the place.

We had a lovely meal here. It was very prompt and quick service. Ajay was really polite, helpful and friendly throughout. Great for kids and lots of choice on the menu. Definitely recommend booking as they get very busy on the weekends.

A pizza restaurant that doesn't have pizza cutters.

The location is fantastic, the food is average, the service seems a bit overwhelmed. Otherwise quite okay.

Food is stunning, enjoyed every bite! It was fairly busy when we arrived without a booking but ate at the bar. Staff were very attentive and soft drinks are served in pint glasses. Can't wait to return!

Our meal was average and too much salt on the tobacco onions but Harvey saved the day with his lovely personality and service. A lovely guy Thank you so much

Always visit when up in the coast Great value for money Best pizza and corbonara Quick service Sometimes waiting is long but we always get a seat or take out is an option Only thing is be careful with parking got my first parking ticket went over when parked outside

What can I say. Service was great staff very helpful friendly and just generally brilliant our server Harvey was brilliant. Chicken tagliatelle was very tasty with garlic chips. Well, the desert was interesting and so tasty. Would deffo recommend coming in here for food.

Excellent service and the food was superb

Probably the worst service ever had in a restaurant. Staff too inexperienced with no accountability. Had to ask 3 different waiters for cutely and napkins before they arrived to be able to eat the starters. One pizza arrived 25 minutes later than the other as it was missed by the kitchen, it was also undercooked. Waiter dropped two pints over our guest.

Visiting from Canada and had a great experience. Food was great and staff was very tentative. We visit yearly to see family. Will be back.

The best chicken goujons I've ever eaten with silky smooth aioli. Excellent Greek side salad was huge and tasty. Welcoming, friendly and efficient staff. Easier on the budget. Thank you!

Durch Zufall hier gelandet und total überrascht! Super Service,sehr nette Bedienung,aufmerksam,höflich! Unser Essen,wir hatten BBQ Wraps und Pizza 4Cheese! Selten so lecker gegessen! Bin etwas erschrocken,über die schlechten Bewertungen,trifft bei uns definitiv nicht zu!

Friendly staff, excellent service and a great menu selection. 4 adults and 3 children so a varied selection of children’s dishes, starters and mains. The house chilli chicken wings and the 3 spice pepperoni pizza are seriously tasty, and if you’re opting for the rolled pork pizza - it’s big, it’s filling…so bring your appetite. Stuffed to the brim so no desserts on this visit. Highly recommend visiting Coast if you head to Portrush. Can’t wait to return in the summer months!

Can’t honestly say I’ll never be back here , have been loads of times before and never disappointed but on Saturday past there where 6 girls , celebrating a 50th birthday. We got seated reasonably quick , starters came but with no cuterly napkins etc . Asked numerous times for them , one girls order was wrong , and the others their sauce was freezing , we got the waiter back to say and one in particular starting answering back to us, just horrendous service from start to finish . One girl in particular was very apologetic but other than that it was awful . No one came near us to ask if we wanted more drinks tea/coffee one thing or another . Was as if they just wanted to go home and this was around 9pm on a Saturday evening in April 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️Can’t get over how downhill this place has become

So went here with friends on 23/4/23,have never experienced the like of it, absolutely appalling service,rude staff members,with attitude,food brought to table, with no cutlery or condiments,cold pepper sauce,wrong order,staff member wanting to clear table and get us the bill while my friend was still eating,the list goes on,would not recommend, won't be returning!

Food was ok. Had peppered chicken. The onion rings were so hard you could not cut them. Sauce lacked flavour. The prices were very inflated for Easter. Coffees were only half full and were too strong, so they weren't made correctly. Reception staff had a bit of attitude tho the bar staff were nice.

Food was lovely don’t get me wrong but we had 3 young children with us and it took over an hour to get our starters. When we eventually got our mains the children all Had ordered pizza and the waiters couldn’t tell us what pizza was which? As I said food was lovely but service wasn’t the greatest.

I ordered the quadruple pizza and I don't know how they got the base as thin couldn't lift it like a pizza and as for the quadruple bit I've seen more meat on a butchers apron tasted good but left hungry NOT HAPPY

The table booked for 7 pm food arrived at 8.05 pm drinks came about 10 minutes before the food. A couple who came in after us that got seated beside us, got their order taken before us and were able to finish their starters and drinks before we got our order taken. Shocking how disorganized the place was. One server was the cause of this, she looked confused and clueless. Wouldn't go back if you paid me!

As a loyal and regular customer of this restaurant it was the obvious choice to enjoy my birthday celebrations here along with my family and friends. It is with true regret that this would prove to be the last meal I will ever endure in the Ramore Portrush. The service was at best absent, uncoordinated and lacking any resemblance of hospitality! After waiting 30 minutes to place our order we enjoyed a further 50 minutes before our three main courses were presented. This would almost be acceptable if the restaurant was at full capacity, however, it was scarcely populated with only a handful of similarily unsatisfied looking customers. After mains were finished we managed to apprehend a member of staff to clear our table and request a dessert menu. A further 30 minutes was observed before any such list was provided, during which time we approached the bar to request desserts only to be told to return to our table and await 'service'. We perservered for a further 30 minutes with the naive hope that a dessert order could be placed, but unfortunately no one returned to our table. Out of honesty and a sense of festive goodwill the decision was taken to return to the bar and settle our bill. Farewell Ramore, you were once a great restaurant 😓

The food was good. We ordered Nachos, pizza and chips. The ambience was cozy and well built. Great place to hang out with friends and family. Service was top notch

No stars!! Went for dinner in Coast a few weeks ago, honestly the most dirty place I’ve been in. Arrived early and got seated fine. Waitress took our drink order straight away , went downhill rapidly from then. One waitress was sneezing and coughing the whole time we were there. She was rubbing her nose with her hands and then serving food without washing her hands. She was in the kitchen at one point holding a large tray of food and sneezed all over it and another waitress took the tray and served it to a table. Girl was coughing over people while taking orders and serving food also. She was clearly that ill she should have been sent home. She served the table next to us drinks and one of the men actually lifted the glass with napkins and poured their drinks into other glasses they had been using. We would have spoke to someone about if but we ate our food and sat for ages waiting on a member of staff but no one came, we never got anyone for extra drinks during meal either. We went to the bar and the guy on the door finally came to ask us if we needed to pay. I did try to contact the restaurant to speak to the manager but they never answered the phone. Would not recommend. Went for a meal not for a virus. Won’t be back.

Came here as a group of friends and we were very disappointed. Service was poor - staff came across as rude and as though any basic requests (such as ‘can we have some cutlery’) were an inconvenience. Food was poor and no one finished their meal. Won’t be returning

This was a very sad experience for my husband and I. After one hour our food did not arrive 😑. We had a dreadful introduction to the restaurant. Ended up having fish and chips by the harbour.

Great food , great atmosphere , quick service nice staff , especially our server william . He was attentive , quick and helpful he met our every need , and was all round a genuine helpful caring waiter and I could not have asked for better . He was neat , crisp efficient friendly and above all he looked like he actually was passionate about his work which was refreshing , a breath of fresh air . Sensational work . 👏👏

After going to this restaurant many times in the past, we had not been in a few years and decided to back however it was very disappointing this time. Got seated along a bench rather than a table which was very uncomfortable seating and squashed, although all the tables around also looked very close together too. The pizza was nice however the fried chicken came on a bed of iceberg lettuce in which the lettuce was brown and not fresh. The side of chips are said to be homemade however, seemed to be frozen chips and weren’t fully cooked as they were cold and hard. When I had paid the bill only then I was asked if everything was ok and when I explained about the meal the waitress was very uninterested and unprofessional as nothing was done. Definitely had better food and experience many years ago.

Menu options were bad - nothing without dairy, very little without meat. Staff were a bit slow and the music was too loud (despite asking for it to be turned down multiple times). The food itself wasn't very good either - strange combinations, eg fried onions with pasta and pasta on pizza.

Food was good but service was very slow, not enough staff for the amount of customers, no one was taking charge took 45 mins to even get a drink was about an hour before the food arrived, food almost made up for the slow service, it would be a great place if it was better organised, if there isn't enough staff then they need to cut the number of tables down

Got seated at the bar, got order taken relatively quickly but the food took 40 minutes to come and they were both kids meals so it shouldn’t take that long. When the food finally arrived I was given the wrong order. The food was nice but not worth the wait

Was looking forward to eating here as we have a gift voucher. Tried to eat here before but went in, advised to wait at bar for a table to be available. Thought "that's grand we can have a cocktail before dinner". Waited 25 minutes before leaving because not a soul behind the acknowledged we were sitting there. Same thing happened AGAIN on this attempt also. I'll not be back to any Ramore restaurant any time soon.

We were beside the toilet and it was cold. There was a child screaming beside us. The music was too loud. The sour cream fries were hard/raw and were replaced within 2 minutes. Fair play on their parts. Pizza was great with lovely crust. 👍

Stopped in on holiday weekend, when most restaurants were booked, got a table immediately and short wait to get our drink and food orders in! Prices were excellent and portions were very large! Service was good as was the food! Very nice experience!

Our food was good. The order system is definitely not for me. You have to scan a qr code on your table with a smart phone to see the menu. Ordering though the app is simple enough but not something I'm personally keen on.

Fast service despite being incredibly busy. The smash burger was the best burger I've had in recent memory and the value for price was spot on . Highly recommend

Was here on the 12th March. Was so looking forward to it as we had came down to portrush for my son birthday weekend. To say I was disappointed is an understatement...came in the doors for the server to just point to the table he wanted us to sit at. Then no one came near us with menu's but others in the restaurant had menu's...so asked a staff member for a menu and was told just use the app which as far as I'm concerned at this point of covid is just plain laziness. So ordered from the app...but my husband went to the bar to order drinks as we hadn't done it on the app..he waited 20mins before anyone took his order. The food was basic and over priced,when they came with our mains I said til the waitress can we order drinks with you she said yes, took the order and were still waiting on them drinks. We left after 20 more mins of waiting. Will never be back through the doors.

Very poor service. Told to order using phone and QR code on the table but it didn't work. Staff were slow to take order and we waited half an hour on drinks which were brought with the food. Then we had to wait for them to bring the bill. Overall not a great experience and won't be rushing back any time soon.

First impressions were great, it was trendy, neat and tidy. However its a shame that the same can't be said for the service or food. Our server seemed ill-informed on ingredients in food items, nor did they seem experienced with dealing with customers with food allergies and or intolerances. We finally ordered and waited over 30 minutes for our drinks, which arrived after we had finished our starters and only after reminding the staff member who collected our plates that we were still waiting for them. For the first time in my life, I had to send food back to the kitchen as it was so far from what was described on the menu and by the waitress. Overall, the food was not worth the price and I would consider this to be an over priced bar that offers food as a bolt on, rather than the restaurant it claims to be.
