We only went in for a couple of drinks while we waited for someone but the staff were exceptional during our time here. Our Server, Tom M was great and was always available to help take our order and did so brilliantly, he made the experience there all the better. 11/10

Called in just for social drinks and Tom Murray was Ash were so helpful. One member of the party had a mobility problem and they were really attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. We’ll definitely visit again. Thank you for such a great service

I booked my daughters football presentation at the Clubhouse which we attended last night. Bowling, food and a space for the presentation. The girls absolutely loved it, food was fabulous and the atmosphere was brilliant! From the smooth booking process from Rhi with excellent communication throughout to the attentative service from all staff but especially Josh on the night we couldn't have been more impressed! Thank you for making the night so special for the girls!

Been there a few times now and the food is the normal pub food and is cooked really nice. The entertainment games available are really good for a family day out.

Long wait for food when arrived was cold and sub standard for price obviously been stood a long time. Asked for a light for table to b told only had 4 which was taken told staff about food being cold but no come back re problem

Pricey not good but it's meadowhall beer not up to scratch

Booked mini golf and shuffleboard for my son’s birthday, followed by a table for food, in time to watch the big football match. I’d previously rang and asked for a table close to the big screen so we could all watch. When we were ready to take our table, staff couldn’t do enough to ensure we got what we needed. The attentive staff regularly came over to take food and drink orders and to check everything was okay. The kitchen sent out the wrong order for one in our party, but it was quickly replaced and we were offered a complimentary drink. Third time we’ve visited, and once again the burgers were the best we’ve had in Sheffield for a long time. We love it and will definitely go back again soon. Nothing is too much trouble for the great staff that work there.

Came here for bowling. Cost £11 per person per game. Lanes are great and are well maintained, no issues.have not tried anything else like food drink or other games. Staff are friendly.

I went to Clubhouse with my bestfriend and we was amazed by cocktails, games and atmosphere. We loved the music and table service, I don't know the lady name, she was short with black hair and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure that we had everything we need. Food was gorgeous, fries was so nice, nachos 10/10 - we added beef and it was so tasty and soft. Will definitely back again.

Great location for a range of games, decent food with a great atmosphere. Our table was looked after by Ash, where nothing was too much trouble. Top marks for her attentiveness and pleasant demeanour.

Great experience playing the mini golf and bowing! Nice family friendly atmosphere with plenty of fun and well priced activities to play, right inside Meadowhall Shopping Centre. Very friendly staff, thanks to Roxy for the warm welcome and goodbye! Would definitely visit again.

Hidden gem in Meadowhall if you need some liquid refreshment! Great ambience, dimly lit with lots of table games, pool, bowling to keep you busy. Or just sit and drink, eat should you wish. Highly recommended.

From the moment we walked in and asked about our booking, Lisa was friendly, welcoming, and super helpful. She made sure everything was ready for us and walked us through the setup of our virtual golfing experience. Even though we didn’t play our best (to say the least, lol), she was patient and explained how everything worked, making it easy for us to get started. Her customer service was top-notch, and she had a great attitude the whole time. Thanks, Lisa, for making our visit so enjoyable—we’ll definitely be back!

Good food with an amazing atmosphere and a great and friendly service from a gentleman named Roshan and his colleagues. Highly recommend you visit with either friends or family.

Love the games, but we ate for the first time and the chicken burgers were terrible. Some was soggy with oil, whilst others were dry and hard as a bone (either over cooked and precooked and then reheated). We’ll be back for games but definitely not food

Lovely place to go, been a few times and it is usually not too busy so you can get a table. Service is good and really friendly. My son loved mini golf and his mocktail made him feel very grown up!

Popped in yesterday after some Christmas shopping. Was served by Eleanor. She was brilliant, she explained the menu (both good and drinks) in great deal. She really knew her stuff and offered adaptions to suit dietary requirements. The place is lovely, music was top, food and drinks were lovely. We had a gluten free blue cheese burger and a pizza. It was really nice and we thought good value for money. We didn't partake in any of the activities but we have bought a membership card and are going to fetch our 15 year old son this weekend. You don't need the membership card to do the activities but it's gets good discount so was a no brainer. Menu needs a little updating as something's weren't clear but we explained our confusion and I think that will be fed back.

I manage a Grassroots football team, me and the dads spent the evening at the Clubhouse, we did bowling, darts, golf and pool. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, Josh and the team made us feel welcome and couldn't do enough for us. I will definitely be going back with my family and would 100% recommend this for anyone wanting a fun packed experience. Also the food was spot on.

Great place to relax and play games

Ordered drinks in dirty glasses. Raised this with staff and very little apology offered. What I can only presume was the manager was playing pool but hopped behind the bar to tell me that ‘the glasses just aren’t polished’ when they saw the inside of the glasses. Did however mention the black bits in my pint were ‘just coffee’ Played pool for £20 for 60 mins. Many better bars to go to. First and last time here.

Really good venue. Very wide selection of good drinks and cocktails, I didn't expect the food to be good but it was excellent! Nice vibe , good choice of games and the staff were friendly. Had fun !

We booked this for a date night online, turned up at the front of house desk where it asked you to wait as we booked food, every single staff just ignored and walked past us , not even acknowledged me and my partner I had to go up to the desk after 10 minutes and explain we haven’t been seen to or even acknowledged, staff walked past us cleaning the tables looking bored knowing we was waiting, we walked out, awful customer service will not revisit anytime soon

We visited Clubhouse at Meadowhall for the England quarter final and semi final football games. The food was amazing, we had cauliflower wings & nachos and played bowling, darts and shuffleboard. We just wanted to say thank you to Clubhouse Meadowhall for a brilliant night each time. Every single employee was attentive, polite and nothing was too much at all, they went the extra mile at no extra cost. They were very attentive to the times we had booked our games and made sure to get us started on our games promptly no reminders needed. Visit Clubhouse for great customer service, professional and all around amazing night! Highly recommend.

Just go to centertainment over the road.. they have mini golf with two courses and bowling at Hollywood bowl for a lot cheaper.. not sure why the prices are so high. £22 for one game for two people. Today we paid £24 for 2 games and a drink for each of us at holiday bowl. Save your pennies. £17 to play darts?? £20 for pool?? It’s usually free or a couple of quid in most places. It is ludicrous

Paid £77 for 2 games of bowling and a game of crazy golf. We arrived early and there was lots of free lanes so they asked us if we wanted to go on early so we did. I said we wanted to eat and was told could order and eat whilst playing bowling when I went down to order was then told would have to wait until after bowling but would be awkward carrying food around golf so said would do it afterwards. We finished first game and started next and was talking and staff came up to say that people were waiting for our lane even though there was 3 free lanes. So we cracked on and then another staff came over and said someone had been waiting 10 minutes even though we had gone on early and our crazy golf was 20 mins away. So at this point we were supposed to do 2 games within 30 mins if started at correct time. We rushed through game , even though there was empty lanes next to us a family of 10 were eating having regular breaks. Then after golf I asked about food only to be told there was no tables. I felt like they wanted us gone. Never going back ... Although staff were polite and nice there were no customer service. Totally ruined the experience. I get they are busy but why not advice us to book a table. Tell us at the beginning our lane is this busiest and we won't have time to talk or go to toilet. I don't usually complain about it but this was just naff! You pay £100 for just over an hour for 2 of you to not to be able to relax

wasn’t worth my money! darts £17 me and my boyfriend for a 1 hour game, the game crashed 30 mins in - for 20 minutes which led us with 10 mins spare. BAD PLACE! do not recommend!

Good place for a pint when your other half shopping

Heard some negative views about prices but we paid £10 each for crazy golf and bowling so no complaints from me! All quality gear, great sports on the TV's and some cracking drinks options.

Had been here before, and was saying how great it was and the food was good. I was so disappointed this time. The food was awful, I dont know if they had changed their chef, and I definitely won't be eating there again. Really dissatisfied, did complain at the time, and majority of the meals were left.

Played pool here yesterday. The staff are friendly. There is a good beer selection and the venue is clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Came back today with a friend. The music is still too loud, I totally get it is supposed to reflect the atmosphere but when it is that loud that the server didn't hear me and walked off while I was mid sentence, I think it needs turning down. The food was better this time, we had the cauliflower tacos, cauliflower wings and the truffle fries. The food was good.

Been here twice now it's modern and very clean. The facilities are some of the cleanest I've seen. The golf and bowling was great with the family although I think it's on the expensive side. The food is excellent though and the staff very friendly and helpful. Food prices were reasonable so give it a try I'd you don't mind the slightly expensive activities.

After a few visits to clubhouse we have to say Alexandra front of house always welcomes us and greets us with a big smile. She’s very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience. Credit to the staff team

Today me and my partner came for two games of bowling and a hour of pool. The place itself is great, really clean, all brand new stuff, modern, well designed. The cost was £41 for two games of bowling and pool, this doesn’t include food or drink, which I feel is a little bit high hence 4 stars and not 5, that’s my only criticism really. There’s only 6 or so lanes and they are quite small so for large parties of 5+ it might be a little cramped, but there is some seating for each lane. There is also only one pool table. However it was quiet so there was no wait. Also plenty of seating for eating or drinking. Staff were very friendly too Overall, nice little place, plenty of activities (bowling, pool, darts, shuffleboard and mini golf. Like I said just a little pricey.

It’s okay, I played bowling there once. I Thought it was very expensive for what it was. The drinks were not too bad for the price though. If you want my advice go to Hollywood bowl, it’s not too far from Meadowhall.

Our 3rd time at The Clubhouse and can't fault it after stumbling upon this place in December 2023. On this occasion the four of us decided to have something to eat first, which was lovely! The wings and chicken tenders for starters were yummy and would recommend. We all had burgers for mains, either a blue cheese burger or a classic burger, and we we're equally satisfied. Pints are slightly expensive, but you're here to enjoy yourself, so drink up. Bowling is great. I have not tried any of the other games as of yet, but there has always been a lane for us and great fun!!! People who complain about the music being too loud i suggest should go to whetherspoons and sit in peace and quiet with the regulars. We found the music and the choice of songs great and a variety every time we've been, so please ignore the haters. Customer service spot on on every occasion, polite, welcoming, and helpful. E cigarettes being used. Asked staff if I could smoke em. They said no. I don’t smoke! Told em people were smoking em. nothing done about it. Had to leave bowling alleys. Went to mini golf - computer not working. Petty I know but it’s not cheap.

Really enjoyed the Clubhouse Sando here, and the sharer nachos, and cauli wings are great. Not had chance to play the games yet as I wasn't feeling too well on my visit (with a bad cold). The atmosphere and food here is great, I only mark down the food for the little things that weren't quite to my taste for example the churros were soft, they serve way too many fries with the meals (I don't like waste), and I thought the cocktails may be a bit pricey for drinking in a shopping centre... BUT they look like quality cocktails.

Enjoyed the shuffle board but wasn’t sure how to play, the music was overwhelmingly loud so couldn’t hear the waitress explain the rules, had to shout to hear my children and husband or they wouldn’t hear me. I would return if the music wasn’t as loud.
